It was a good stay. The room was quite big and modern. It was clean, and the bed was really comfortable. You can definitely check in early, but it costs 10€ / hour, which is fine with me since I have to attend an event and get some rest. The hotel practices an eco-friendly system, so there is no housekeeping unless requested, which I prefer as I don’t like to be bothered or have someone enter my room during my stay. Definitely will stay again for RIP next year!

酒店位置好，到河邊的人流如織處衹有幾分鐘的步行距離。酒店也寬敞，有桌子有登子還有茶几。酒店的早餐規模宏大，是我目前住過酒店中擁有最大的早餐廳的酒店。服務給不了滿分是因為酒店郵箱退了我4封郵件，讓我在前台乾等30分鐘。The hotel is located in a good location, only a few minutes' walk to the traveler crowded area by the river. The hotel is also spacious, with tables, footboards, and coffee tables. The breakfast in the hotel is grand in scale, and it is currently the hotel with the largest breakfast restaurant among all the hotels I have stayed in. I couldn't give full marks for the service because the hotel mailbox returned all my 4 emails, yes I repeated 3 times, and asked me to wait at the front desk for 30 minutes in vain.

Se proporciona agua limpia y gratuita. El personal del mostrador fue muy amable y me ayudó a encontrar mi billetera perdida. Era una pena que el agua se filtrara poco a poco incluso cuando la bañera estaba en la bañera, pero tener una bañera era algo bueno. sugerencia

Estaba ubicado justo afuera de la estación central y tenía excelente acceso. La habitación estaba limpia y cómoda. Me gustaría volver a usarlo si tengo la oportunidad.

Location of the hotel is not strategic. Never take tram to the hotel if you are coming with luggages. There is a long flight of stairs at the tram station and climbing up with luggages is insane. It’s better to take buses that stop nearby the hotel. It’s looks more like a 3 stars hotel instead of 4 stars. The route to my assigned room is like a maze. Room amenities is by request and need to ask at front desk. Overall the room is clean and staff are polite. Cozy stays.

Es un hotel agradable, pero el apartamento de dos dormitorios no es realmente un hotel de dos dormitorios. Es más como un dormitorio más la sala de estar convertida en la segunda área para dormir. El tipo de habitación ”de dos dormitorios” me parece demasiado estrecho para 4 personas. Ni siquiera podemos comer juntos en la misma mesa, no hay espacio para la mesa y no hay suficientes sillas. Además, aunque hay ascensor, nuestro piso no está en el rellano del ascensor, sino entre los rellanos del ascensor, por lo que para aquellos que llevan equipaje grande, fue tedioso, no recomendado. Por lo demás, las instalaciones de las habitaciones son buenas y la ubicación es estupenda. También nos permiten dejar nuestro equipaje allí mientras esperamos el check-in, así que también es agradable.

location is good, breakfast was really nice. clean room, executive room is spacious.

Super Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis! Schöne Hotelzimmer, Frühstück mit großer Auswahl und sehr schönem Welness-/ Saunabereich! Das Personal ist auch sehr freundlich. Einziges ”Manko”: je nachdem, was auf dem Tagesplan steht, ist das Hotel etwas weit von der Innenstadt entfernt. (Kann von Vor- oder Nachteil sein!) Ich würde es wieder buchen!
