Hotel fabuloso. Es cierto que al trat**** de un Marriott de 5* las expectativas son altas, pero claramente las hemos alcanzado. Vestíbulo muy moderno y acogedor, recepción rápida y con todas las explicaciones. Incluso nos dijeron dónde podíamos hacer un test de antígenos gratuito, muy cerca del hotel. La habitación suficiente (eramos 4 personas) y con todos los detalles (amenities, albornoz, zapatillas), con una decoración moderna y un baño también muy moderno. La piscina no es muy grande, pero tampoco la hemos encontrado muy masificada, hemos ido 3 o 4 ratos, es más que suficiente. El desayuno genial, un 10: restaurante grande, con muy buena atención, buenas vistas, zona de buffet amplia y muy variada. En algunos momentos te tocaba hacer un poco de cola en la zona de tortillas y huevos fritos, pero la verdad es que iba rápido. También tienen un restaurante, en el vestibulo principal, en el que ofrecen tartas variadas con precios bastante razonables (entre 5 y 6€ la ración). Probé una y muy bien. Lo que no me gustó tanto fue que por una botella de agua sin gas de 0,75l nos cobraron 9€, creo que es demasiado. En el desayuno estaban esas mismas botellas en cantidad. El parking nos costó 17€ por noche (un precio bastante razonable, teniendo en cuenta la zona), aunque en booking decía que costaba 35. En cuanto a la ubicación es muy buena, a 10 minutos de cualquier atracción del centro. Es cierto que se podía estar más cerca (el hotel Sacher o el Imperial están más cerca, claro, pero otros del mismo nivel, como Hilton, Ritz-Carlton o Inter Continental están igual o peor situados). En definitiva, totalmente recomendable.

Su equipo en el frente, Tamara, Franziska y el nuevo entrenador, Ana son la tripulación del día. Ive stayed at many Ritz properties in city centers all over the world and this one is by far and away the nicest I’ve ever stayed at, both in terms of service as well as the property itself. When I arrived (on foot) I was immediately greeted by the bellman who offered to take my luggage. Check-in was pleasant and I was offered a glass of sparkling wine. As a Titanium member, I was proactively upgraded from a Deluxe room to a Premier Executuve room on the 2nd floor. I really could not tell the difference, but it was still a very nice room (more on that later). I was happy to see they my room was ready at noon and my bags were delivered to the room about five minutes after I arrived. As a Titanium member, I was also offered a property specific welcome gift that I was able to cash in for a 17€ cocktail at the bar by the lobby. The room was absolutely stunning, and was a nice mix of modern and classic. The ceilings mort have been 15 feet high! Bathroom amenities were by Dyptique. The bed was heavenly as were the pillows and bedding; I never wanted to get out of bed! I loved how all the light switches were labeled with what they controlled. The room had a mini bar, Nespresso machine, and plenty of complimentary bottles of water that were replenished twice per day. I simply cannot day enough good things about this room. One minor issue I had, there was a small leak coming from my toilet that I reported that never appeared to be addressed. It didn’t really bother me, but it did appear to get worse throughout my stay. I was able to dine at all the restaurants during my stay. The food at the steakhouse and Italian restaurant was absolutely out of this world, service was good, and drinks were delicious. Prices were fairly high, but it was a nice splurge, and I think the quality and service delivered were in line with what they were charging. I went for a night cap at DBar, and they have a great selection to choose from. I tried the roof bar, but it was about to rain so I was advised to leave as there was no covering. My rate included breakfast, and there was a good selection of hot and cold options, and I was also entitled to a dish from the menu. The buffet was very high quality, especially the pastries; one of the best pain aux raisins I’ve ever had. I did go to the pool and liked the ambiance of the spa area; I wish I could have spent more time there. I had one service issue, which was that during my stay, it was Vienna Pride. The parade passed by the hotel entrance and I guess it got so crazy that the hotel basically went on lockdown and it was nearly impossible to enter. It took me a while to finally get someone to let me in. Not sure how that could have been avoided, but that irked me a little. Great hotel, highly recommend, can’t wait to return!

Esta es la segunda vez que nos alojamos en el Grand Ferdinand y reservamos a través de TRIP. TRIP volvió a ofrecer el mejor precio. La ubicación del hotel es perfecta para explorar la ciudad. El servicio es muy amable y servicial. El restaurante del hotel ofrece uno de los mejores Wiener Schnitzel. Lamentablemente no pudimos utilizar la terraza de la azotea con la pequeña piscina en esta época del año. Definitivamente regresaremos.

Hotel muy céntrico, cerca del casco histórico, la ópera, etc…. En frente de la estación de tren y el parque de la ciudad. Personal muy amable. Muy limpio y acogedor, con todo lo necesario para tu comodidad, por poner una pega es que para mi gusto la almohada es un poco baja, por lo demás es un gran hotel. Un detalle es que en la tv de la habitación tiene chromecast, un plus a tu comodidad. Very central hotel, close to the historic center, the opera, etc.... In front of the train station and the city park. Very friendly staff. Very clean and cozy, with everything you need for your comfort, to put a downside is that for my taste the pillow is a little low, otherwise it is a great hotel. A detail is that in the TV of the room has chromecast, a plus to your comfort.

Me alojé en el hotel por 2 noches, el hotel tiene una larga historia, se estableció en 1600, el nivel de servicio del hotel es alto, el desayuno es bueno. Hay una ruta de autobús turístico Hop on Hop off cerca y la estación de metro Sweden Square se encuentra a 10 minutos a pie del hotel. Si desea conducir solo, debe prestar atención, porque el espacio de estacionamiento en Viena es muy estrecho. Tenía una plaza de aparcamiento (26 euros la noche) para detener el coche.

La ubicación del hotel es buena, cerca de la estación central de trenes. Solo cuesta 4,3 euros llegar desde el aeropuerto hasta el hotel en 7 paradas, y se tarda menos de 20 minutos. El hotel está a unos 20 minutos a pie de la ciudad. Siempre camino y puedo ver el paisaje en la carretera cuando camino lentamente. Además, hay áreas de embajadas cerca del hotel, por lo que el índice de seguridad es relativamente alto. Hay solo 3 minutos a pie desde nuestra 🇨🇳 embajada hasta 👍También hay restaurantes chinos, supermercados y parques alrededor. El personal del hotel habla inglés y el servicio es bueno, ¡en general está bien! Recomendado para qued****!

Really lovely, comfortable apartments on a really quiet street near the mittel station where the airport train arrives. Near to St Stephens Church Square, there are bars, restaurants, coffee shops and patisseries galore round about, but the rooms are not noisy, and you would hardly know anyone else was staying here. the staff on reception are friendly, and they will fill your fridge with drinks before your arrival, if you get in really late. Something I love about this place, as I have stayed several times, is the fantastic central glass walled lift, with wrought iron stair railings round it. beautiful feature...and very Vienna. Great place to stay, and not expensive, but Vienna standards...

Stayed in January. Small, old, but cosy and very well maintained hotel. Location - amazing, right next to the central attractions and walking distance to train station, which brings you to airport in 16 or 20+ minutes, depending on the train you choose. Room warm, not too big, but enough space for short stay. Bed comfortable, there is option to change your pillow on request, but for me existing one was good enough. Shower - good pressure, water hot, small bath, fluffy towels, no shampoo, shower gel and body lotion (quickly absorbing) available. Breakfast - eggs on request, small buffet, but great quality and plenty items to choose from. Sparkling wine available as well. One type of pastry, one cake. Everything very fresh. Staff polite and happy to help with demands. Overall very positive experience, would recommend this hotel.

La ubicacion es buena. Todos en la recepción y el mayordomo fueron muy amables. El desayuno es muy adecuado con lechuga y hojas tiernas, porque la única verdura verde es el pepino. Cuando le expliqué que no podía desayunar porque salí temprano a la mañana siguiente, me sentí agradecido de intentar ofrecer un desayuno sencillo, pero para mí, era demasiado temprano en la mañana. Escuché que mi amigo vive en un hotel cercano. En lugar de desayunar, come fruta y almuerza, por lo que si hubiera tal servicio, sería mejor. Vivo solo, así que me alegra saber de usted en la recepción. Gracias por tu ayuda.
