UUsuario anónimoEl hotel es muy nuevo, muy limpio y tiene una buena ubicación. ¡Está a unos 560 metros de la estación de metro y de la estación de tren! ¡Muy conveniente! ¡La habitación también es bastante grande y muy cómoda! ! La calefacción también es cómoda y se puede ajustar. No hay hemorragias nasales secas como se menciona en Internet. ¡Aún tienes que experimentarlo tú mismo! La comida para llevar también la entregan robots. Principalmente el personal de recepción, tanto hombres como mujeres, es muy amable. ! ! Me sentí realmente conmovido. Mi habitación parece ser la 603. Me gustaría quedarme aquí de nuevo el año que viene. Limpio, seguro e higiénico. Sin embargo, algunos viajeros fumaban en el vestíbulo delantero, lo cual era realmente incómodo. Espero que pueda haber más señales de no fumar.

AAED_khvWhen choosing a hotel, we paid attention to location and whether it was updated. This hotel was perfect in every way. The location is simply fabulous; we strolled along Arbat Street every day, both early in the day and in the evening. The hotel is clean, fresh, and beautiful! The beds in the room are very comfortable, including orthopedic pillows. The room amenities made for a pleasant and comfortable stay! Delicious coffee and tea were available in the lobby at any time! I'd especially like to thank the hotel staff for their attentiveness and helpfulness in resolving any issue! They responded very quickly to any request. We loved the breakfasts.

黄黄善博We decided to spend a little extra money going to Harbin because we wanted to make sure we were comfortable. The check-in process was very convenient, beds comfortable, room spacious. The front desk receptionists were also very helpful, especially on Chinese New Year’s Eve.
The soundproofing is not amazing—we could hear a lot of the conversations outside the room in the hallway. The shower also wasn’t great. For such an expensive room, we expected better. After one day of use, the water stopped draining and started to pool. If the shower was longer than 5-7 minutes, the water was probably going to overflow. And then it took forever to drain completely. The toilet is a smart toilet, but it’s also very loud and has a neon blue light that doesn’t shut off at night.
There’s no door separating the bedroom area from the washroom area, and the room darkening curtains are only fully covering the windows in the bedroom, so a lot of sunlight comes through the bathroom area, which was not super convenient.
The room was definitely a non-smoking room and never smelled of cigarette smoke. However, the lobby oftentimes smelled of cigarettes. This was fixed with spraying some sort of perfume, but a bit disappointing that the public spaces were not kept smoke-free.
There’s a delivery robot, free self-service laundry, and breakfast in the basement. The location is not super centrally located, and because Harbin is cold in the winter, it’s easier to take taxis to the center of the city than it is to walk or attempt to take the metro! Overall, the staff was very friendly and the hotel was nice, but I would definitely try to find somewhere nicer and or closer to the city center for a better price if I were to come back.

TTaidi_520Gracias al Hotel del Aeropuerto de Aviación Civil: Como no pudimos conseguir billetes para nuestro vuelo del jueves, nos alojamos temporalmente en un hotel cerca del Aeropuerto Internacional de Harbin Taiping. El Hotel del Aeropuerto de Aviación Civil brindó un servicio excelente, con transporte gratuito al aeropuerto, y el personal de recepción fue muy amable. También quedamos muy satisfechos con el personal de limpieza y el conductor del autobús del hotel. ¡Cinco estrellas! Location:
Great if you're shopping for winter clothes — just one block from St. Sophia Cathedral and close to shopping areas. However, it's about 20 minutes' walk to Central Street / Central Market. The surrounding area feels quiet and a bit empty, with only one convenience store nearby.
Check-in and staff:
No bellhop, so you carry your own luggage up a few steps. Staff were friendly and efficient — nothing fancy, but check-in was smooth and no issues.
Room:
The loft room was nicely spacious with high ceilings and a two-level layout, so it never felt cramped. Everything was clean and tidy. The view was nothing special.
Downsides: The stairs creak loudly (hard to sneak to the bathroom at night without waking your partner). The upper loft bedroom gets quite warm because heat rises, and the whole building uses central heating. Big plus: windows open fully, so you can cool it down easily. The bed was firm/hard — typical for Harbin, and actually good for your back.
Breakfast:
Skip it. The selection was very limited: overcooked eggs, microwaved-looking buns, oily noodles, fried meats, fake orange juice, almost no fruit or yogurt, and no proper coffee. You're much better eating out nearby.
Overall:
Decent value for a spacious, clean room in a convenient shopping spot, but don't expect luxury or great food. Fine for a short stay if location fits your plans, but nothing wow-worthy.
This version keeps your honest points, cuts repetition, fixes typos, improves flow, and makes it easier/faster to read while staying natural.

GGateway2006Es realmente muy bueno. El baño está separado en zonas húmedas y secas. Hay cepillos de dientes, pasta de dientes, jabón, champú y secador de pelo todos los días. La ubicación es muy conveniente. A la izquierda del hotel, al otro lado del río, se encuentra Zhongyang Road. Camine hasta el final del camino y encontrará un río. Camine hacia la derecha y gire a la izquierda en el semáforo en rojo. y camine hasta aproximadamente 2 intersecciones de semáforo en rojo, será St. Sophia Hay una estación de autobuses al aeropuerto en el lado derecho del hotel, a sólo 2 pasos. La única pequeña desventaja para nosotros es que el aire acondicionado está demasiado frío. Sino porque mi amigo y yo somos gente fría y estamos resfriados. Pero la suma total es 10, no deducida. AArkarriThe location of the hotel is not bad. Almost every night, you will get to buy bing tang hulu downstairs and this truck shop that sells 手抓饼，烤冷面 and 关东煮, is really damn good! Getting to railway station, city and anywhere is convenient with didi, we even took it to snow World. As for the place itself, honestly, the lobby and check in area will throw you off because is quite run down and simple looking. But the room is beautiful, comfortable, huge and clean too. The staff is very helpful through WeChat and the staff that cleans the room, very kind and helpful too. They help to keep your taobao stuff too. Bed is comfy and the projector, a lot of advertisements for free contents, but can watch. However there is a few issue, when you shower, the water pressure gets irritatingly soft to regular and even till no water comes out and the water temperature will turn from hot to warm to cold to south pole within seconds and minutes. The toilet gets colder as compared to the rest of the room. The fridge isnt working as well. They only provide one time disposable towel and if you want it to be daily, tell them daily through Wechat. Water kettle is clean but boil it once as a thorough clean first before using. Despite these issues, I would still say is a good place to stay and would recommend it as the place definitely protected us from the cold haha. KFC and convenience stores are nearby as well. If not, just use alipay to order food, they will send to your room. Safety wise, I would say it is safe to stay. Singaporeans and Malaysians, if you are not too particular and okay with what was described above, go for it but do remember to go to Block E and not F because the driver might drop you one block before haha. Have fun in Harbin!

🛌 Room & Amenities: Clean, Modern, and High-Tech
The room was spotlessly clean, and the accommodation itself felt very new. All basic amenities were provided, including a refrigerator. We stayed in a four-bed room, and the value was incredible: the full price was 5,000 THB, but we used a discount code and only paid around 2,800 THB. This was extremely good value for money
!
The in-room amenities were quite high-tech. We could control the curtains with a switch right next to the bed. The room was equipped with both a heater and an air conditioner, a hairdryer, and a dedicated clothes rack suitable for hanging coats.
👩💼 Staff: Friendly and Helpful
The staff were friendly and welcoming. Since I could speak some Chinese, I was able to communicate relatively well with them. For any words or phrases that were unclear, Google Translate was a huge help and smoothed out the communication process.
🚿 Bathroom: Cleanliness and Comfort
The bathroom was very clean. The toilet featured a heated seat, which was a nice touch, especially in the cold weather—no cold surprises! However, the high-tech flush system might be a bit tricky to operate for those who are not familiar with technology-heavy systems.
📺 Entertainment & Rest: Great Comfort After a Long Day
The room featured a very large digital TV with a variety of channels to watch. After a tiring day of walking and sightseeing, we could come back and rest fully. The sleep quality was excellent; I felt completely recharged after just six hours of sleep because the bed was so comfortable and spacious.
If you needed anything extra, such as toothpaste, toothbrushes, or towels, the staff were happy to provide them upon request.
⭐️ Overall Experience: Impressive and Convenient
Overall, I was very pleased and impressed with my stay. This includes the helpful staff, the breakfast area, and the food itself. The breakfast was delicious, flavorful, not bland, and not overly greasy.
We were also able to store our luggage at the lobby after check-out, provided we picked it up later that same day.
If I have the chance to visit Harbin again, I will definitely stay here. The location is right in the heart of the city, close to the main tourist attractions, many of which are within easy walking distance.

JJoelI recently stayed at the Vienna Hotel (Harbin Central Street Sofia) and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel’s location is truly unbeatable—it’s just steps away from a subway station, making it incredibly easy to explore Harbin. All the main attractions, including the railway station, are only a few subway stops away, making this hotel a prime choice for tourists. Additionally, it’s within walking distance of Zhongyang Street, the stunning Sophia Cathedral, and the bustling Daoli Vegetable Market, where you can grab a delicious and affordable breakfast.
The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large window offering a nice view of the city. The beds were very cozy, ensuring a good night’s sleep after a long day of exploring. The bathroom was also generously sized, especially the shower, and everything was in perfect working order. Despite the freezing temperatures outside (it was -25°C during our stay!), the room stayed warm and comfortable thanks to the excellent heating system. We kept the heater off for the entire six days, and the temperature inside remained just right.
Another highlight was the hotel lobby, which offered free coffee, tea, and even milk tea—a thoughtful and convenient touch. The staff were friendly and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience.
Overall, I highly recommend the Vienna Hotel (Harbin Central Street Sofia) to anyone visiting Harbin. Its convenient location, comfortable rooms, and thoughtful amenities make it an excellent choice for both leisure and business travelers. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Harbin!
