I am from Singapore. I like Qu Shi because the staff service is 5 stars, super friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with. Their hall deco is very classy and artistic as the boss is an interior designer. Complimentary local fruits and tea sessions. There are 3 pets, 2 cats and 1 dog, clean and people friendly. I love the USB plugs in the room, not an issue if you don't have a converter. They even have loccitaine shower gel for some rooms. Super Super recommended.

I had a pleasant stay at Steigenberger Harbin Sunac Land. The hotel is modern, clean, and well-maintained, which is especially important when staying in Harbin during winter. The room was comfortable, warm, and spacious, with good heating that made coming back from the cold very enjoyable. The service was polite and professional, and check-in was smooth. Staff were helpful when approached, although English communication may be limited at times. Amenities were adequate and met expectations for a hotel of this standard. The location is convenient if you are visiting Sunac Land / Snow World, though it is a bit far from Harbin city centre and major attractions like Central Street. This hotel is best suited for travellers who plan to spend time around the Sunac area. Overall, it is a comfortable and reliable choice, especially for families or travellers visiting nearby attractions.

La base de la casa perfecta para una aventura Yabuli! El hotel es un hotel de 3 estrellas con un gran número de habitaciones. Tras muchos días en las pistas/exploracion, regresar a la cama suave y increíblemente cómoda fue un sueño. El espectáculo fue el maravilloso caliente, el soplado en las primaveras calientes naturales después de un día en frío fue pura felicidad y el camino ideal para relajarse. No pierdas sus arreglos turísticos locales, son simplemente los mejores! Los propietarios nos ayudaron a planificar nuestro itinerario, billetes seguros, y las joyas ocultas que nunca habríamos encontrado por nosotros mismos. ¡Muy recomendado para cualquiera que visite Yabuli!

¡Lo pasé increíble! ¡Por supuesto que Sofitel nunca decepciona! 💜 Las instalaciones estaban a la altura, la comida exquisita y el servicio de primera. Todo fue impresionante, desde la experiencia de comer en la habitación hasta el gimnasio interior. La habitación fue decorada gratis a petición mía y los paquetes de spa tenían precios razonables.

Our stay at the AOLUGUYA Hotel was truly fantastic. Every aspect of the hotel was designed with guests in mind and maintained to an exceptional standard. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, and they handled communication in English with ease, answering questions clearly and confidently. The view from around the 40th floor was very satisfying, and the bathtub was more than adequate for enjoying a private, relaxing soak. Due to our travel schedule, we did not have the chance to use additional facilities such as the swimming pool. The breakfast buffet stood out for its high quality and wide variety of options. The staff were exceptionally attentive—almost to the point of going out of their way to bring us items we were looking for. The long breakfast service hours also added to the overall comfort of the stay. At this price point, the hotel offers a truly top-tier, high-end experience. If I visit Harbin again, there would be no reason not to choose this hotel.

El hotel nos dio una entrada a Harbin Ice and Snow World por cada habitación, además de un servicio de recogida en furgoneta de negocios en el aeropuerto y transporte a Ice and Snow World. ¡Estos detalles son muy considerados y merecen un aplauso! La temperatura del agua de la piscina, 28 grados, era muy agradable y no había mucha gente. En general, quedamos bastante satisfechos.

Todo nuestro agradecimiento a Sunny, quien realmente hizo que nuestra estancia valiera la pena. Es una persona increíble, muy jovial, cálida y amigable. Se esmeró en prepararnos el desayuno ese día, y estoy seguro de que se comunicó muy bien con el resto del personal para que también nos atendieran el desayuno el segundo día de nuestra estancia. Muchísimas gracias al personal de Marriott por hacer que nuestra estancia fuera tan agradable. El desayuno estuvo bueno, aunque creo que deberían ofrecer más variedad para los huéspedes que no son chinos para que tengamos una gran variedad de opciones. En general, lo pasamos genial y mi familia quedó muy contenta. 😊 Gracias por su excelente servicio.

房間很大，衞生也不錯，就是温泉裝修陳舊。温泉水很乾凈。 温泉水熱，室內温度較低，在水裡泡着熱，出來冷。有游泳池，水温也較低，遊一會得去温泉池泡一會，人不多，室外池子很不錯。 總結，酒店房間大，乾淨，床寬。室外温泉乾淨，選擇性多。室內温泉區冰火兩重天，餐廳味道還可以，消費平民，有汗蒸房，休息大廳，免費給泳圈打氣，水上大鴨子出租20元，屬實驚喜。
