I recently completed a 4-week stay at this hotel, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Upon check-in, the front desk team kindly upgraded me to a beautiful, spacious room that was kept perfectly clean and neat every day. Throughout my month-long stay, all the daily services, including the efficient laundry service, were seamless. Everyone I encountered was genuinely welcoming. Even during my early morning checkout, Zhang Yan (张燕) took great care of me and personally helped carry my luggage to the taxi. A major highlight of my daily stay was the morning breakfast service. I first met Zihan (紫涵) at the reception desk, where she was incredibly professional and welcoming. When she transitioned to the restaurant, she brought that same bright energy to my mornings. She always greeted me with a wonderful smile and was exceptionally attentive to my needs as an international guest. I also want to thank her colleague who worked alongside her in the restaurant previously for her kind hospitality, as well as the two main chefs in the kitchen. The two chefs prepared outstanding meals with immense care every single day, making a long stay feel like home. The teamwork here is fantastic. The service and food truly made my time in Harbin memorable. An Outstanding Stay with Exceptional, 5-Star Service! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn Qunli. Arriving in Harbin at 4:00 PM and catching a noon flight out, we found the hotel's location incredibly convenient—only about 35 minutes to the airport and a similar or shorter commute into the main town. From the moment we arrived, the experience was seamless. The lobby was peaceful and check-in was a breeze. The reception staff were wonderfully helpful, recommending great dinner spots and even proactively offering us an umbrella (for a small deposit) when the weather looked threatening. Our room and the corridor were remarkably spacious. The room layout was excellent, allowing us to fully open our massive luggage while still leaving plenty of comfortable living space. More importantly, the bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. While the breakfast spread wasn't massive, everything was delicious and more than sufficient. What truly set it apart, however, was the outstanding service. I want to give a special compliment to waitresses 宫艳荣 and 宋丽梅, who kindly stepped in to help me juice carrots and heat up pastries when I was fumbling at the station. Chef 朱峰 was also fantastic, giving me custom options for my eggs while seamlessly juggling both the noodle and egg stations. I also had the pleasure of chatting with the restaurant manager, Michael Yu, who was incredibly friendly and shared fascinating insights about life in Harbin—the kind of local perspective you just can't find online, which truly enriched our holiday. I travel extensively and rarely experience this level of genuine hospitality, even in 5-star hotels. Kudos to the entire team! (Though I should note I went down for breakfast early, so it was pleasantly quiet). For leisure, we took a lovely 30-minute walk to the Qunli Waitan Ecology Wetland. It’s truly impressive how the government has preserved such beautiful greenery for residents and visitors to enjoy. My only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. It was a wonderful experience overall, and we will definitely be back!

I had a very pleasant stay at Yufeng hotel and was impressed with the overall experience. The front desk staff and housekeeper were friendly, warm, professional and always willing to assist with any requests. The room was very large, tidy, clean with complete facilities. The soundproofing was great. The bedding was very comfortable. There was a wash & dry service. The fresh coffee every day was a plus. Also, the afternoon tea with snacks and warm milk before bedtime touched our hearts. The location was convenient for both transportation and local dining options, many 24-hour grocery stores nearby, metro station just 3 mins walk, short walk to Zhongyang and Zhaolin park was opposite the hotel The overall experience was excellent. It really felt like home. Definitely worth coming back again.

Hotel was on the central street! Super convenient to head down to walk the street. It's also accessible via subway, but is a bit of walk. However the walk passes by a beautiful park so I think that's ok! Room size is alright, couldn't not open 2 lugagges fully flat on the floor but we could deal with it. Room is clean, the shower shampoo and soaps smelt great. Receptionist is helpful! Will book here again :)

Olvidé tomarle una foto a nuestra habitación de hotel 😂... pero está justo enfrente de la calle Zongyang. Fuimos a la calle Zhongyang todos los días durante nuestra estancia de 3 días. La habitación era para 4 personas, pero cuando les informé por Trip.com que éramos 5, nos dieron toallas de baño para 5 personas. El desayuno era abundante y el más delicioso de los 5 hoteles en los que nos alojamos durante nuestro viaje a Harbin en enero de 2025. Lo recomiendo.

Este es un hotel nuevo en el que me alojé durante un viaje de negocios a Harbin. El servicio de recepción fue excelente y muy amable cuando llegué por la noche. Sin embargo, al hacer el check-out, un miembro del personal, que parecía ocupar un puesto directivo, se mostró extremadamente arrogante y usó un lenguaje inapropiado. Se sentó en una silla y actuó con mucha altivez. Este hotel solo está a la altura de un hotel económico, pero eso no significa que todos los que se alojan aquí solo puedan permitirse hoteles económicos. Como trabajador del sector servicios, carecía incluso de la cortesía más básica. El agua caliente de la ducha de la habitación tardaba muchísimo en calentarse, unos 3 minutos. Sin embargo, la habitación estaba limpia. Me cambiaron a una habitación mejor, pero no había dónde comer ni siquiera una silla. La señora que me trajo una silla por la mañana parecía impaciente. Realmente necesitan capacitarlos adecuadamente.

This was my first time staying here, and overall I was very satisfied. When I first arrived, I didn’t have high expectations since the lobby is not located on the ground floor. However, once I went up to the 4th floor, the lobby felt spacious and luxurious. The check-in process was fairly standard, taking around 10 minutes. The staff had limited English skills, and there was no warm welcome as you might expect from a four-star hotel. However, since this is in China, this may simply be the local standard. I stayed in a room for three people. The room was not very spacious, but still acceptable for three large suitcases. One strange thing was that only two towels were provided, and even until check-out, they were never replenished to three, despite the room being booked for three guests. The room heater worked well. There was no bidet in the toilet, and the shower’s hot water was sometimes inconsistent, occasionally turning cold unexpectedly. The TV channels were limited to local Chinese channels only, and the TV was not a smart TV. Breakfast was quite varied and tasted good. The location is excellent — about a 7-minute walk to Zhongyang Street, a 2-minute walk to Sophia Cathedral, around an 8-minute walk to the nearest metro station, and the hotel is directly connected to a mall next door, making it very convenient for shopping and visiting the supermarket for daily needs. Overall, it’s a fairly good option. If I visit Harbin again, I would consider staying at this hotel again, especially considering the reasonable price for such a strategic location.

Primero, los pros: la limpieza es impecable, no hay de qué preocuparse en cuanto a la higiene. El ambiente es agradable y la ubicación es conveniente para ir a cualquier parte. Las instalaciones tienen algunos años, lo cual es comprensible. Ahora, los contras: la mayoría del personal de recepción es muy educado. Sin embargo, carecen de consideración en la asignación de habitaciones. Viajaba solo con una maleta muy grande y reservé una habitación con cama doble. La recepcionista me preguntó si me alojaba solo, y le dije que sí. Al entrar en la habitación, me di cuenta de que apenas había espacio para abrir la maleta. Al final, no tuve más remedio que apoyarla en la puerta del baño, lo que dificultaba mucho el acceso. Llamé para pedir un cambio a una habitación más grande, y me dijeron de forma brusca que el tamaño de la habitación era el que había reservado. Me sorprendió, ¿acaso pensaron que no tengo experiencia en hoteles o que realmente no tenían habitaciones disponibles? Espero que el hotel mejore la capacitación de su personal, ya que este tipo de comunicación con los huéspedes seguramente generará más quejas.

Xin Yuhang, el empleado que trabaja en el Sun Castle Resort Hotel es muy agradable, útil y amigable, nos ayuda con las dificultades que tuvimos durante toda nuestra estancia allí. Debido a nuestras barreras lingüísticas, él estaba paciente para traducirlo a nosotros y a pesar de la multitud que lo mantuvo entrando y haciendo que él se ocupaba, él se ocupa de una por otra con clase, profesionalismo, y la ayuda de cada persona. Mi novia y yo disfrutamos de nuestra estadía en este hotel y vacaciones en Harbin. Muchas gracias por hacer de nuestra estadía una gran. Lo valoraremos 10/10
