«We loved the huge playground with the slide and a ball pit. The room was very big in an open space. Bath tub, shower room and toilet were separated from 2 beds and playground. 1 bed was combined by 2 single king-beds which is huge. The service was great having free ‘good night’ milk and free check-out luggage service. The location was excellent, a few mins walk to the subway or cableway station. A few mins walk to Zhongyang (Central) Street. The breakfast was good, too, having both Chinese & Western food. High recommended, will book it again if we revisit Harbin.»

Puede verse que la mantenimiento diaria es mala. El agua de la bañera es demasiado pesada para el agua de la bañera. Debe ser usada para el agua, hay un fuerte regadío. «¡La ubicación del hotel es excelente! Ubicado en una calle céntrica, pudimos ir caminando a muchas atracciones turísticas. Como la cama individual no medía exactamente 120 cm, como se anunciaba, el hotel nos ofreció una habitación de categoría superior con desayuno gratuito por una pequeña suma, algo que agradecemos enormemente. El personal fue realmente hospitalario, y un agradecimiento especial a la Sra. 王金爽, quien nos atendió de maravilla. Recomiendo ampliamente este hotel.»

«We stayed at the Shangri-La Harbin Horizon Club for three nights and were thoroughly satisfied. Great location with easy access everywhere, clean room, friendly staff overall. A lovely Reception staff named Gao, Zhongpeng was extremely warm and helpful. I contacted her online prior to arrival; she not only changed a more suitable room type tailored for our family ( 2 adults and one 10 yr) than the original one I booked , but also answered all my questions patiently, ensuring a comfortable and seamless experience for the whole family trip.»

La sala de lectura fue un complemento encantador, permitiéndonos disfrutar de un momento de lectura tranquilo. El baño es amplio y limpio. Tong Tong, la organizadora, fue de gran ayuda para organizar un coche privado para nuestro tour por la ciudad. Se aseguró de que se tuvieran en cuenta nuestras preferencias y nos hizo valiosas sugerencias de lugares para explorar. Conductor profesional y educado: Nuestro conductor para el tour por la ciudad, el Sr. Gwu MiAn, fue excepcional en su profesionalismo y atención. Nos llevó a los lugares que queríamos visitar y se aseguró de que estuviéramos cómodos durante todo el viaje. Su trato amable y educado, junto con su provisión de agua para mantenernos hidratados, añadió un nivel extra de comodidad a nuestro tour por la ciudad. «I took a little Galentine's day trip with my friend to Harbin Ice and Snow World and this hotel was the best part of our stay. It was a expensive and the pictures of the views (particularly from the ”cloud” room) were not accurate. The picture shows clouds like you would see from a airplane, but all we saw was very low, fine, gray fog. I'd like to imagine that the pictures they show on the website are possible, but I think it's more likely photoshopped. That said, the hotel was still awesome. Our room was huge, with a great view from the 41st floor, and the heated marble floors felt great on your feet. The staff were super nice. I felt bad for the deer in the lobby because they were very itchy and one cut his own face open trying to scratch his collar with his hind hoof. But again, the hotel was so nice. If we had traveled all the way from Harbin to Beijing just for Ice and Snow World, I don't think our trip would have been worth it. But this hotel was so good it felt like a true relaxing weekend. The sound of the forest that they played throughout the hotel made it seem like you were at a giant spa. The breakfast buffet was open until 1 pm! Free sauna and hot tub. If you can afford it, I recommend it!»

«Everything is very, very good… My sincere thanks to Miss Eva Li for her great extraordinary support and services. Many thanks also to Miss Xiao Song at the front desk for her kind help.  I am very satisfied with everything in this hotel, that’s why I decided to extended my stay for several more days.  The room is specious , very comfortable ,  super quite , clean and tidy, with modern design and furniture. The electrically controlled blackout curtains are also very efficient to make the room darker even during the sunny days. I enjoyed my stay in this hotel a lot and I would definitely come back again and again in the near future»
