Me alojé en este hotel en un viaje de trabajo en el que tenía unas reuniones en ese mismo hotel…. La verdad es que es un hotel que está bien pero tiene un precio bastante elevado. En mi caso me alojé dos noches en una habitación clásica: muy limpia, con todo detalle (geles, albornoz, zapatillas, nevera….), amplia, cómoda pero no 100% funcional (el escritorio era de un tamaño que prácticamente no entraba el ordenador y no había ningún sitio lógico para dejar la maleta). En mi caso la habitación no tenía vistas pero habrá algunas que tienen vistas al mar muy chulas, ya que el hotel está junto al puerto, bastante cerca de la calle principal de tiendas y restaurantes de la ciudad…. El desayuno es muy completo: es tipo buffet con muchos platos dulces y salados. El servicio, en general, bastante atento, aunque el día que llegué tuve que esperar unos 20 minutos para que alguien me atendiera porque estaban las dos chicas de recepción con un grupo de cuatro personas… y hasta que una de ellas decidió atenderme, pasó un buen rato… imagino que sería algo puntual porque el personal me daba muy buenas sensaciones. Resumen: buena opción si te gusta el “lujo clásico”, aunque no 100% funcional en mi caso… y algo caro…

Este es un hotel bastante antiguo.La habitación y las instalaciones no son modernas.Los mobiliarios se utilizan.La puerta de balcón en mi habitación (número 425) fue roto y no podía cerrarse.Desde la calle se podía oír el tráfico incluso a la noche.Las instalaciones en el mini-sala fueron El desayuno era simple, pero bastante bueno con ingredientes locales y el zumo de naranja fresco es un poco de bonificación.El personal en la sala de desayuno era amable.El restaurante del 9o piso era agradable y tenía una buena vista. La piscina es pequeña.El lobby del hotel y las áreas generales se mantuvieron bien.

Hotel de lujo, histórico en el centro de la ciudad. Nuestro buen tamaño de habitación tenía vistas costeras, una cama muy cómoda y un baño de mármol. Grand Wi-Fi. Calma. Minibar almacenado : bueno ver que el hotel especial Covid paranoia finalmente se ha acabado. El desayuno buffet en el restaurante / bar de arriba era generoso, variado y ofreció una visita espectacular para comenzar el día. (Recuerde pedirle a Americano más que café negro para que usted reciba una bebida barrista). Otros huéspedes: parejas y grupos adultos de todas las edades y nacionalidades.

Ante todo decir que el hotel está bien ubicado y las habitaciones son limpias y cómodas. Pero tuvieron un feísimo detalle en el desayuno: nadie nos advirtió que en el buffet únicamente entraba UN CAFÉ por persona y los siguientes había que pagarlos, y no baratos precisamente. Al hacer el chek-out nos cobraron 3,20€ por cada café extra (por cierto cafés de lo más normales). En ningún otro hotel de Grecia (ni del mundo) me han cobrado en un buffet por tomarme más de un café con leche. Detalle cutre e impropio de un hotel que no es especialmente barato y del que deberían avisarte.

Hotel escondido en el callejón. La habitación es relativamente grande, especialmente el baño, que está separado del inodoro. Cuando empuja la puerta, puede oler el leve aroma de la ropa de cama después del lavado. El diseño y la decoración del operador se pueden ver en todas partes en todo el edificio. El desayuno superó las expectativas y me sirvieron salsa de rosas casera. La recepción es cálida y amigable y brinda todo tipo de ayuda y servicios en cualquier momento. My husband and I spent 2 nights at this hotel. The location is excellent as it is only a few minutes from the White Tower. Our room was a good size and very clean. However there was no where to put a large suitcase. The shelf where a suitcase could have been put was blocked off by a full length mirror. Whilst a full length mirror is great it is a real shame they have chosen to effectively limit the use of the shelving. We put one suitcase on the desk and had to have the other one on the floor. There was also a faint smell of food in the room. We noticed that the cleaners always left a window in the room ajar and wondered if this was to try and get rid of the food smell. The bathroom was also an OK size but unfortunately it was impossible to have a shower without wetting the bathroom floor. They have an agreement with a local car park operator and we parked our car there. When we first saw the car park we were a bit hesitant. We had to drive the car onto a circular disk and the car disappeared down an elevator. We had never experienced a car park like this but it did all work OK. I had asked for the price of parking when I first booked and I was told it would be 10€. When we arrived it was 13€. I appreciate things do increase but it would have been considerate if they had said this rather than just say it’s 13€. We had intended to take the breakfast option but when we saw the room and spoke to the staff we decided against this for the following reasons: 1. There was no table and chairs in the room to eat breakfast. We would have had to balance it on our lap on the bed. 2. The earliest time we could get breakfast was 8.30am. We wanted to be out and about by this time. 3. We were concerned that the hot food would not be hot by the time we received it. To be perfectly honest we are simply amazed that a 4 star hotel would expect people to eat breakfast on their laps. The female who checked us in gave us a lot of information. In fact, so much that it was overwhelming. We would have preferred detailed information about fewer things. The gentleman who was there when we were settling our bill (the evening before we checked out) gave us good information about leaving the car park. He understood the need for detailed information. I booked this hotel almost 5 months prior to our stay. Just over 2 months before our stay I emailed the hotel to notify them that the credit card I had used to confirm the booking had been compromised and cancelled by the bank and was there a secure way I could update the credit card. They had no options. I ended up cancelling the booking and rebooking. Thankfully the rate was still the same. Whilst I understand their need for a credit card I did not receive such an unhelpful response from any other hotel. We are away for about 2 months and have just over 20 bookings. With some other hotels I could update the details securely online, some phoned me via WhatsApp, some phoned me at home prior to leaving and almost half were ha

El tiempo es dinero. Si usted se aloja en el Hotel City no va a perderlo teniéndose que trasladar al centro de Salónica puesto que se ubica en la calle trasera de la plaza de Eleuthera, su punto neurálgico y pese a ello, dormirá plácidamente...al menos en las habitaciones interiores (yo me alojé en la 116), las que dan a la calle Komninon, provistas de una pequeña terraza, no las he catado aún y me consta que tienen un precio superior. Al margen de ello, la habitación asignada era espaciosa, dotada con un pequeño frigorífico, una kettle para calentar agua y hacerse un té/café que van reponiendo conforme se usan, armario amplio y baño con bañera...todo más que suficiente si uno sólo va a usar el hotel para pernoctar. El desayuno, regulín, no estaba muy bien surtido y el comedor era pequeño para la capacidad de alojamiento del hotel, amén de que el café no era café -¡una vez más!-. Pero, repetimos, lo mejor es la ubicación, a menos de 5 minutos andando del paseo marítimo o la zona de tabernas y pubs de Ladadika. Si uno pondera en función de sus intereses, repite, como es mi caso...

El hotel nos gustaba mucho. El precio estaba bien. El hombre y la mujer en la recepción eran muy útiles. Nunca nos dio una botella de vino como regalo! Las habitaciones eran muy limpias. Eran también útiles. Tenemos cafetera y ganado, así como otras instalaciones. La ubicación era grande. Se le permite utilizar el espacio de estacionamiento durante las entradas y salidas. Además de eso, debe encontrar un estacionamiento. Recomendamos muy bien este hotel.

Not all five star hotels are created equal. This truth was evident from the moment I stepped into the hotel. Car parking - that will be 20 euro a night. Alternatives? No idea (turned out that you can park three blocks away for less than 10 euro a night depending on departure time next day). Room upgrade - impossible - I get that this isn't always possible but the delivery by staff is all important. The room - ok - nothing to write home about (shower leaked from the top - when I mentioned as I left no one seemed to care - which just about summed up my stay). The view - from the back side of the hotel - not worth the money. The breakfast - passible. All in all would I go back? Honestly no - I'd definitely look elsewhere.

Estaba en camino a Haldiki por 3 noches. Nos celebramos nuestro 20o aniversario de bodas,. Inspeccione muy eficiente. Hotel limpio sin lugar a dudas, excelente ubicación, corta caminata a la ciudad. La suite estaba frente al mar como yo había pedido. El personal es muy atento y siempre está disponible para orientar a los huéspedes en sus necesidades, con un gran conocimiento de Salónica. A pesar de estar en la ciudad, pero unas pocas noches, he utilizado el servicio de valet para estacionar en el pasado. Es muy conveniente. Normalmente no una persona de desayuno, el buffet fue tan diversificado, me endulció cada mañana. El personal es la joya del hotel Daios. Están realmente apreciados que estés en su cuidado. Y es un sentimiento especial cada vez que me quedo en los Daios.

Very central location. From the airport bus stop ”Plateia Aristotelous” on Egnatia street next to the Bey Hamam it's just a 400 metre walk ever so slightly uphill that's easily navigable with a wheeled suitcase. Some of the upper-floor rooms have views of the Roman Agora archaeological site. We had a wonderful stay here. We first were on the upper floor but since there is no lift this became a bit burdensome. But the staff couldn't have been more helpful in finding us a different room for the rest of our stay and even carried our suitcases up and down the stairs for us. Even though the room was overlooking a cocktail bar we didn't have any major noise issues. All the staff members we interacted with were always helpful with smiles on their faces, providing us with great information and insight, and finally arranging for a taxi to the airport. Top tip: when you exit the hotel, turn right and walk uphill on that little street. At the top, turn right again and you'll find bakery Sarantis that sells excellent tiropitas and baklavas, perfect for breakfast.

My husband and I spent 2 nights at this hotel. The location is excellent as it is only a few minutes from the White Tower. Our room was a good size and very clean. However there was no where to put a large suitcase. The shelf where a suitcase could have been put was blocked off by a full length mirror. Whilst a full length mirror is great it is a real shame they have chosen to effectively limit the use of the shelving. We put one suitcase on the desk and had to have the other one on the floor. There was also a faint smell of food in the room. We noticed that the cleaners always left a window in the room ajar and wondered if this was to try and get rid of the food smell. The bathroom was also an OK size but unfortunately it was impossible to have a shower without wetting the bathroom floor. They have an agreement with a local car park operator and we parked our car there. When we first saw the car park we were a bit hesitant. We had to drive the car onto a circular disk and the car disappeared down an elevator. We had never experienced a car park like this but it did all work OK. I had asked for the price of parking when I first booked and I was told it would be 10€. When we arrived it was 13€. I appreciate things do increase but it would have been considerate if they had said this rather than just say it’s 13€. We had intended to take the breakfast option but when we saw the room and spoke to the staff we decided against this for the following reasons: 1. There was no table and chairs in the room to eat breakfast. We would have had to balance it on our lap on the bed. 2. The earliest time we could get breakfast was 8.30am. We wanted to be out and about by this time. 3. We were concerned that the hot food would not be hot by the time we received it. To be perfectly honest we are simply amazed that a 4 star hotel would expect people to eat breakfast on their laps. The female who checked us in gave us a lot of information. In fact, so much that it was overwhelming. We would have preferred detailed information about fewer things. The gentleman who was there when we were settling our bill (the evening before we checked out) gave us good information about leaving the car park. He understood the need for detailed information. I booked this hotel almost 5 months prior to our stay. Just over 2 months before our stay I emailed the hotel to notify them that the credit card I had used to confirm the booking had been compromised and cancelled by the bank and was there a secure way I could update the credit card. They had no options. I ended up cancelling the booking and rebooking. Thankfully the rate was still the same. Whilst I understand their need for a credit card I did not receive such an unhelpful response from any other hotel. We are away for about 2 months and have just over 20 bookings. With some other hotels I could update the details securely online, some phoned me via WhatsApp, some phoned me at home prior to leaving and almost half were ha

La suite estaba frente al mar como yo había pedido. El personal es muy atento y siempre está disponible para orientar a los huéspedes en sus necesidades, con un gran conocimiento de Salónica. Ahora la cosa de la cama sobre el hotel es que puedes oír lo que está pasando en las habitaciones cercanas y es un poco molesto y molesto. La habitación es muy agradable, pero no es muy fácil. Si tienes la oportunidad de ir a Salónica, te quedarás de nuevo. What an amazing visit, the hotel was lovely very clean, well decorated and location was excellent. We visited for NYE and stayed 4 nights. The hotel staff where so good and attentive and couldn’t do enough for you. The location was excellent we only used a taxi to visit the Greek night club and the airport trip. Otherwise everything walking distance. The rooms we good size and very clean, nothing was a problem anything you needed the ladies at reception where there to help. 100% would rerun to the hotel on our next visit to Thessaloniki
