«¡Definitivamente tengo que escribir una buena reseña para este hotel! Primero, la ubicación es inmejorable, justo en la calle Central. Viajé con mis padres y mi hijo, y podíamos llegar a la Catedral de Santa Sofía en solo 10 minutos a pie. La calle Central está justo al salir del hotel y los taxis pueden dejarte directamente en la puerta, lo cual es fantástico. Segundo, la habitación estaba limpia y ordenada, y el personal de limpieza se encargaba de todo muy rápidamente. ¡Lo más importante es que todo el personal es muy amable! «This accommodation is an excellent choice if you want convenience and comfort in Harbin. The location is unbeatable — just a stone’s throw from Hongzhuan Morning Market and Zhongyang Street, making it easy to explore, eat, and shop without long walks in the cold.
We arrived past midnight, and the host was incredibly thoughtful to wait for us in the freezing weather. He even coordinated with our Didi driver and directed him to drop us at the closest possible entrance, which we truly appreciated after a long journey.
The apartment itself is simple and practical, with all the essential facilities we needed, including reliable heating. What really stood out was the host’s kindness and flexibility. He kindly volunteered to store two of our luggages for us when we went on a road trip outside Harbin before returning again. For our departure, he also offered to extend our check-out time for just ¥100, which was far better than being stranded in the cold while waiting for our late-night flight.
The area is surrounded by many good restaurants. We especially enjoyed 老厨家, which often has long queues — but thanks to the close proximity, we could take a queue number, return to the apartment to wait comfortably, and head back when our number was called.
Overall, a great-value stay with an exceptionally considerate host. Highly recommended for travelers looking for a warm, convenient base in Harbin, especially during winter.»

We wanted a hotel that truly reflected Harbin’s character, heritage, and history. We are glad to have discovered this hidden gem.
Mansion 1903 Hotel is probably one of the most charming hotels in Harbin, beautifully blending old-world elegance, modern comfort, and strong Russian heritage. The location is excellent, conveniently close to Zhongyang Street, yet peaceful and refined.
The rooms are spacious, clean, stylish, and exceptionally comfortable, while the staff are warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely hospitable. Their service made our stay especially memorable.
The elegant lobby environment, together with the traditional Sarafan and Kokoshnik costumes, also provided a wonderful opportunity for photography and added to the hotel’s unique cultural atmosphere.
Special thanks to Mr. Deng for his meticulous sharing and introduction of the antique collections displayed in the hotel lobby. His passion and knowledge greatly enriched our experience.

I am from Singapore. I like Qu Shi because the staff service is 5 stars, super friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with. Their hall deco is very classy and artistic as the boss is an interior designer. Complimentary local fruits and tea sessions. There are 3 pets, 2 cats and 1 dog, clean and people friendly. I love the USB plugs in the room, not an issue if you don't have a converter. They even have loccitaine shower gel for some rooms. Super Super recommended.

También tuvimos la suerte de conseguir una habitación de categoría superior. La habitación era bastante grande y estaba limpia. El personal de limpieza también fue muy amable.
Sirven el desayuno en la planta del vestíbulo, que es bastante amplio para trabajar si es necesario.
En cuanto a la ubicación, está relativamente cerca de los lugares céntricos en coche.
Sin duda, lo recomendamos a cualquiera que busque una estancia corta en Harbin.

Usuario invitadoHarbin Anshu Family Hotel has only 7 rooms and a family who look after the rooms and guests. Their services are just outstanding. I had a serious problem when i arrived as i had not had time in Beijing, where i was in transit from UK to Harbin, to get a phone SIM Card. Anshu Family Hotel took me to the China Mobile shop in Harbin and stayed with me until i got my card. They flatly refused payment for helping me even though it cost them a lot of time so i got them some grapes as a very small gift to say thankyou for helping me so kindly.
The process took nearly two hours due to a complication on my UK phone number settings. However the staff at China Mobile were really good, the Anshu Family were just incredibly patient. They simply would not leave until i was fixed up and able to use my phone. I stayed for just under a week to go to see the major attractions in Harbin, a City with a totally unique identity in China due to its Russian and European Architecture. It is one of the most fascinating cities i have ever visited, Harbin Museum being quite astonishing in its variety and quality of Artifacts. It was the 16th Museum or Museum type building i have visited in China and one of the most enjoyable. This year was Harbins 26th Ice Show, with the Winter Games coming up soon.
The Anshu Family Hotel is spot on location for both events, just a $3 taxi ride or Metro for just cents. The hotel has lots of shops, supermarkets, several food roads bristling with many many choices of meal. The Anshu Family make a very low charge for their rooms, in my opinion it could be far higher but they stick at their price.
I had not asked for breakfast as i go out early to get to see as much as possible during my day sightseeing.
The night before i left i asked them if they would get me a taxi for the morning to get my train. I was to get the taxi at 6.45am. At 5.50 a knock on the door and they came to give me three boiled eggs and a meat stew with noodles. Honestly no Hotel has treated me so kindly. I really recommend grabbing a room with Anshu most especially if you are going to the Ice Show or Winter games.
It is a budget Hotel, so be aware of that, but I got a spotless sheet, cover duvet and i was as warm as toast room at night. The water shower is piping hot. Opposite the Hotel road is a huge Govt building as a landmark, i never had any problem finding it. There is a Bank of China two hundred metres from Anshu Family Hotel.
Anshu, in my opinion must be one of the top deals on offer from Trip.com.

FoodhunTyngWe had a wonderful 3-night stay here! The host was incredibly friendly and helpful. We communicated easily through WeChat.
We dined at her nearby restaurant, and she even treated us to extra dishes and discount, which was such a warm gesture. She also offered to fetch us to and from the train station, as well as to the ski area (we bought our ski tickets directly from her, super convenient!). We even engaged her for our Xue Xiang day trip (we paid), and everything was arranged smoothly.
The room itself was large, basic and simple, but very clean and comfortable. Housekeeping was done daily, and amenities were replenished.
Overall, we had a great experience thanks to her hospitality. My in law were happy staying here too.

El hotel es muy espacioso en general. Había reservado una habitación deluxe con cama king, pero la recepción me la cambió a una habitación deluxe con dos camas individuales sin ningún problema. La habitación era muy grande y estaba bastante limpia en general. Me alojé con mi familia y pudimos disfrutar de la piscina, lo que hizo que la estancia fuera muy relajante. Es un lugar ideal para viajes familiares. ¡Ojalá hubiéramos tenido más tiempo libre para quedarnos una noche más!
