Ante todo decir que el hotel está bien ubicado y las habitaciones son limpias y cómodas. Pero tuvieron un feísimo detalle en el desayuno: nadie nos advirtió que en el buffet únicamente entraba UN CAFÉ por persona y los siguientes había que pagarlos, y no baratos precisamente. Al hacer el chek-out nos cobraron 3,20€ por cada café extra (por cierto cafés de lo más normales). En ningún otro hotel de Grecia (ni del mundo) me han cobrado en un buffet por tomarme más de un café con leche. Detalle cutre e impropio de un hotel que no es especialmente barato y del que deberían avisarte.

Hotel escondido en el callejón. La habitación es relativamente grande, especialmente el baño, que está separado del inodoro. Cuando empuja la puerta, puede oler el leve aroma de la ropa de cama después del lavado. El diseño y la decoración del operador se pueden ver en todas partes en todo el edificio. El desayuno superó las expectativas y me sirvieron salsa de rosas casera. La recepción es cálida y amigable y brinda todo tipo de ayuda y servicios en cualquier momento. A 10 minutos a pie de la calle principal central.

Hotel antiguo. Experimente los auténticos servicios hoteleros europeos. La habitación era pequeña y el aislamiento acústico era un poco peor. En el centro de la ciudad, la planta baja era un poco ruidosa. El desayuno estaba bien, pero podría ser mejor.

My husband and I spent 2 nights at this hotel. The location is excellent as it is only a few minutes from the White Tower. Our room was a good size and very clean. However there was no where to put a large suitcase. The shelf where a suitcase could have been put was blocked off by a full length mirror. Whilst a full length mirror is great it is a real shame they have chosen to effectively limit the use of the shelving. We put one suitcase on the desk and had to have the other one on the floor. There was also a faint smell of food in the room. We noticed that the cleaners always left a window in the room ajar and wondered if this was to try and get rid of the food smell. The bathroom was also an OK size but unfortunately it was impossible to have a shower without wetting the bathroom floor. They have an agreement with a local car park operator and we parked our car there. When we first saw the car park we were a bit hesitant. We had to drive the car onto a circular disk and the car disappeared down an elevator. We had never experienced a car park like this but it did all work OK. I had asked for the price of parking when I first booked and I was told it would be 10€. When we arrived it was 13€. I appreciate things do increase but it would have been considerate if they had said this rather than just say it’s 13€. We had intended to take the breakfast option but when we saw the room and spoke to the staff we decided against this for the following reasons: 1. There was no table and chairs in the room to eat breakfast. We would have had to balance it on our lap on the bed. 2. The earliest time we could get breakfast was 8.30am. We wanted to be out and about by this time. 3. We were concerned that the hot food would not be hot by the time we received it. To be perfectly honest we are simply amazed that a 4 star hotel would expect people to eat breakfast on their laps. The female who checked us in gave us a lot of information. In fact, so much that it was overwhelming. We would have preferred detailed information about fewer things. The gentleman who was there when we were settling our bill (the evening before we checked out) gave us good information about leaving the car park. He understood the need for detailed information. I booked this hotel almost 5 months prior to our stay. Just over 2 months before our stay I emailed the hotel to notify them that the credit card I had used to confirm the booking had been compromised and cancelled by the bank and was there a secure way I could update the credit card. They had no options. I ended up cancelling the booking and rebooking. Thankfully the rate was still the same. Whilst I understand their need for a credit card I did not receive such an unhelpful response from any other hotel. We are away for about 2 months and have just over 20 bookings. With some other hotels I could update the details securely online, some phoned me via WhatsApp, some phoned me at home prior to leaving and almost half were ha

El tiempo es dinero. Si usted se aloja en el Hotel City no va a perderlo teniéndose que trasladar al centro de Salónica puesto que se ubica en la calle trasera de la plaza de Eleuthera, su punto neurálgico y pese a ello, dormirá plácidamente...al menos en las habitaciones interiores (yo me alojé en la 116), las que dan a la calle Komninon, provistas de una pequeña terraza, no las he catado aún y me consta que tienen un precio superior. Al margen de ello, la habitación asignada era espaciosa, dotada con un pequeño frigorífico, una kettle para calentar agua y hacerse un té/café que van reponiendo conforme se usan, armario amplio y baño con bañera...todo más que suficiente si uno sólo va a usar el hotel para pernoctar. El desayuno, regulín, no estaba muy bien surtido y el comedor era pequeño para la capacidad de alojamiento del hotel, amén de que el café no era café -¡una vez más!-. Pero, repetimos, lo mejor es la ubicación, a menos de 5 minutos andando del paseo marítimo o la zona de tabernas y pubs de Ladadika. Si uno pondera en función de sus intereses, repite, como es mi caso...

El hotel nos gustaba mucho. El precio estaba bien. El hombre y la mujer en la recepción eran muy útiles. Nunca nos dio una botella de vino como regalo! Las habitaciones eran muy limpias. Eran también útiles. Tenemos cafetera y ganado, así como otras instalaciones. La ubicación era grande. Se le permite utilizar el espacio de estacionamiento durante las entradas y salidas. Además de eso, debe encontrar un estacionamiento. Recomendamos muy bien este hotel.
