UUsuario invitado¡Un hotel maravilloso! Está muy cerca del aeropuerto de Harbin, lo que hizo que nuestro viaje fuera súper cómodo. Las habitaciones son modernas, muy limpias y espaciosas, con camas cómodas, una ducha estupenda y un aseo independiente. Agradecimos mucho el servicio gratuito de traslado al aeropuerto, la amabilidad del conductor y del personal, e incluso el ascensor a las plantas superiores. El desayuno fue una grata sorpresa: un buffet libre asequible por solo 20 RMB. También se pueden pedir dumplings o wontons a la carta. El aire acondicionado funcionaba a la perfección, el aire del campo era fresco y había restaurantes a un corto paseo. Nos gustó tanto que nos alojamos aquí dos veces durante nuestro viaje. ¡Lo recomendamos sin duda!

No hay puertas que separan la zona del dormitorio de la zona de lavandería, y las cortinas oscuras de la habitación sólo cubren completamente las ventanas del dormitorio, por lo que una gran luz solar viene a través de la zona de la baño, que no fue muy conveniente.
La habitación era sin duda una habitación sin fumar y nunca huele a fumar cigarrillos. Esto se fijó con la pulverización de un parfum, pero un poco decepcionante que los espacios públicos no se mantuvieran sin humo.
Hay un robot de entrega, lavandería de servicio gratuito y desayuno en el sótano. La ubicación no es super central, y porque Harbin está frío en invierno, es más fácil tomar taxis al centro de la ciudad que caminar o tratar de tomar el metro! En general, el personal era muy amable y el hotel era agradable, pero seguramente intentaría encontrar algo más agradable o más cerca del centro de la ciudad por un mejor precio si volví.

OOtautahianWe chose this hotel because there is a TCM place literally on the opposite side of the block and my sister could get acupuncture there.
All the staff were friendly, the hotel was modern and bright, and it was easy to get taxis outside.
My sister especially enjoyed the breakfast bigger because there was a lot of dongbei food and the hot dishes changed every day. While we were there (Spring Festival) there were free snacks at reception, like hulutang, frozen pears, egg tarts.

Ubicación:
En el centro de la ciudad, el hotel está situado a unos 20 minutos a pie de la calle Central y del mercado central. La zona se siente tranquila y un poco vacía, con sólo una tienda de conveniencia cerca.
Ingreso y personal:
No hay callhop, por lo que lleva tu propio equipaje a unos pasos.
Sala:
La habitación era muy espaciosa con techos altos y un diseño de dos niveles, así que nunca se sentía confundida. Todo era limpio y tedioso. La vista no era nada especial.
Las escaleras se despiertan fuertemente (dificultad para bañarme a la noche sin despertar a su compañero), y el dormitorio de arriba se calienta porque el calor aumenta y todo el edificio utiliza calefacción central. Big Plus: las ventanas se abren completamente, para que puedas descongelarlo fácilmente.
Desayuno:
La selección era muy limitada: huevos sobrecogidos, cucharas microondas, nueces oleaginosas, carne frita, jugo naranja falso, casi ningún fruto o yogur, y ningún café adecuado.

SSchredingerI initially got the floors mixed up, but then I figured it out. This is a great hotel. Large rooms, with both a bathtub and a shower. It's the first hotel where a razor was already in the room—I didn't have to ask for one at the reception. The metro station isn't far, and taxis always arrive very quickly. It's a really excellent location, with many 24-hour grocery stores nearby.
I was also pleased that you can smoke in the room. Of course, I'm not a fan of smoking where I sleep, but it's cold outside, and constantly getting dressed and going downstairs is very inconvenient. So, big thanks to the hotel.
Minor downsides: the bathrobes are very small (and I'm not tall myself), and all the movies on the projector are paid, with no English language options. But these are small things; overall, the hotel is excellent and spacious.

🛌 Room & Amenities: Clean, Modern, and High-Tech
The room was spotlessly clean, and the accommodation itself felt very new. All basic amenities were provided, including a refrigerator. We stayed in a four-bed room, and the value was incredible: the full price was 5,000 THB, but we used a discount code and only paid around 2,800 THB. This was extremely good value for money
!
The in-room amenities were quite high-tech. We could control the curtains with a switch right next to the bed. The room was equipped with both a heater and an air conditioner, a hairdryer, and a dedicated clothes rack suitable for hanging coats.
👩💼 Staff: Friendly and Helpful
The staff were friendly and welcoming. Since I could speak some Chinese, I was able to communicate relatively well with them. For any words or phrases that were unclear, Google Translate was a huge help and smoothed out the communication process.
🚿 Bathroom: Cleanliness and Comfort
The bathroom was very clean. The toilet featured a heated seat, which was a nice touch, especially in the cold weather—no cold surprises! However, the high-tech flush system might be a bit tricky to operate for those who are not familiar with technology-heavy systems.
📺 Entertainment & Rest: Great Comfort After a Long Day
The room featured a very large digital TV with a variety of channels to watch. After a tiring day of walking and sightseeing, we could come back and rest fully. The sleep quality was excellent; I felt completely recharged after just six hours of sleep because the bed was so comfortable and spacious.
If you needed anything extra, such as toothpaste, toothbrushes, or towels, the staff were happy to provide them upon request.
⭐️ Overall Experience: Impressive and Convenient
Overall, I was very pleased and impressed with my stay. This includes the helpful staff, the breakfast area, and the food itself. The breakfast was delicious, flavorful, not bland, and not overly greasy.
We were also able to store our luggage at the lobby after check-out, provided we picked it up later that same day.
If I have the chance to visit Harbin again, I will definitely stay here. The location is right in the heart of the city, close to the main tourist attractions, many of which are within easy walking distance.

JJoelI recently stayed at the Vienna Hotel (Harbin Central Street Sofia) and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel’s location is truly unbeatable—it’s just steps away from a subway station, making it incredibly easy to explore Harbin. All the main attractions, including the railway station, are only a few subway stops away, making this hotel a prime choice for tourists. Additionally, it’s within walking distance of Zhongyang Street, the stunning Sophia Cathedral, and the bustling Daoli Vegetable Market, where you can grab a delicious and affordable breakfast.
The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large window offering a nice view of the city. The beds were very cozy, ensuring a good night’s sleep after a long day of exploring. The bathroom was also generously sized, especially the shower, and everything was in perfect working order. Despite the freezing temperatures outside (it was -25°C during our stay!), the room stayed warm and comfortable thanks to the excellent heating system. We kept the heater off for the entire six days, and the temperature inside remained just right.
Another highlight was the hotel lobby, which offered free coffee, tea, and even milk tea—a thoughtful and convenient touch. The staff were friendly and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience.
Overall, I highly recommend the Vienna Hotel (Harbin Central Street Sofia) to anyone visiting Harbin. Its convenient location, comfortable rooms, and thoughtful amenities make it an excellent choice for both leisure and business travelers. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Harbin!
