JJn_foodieGreat themed hotel and with an amazing location right at Zhongyang street where you can see all the amazing ice sculptures without having to walk far in the -30 Degree weather. The staff was very polite and attentive, the best thing about it is of course the dress up session with the photographer. Highly recommended for a novelty stay.

Greeted by all staffs present during our check-in.
Throughout the stay, there were so many incredible moments.
Easy contact concierge via WeChat.
One day we accidentally left our windows open when we left the room, they WeChat us to check if we wanted the room cooler, and that allowed them to help close the windows or we will be returning to a -20deg room after a long day, so thankful.
Used the self-service laundry (Free of charge) at the 7th floor. Forgot to collect my laundry and they actually helped to collect and send to our room and even helped to hang dry some not totally dried laundry.
There was a day that my slightly late collection of laundry, when I went to the laundry room, it was already taken out and folded nicely in my laundry bag.
We did not opt for breakfast, however the hotel have free coffee/tea machine and light snacks daily from 11am.
Our rooms were always well made-up.
They even gave lighters, warm sticky patch to me for free when I asked them where I could buy them from.
There was a day I chance upon the housekeeping staffs cleaning even the walk way display to the most meticulous detail.
Junyi hotel really impressed me even though they were my last hotel throughout my 2weeks trip in China.
So grateful!

UUsuario invitadoThis accommodation is an excellent choice if you want convenience and comfort in Harbin. The location is unbeatable — just a stone’s throw from Hongzhuan Morning Market and Zhongyang Street, making it easy to explore, eat, and shop without long walks in the cold.
We arrived past midnight, and the host was incredibly thoughtful to wait for us in the freezing weather. He even coordinated with our Didi driver and directed him to drop us at the closest possible entrance, which we truly appreciated after a long journey.
The apartment itself is simple and practical, with all the essential facilities we needed, including reliable heating. What really stood out was the host’s kindness and flexibility. He kindly volunteered to store two of our luggages for us when we went on a road trip outside Harbin before returning again. For our departure, he also offered to extend our check-out time for just ¥100, which was far better than being stranded in the cold while waiting for our late-night flight.
The area is surrounded by many good restaurants. We especially enjoyed 老厨家, which often has long queues — but thanks to the close proximity, we could take a queue number, return to the apartment to wait comfortably, and head back when our number was called.
Overall, a great-value stay with an exceptionally considerate host. Highly recommended for travelers looking for a warm, convenient base in Harbin, especially during winter.

UUsuario invitadoI had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed the warm hospitality provided by the owners, a husband-and-wife team who were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel comfortable and well taken care of, which added a very personal touch to the experience.
The hotel is well located, with major attractions just about a 15-minute drive away, making it convenient for sightseeing while still being away from the crowds. The rooms and common areas were clean and well maintained, reflecting the owners’ attention to detail.
One pleasant surprise was the in-house meals. The food tasted excellent and was very reasonably priced, offering great value and convenience without needing to dine elsewhere.
Overall, this is a clean, comfortable hotel with heartfelt hospitality and good food. I would gladly recommend it to travelers looking for a welcoming stay with easy access to nearby attractions.

A pesar de que este es un alojamiento en casa, nos parece que el servicio que ofrecen era mucho mejor que un hotel.
Tienen su gran área de nieve con su propia neve jugando con motocicleta y autos de nieve y la neve y la swing también

CColin and Robyn Logie¡Qué hotel tan increíble! Nuestra estancia ha sido absolutamente de 5 estrellas. El personal es increíblemente servicial. No recuerdo todos sus nombres, pero Suyu, de recepción, fue muy amable y nos ayudó a instalarnos al llegar. Era temprano y hacía frío cuando llegamos, pero este hotel nos brindó un cálido refugio.
Este hotel tiene todas las comodidades de un hotel de 5 estrellas que esperarías y más. Las múltiples piscinas termales son un punto a destacar. La piscina exterior climatizada fue increíble durante la nieve.
El personal nos ayudó a navegar fácilmente en los autobuses urbanos (el señor de recepción también fue genial).
Volveremos a este hotel en cuanto podamos.
Harbin es frío, pero las aguas termales ♨️ son cálidas.

1. El gerente de cuentas se comunicó conmigo con un día de anticipación y me preguntó cómo llegar al hotel. Después de enterarse de que era un taxi ferroviario de alta velocidad, inmediatamente me ayudó a organizar una recogida para mañana (porque estaba preocupado por nuestro). El viaje se vería afectado por un conductor *****). En ese momento, estaba muy preocupado por la favorabilidad del 70% del hotel.
2. El hermano mayor que nos recogió al día siguiente ya nos estaba esperando afuera. Después de recogernos, fuimos directamente al hotel. El auto que nos recogió también estaba nuevo y limpio, y quedamos muy satisfechos.
3. Lo que más me sorprendió después de registrarme en el hotel fue que la clienta dijo que le agradaba y directamente me pasó a su suite. La habitación era súper grande y estaba muy limpia.
4. No reservé esquí ni otros itinerarios antes de ir allí. Leí en línea y dije que podía pedirle al hotel que me lo reservara. Luego le pregunté a la señora sobre la pista de esquí número uno del mundo y ella inmediatamente me ayudó. Me tomó media hora. Consiguieron que alguien nos recogiera y me ayudaron a reservar un paquete para esquiar al día siguiente, que era mucho más barato que la estación de esquí. Experimenté todos los proyectos que quería jugar y todos los que conocí estaban muy entusiasmados.

Después de haberlo hecho, le dimos la voz de la puerta y creemos que somos honestos y que recibimos 200 depósitos.
