UUsuario anónimoEl hotel es muy nuevo, muy limpio y tiene una buena ubicación. ¡Está a unos 560 metros de la estación de metro y de la estación de tren! ¡Muy conveniente! ¡La habitación también es bastante grande y muy cómoda! ! La calefacción también es cómoda y se puede ajustar. No hay hemorragias nasales secas como se menciona en Internet. ¡Aún tienes que experimentarlo tú mismo! La comida para llevar también la entregan robots. Principalmente el personal de recepción, tanto hombres como mujeres, es muy amable. ! ! Me sentí realmente conmovido. Mi habitación parece ser la 603. Me gustaría quedarme aquí de nuevo el año que viene. Limpio, seguro e higiénico. Sin embargo, algunos viajeros fumaban en el vestíbulo delantero, lo cual era realmente incómodo. Espero que pueda haber más señales de no fumar.

AAED_khvEl hotel es perfecto en todos los sentidos. La ubicación es simplemente fabulosa; caminamos por la calle Arbat todos los días, tanto a principios del día como a la noche. El hotel es limpio, fresco y hermoso! Las camas en la habitación son muy cómodas, incluyendo las piñas ortopédicas. Las habitaciones están equipadas para una agradable y cómoda estancia! UUsuario invitadoWhat a gem! The hotel is so close to Harbin Airport, which made our trip super convenient. The rooms are modern, very clean, and spacious, with comfortable beds, a nice shower, and a separate toilet area. We really appreciated the free airport shuttle, the courteous driver and staff, and even the elevator to the upper floors. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise—an affordable all-you-can-eat option for just 20 RMB. You can also order dumplings or wontons off the menu. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the countryside air was fresh, and there were restaurants just a short walk away. We liked it so much that we stayed here twice on our trip. Would definitely recommend it!

黄黄善博We decided to spend a little extra money going to Harbin because we wanted to make sure we were comfortable. The check-in process was very convenient, beds comfortable, room spacious. The front desk receptionists were also very helpful, especially on Chinese New Year’s Eve.
The soundproofing is not amazing—we could hear a lot of the conversations outside the room in the hallway. The shower also wasn’t great. For such an expensive room, we expected better. After one day of use, the water stopped draining and started to pool. If the shower was longer than 5-7 minutes, the water was probably going to overflow. And then it took forever to drain completely. The toilet is a smart toilet, but it’s also very loud and has a neon blue light that doesn’t shut off at night.
There’s no door separating the bedroom area from the washroom area, and the room darkening curtains are only fully covering the windows in the bedroom, so a lot of sunlight comes through the bathroom area, which was not super convenient.
The room was definitely a non-smoking room and never smelled of cigarette smoke. However, the lobby oftentimes smelled of cigarettes. This was fixed with spraying some sort of perfume, but a bit disappointing that the public spaces were not kept smoke-free.
There’s a delivery robot, free self-service laundry, and breakfast in the basement. The location is not super centrally located, and because Harbin is cold in the winter, it’s easier to take taxis to the center of the city than it is to walk or attempt to take the metro! Overall, the staff was very friendly and the hotel was nice, but I would definitely try to find somewhere nicer and or closer to the city center for a better price if I were to come back.

TTaidi_520Gracias al Hotel del Aeropuerto de Aviación Civil: Como no pudimos conseguir billetes para nuestro vuelo del jueves, nos alojamos temporalmente en un hotel cerca del Aeropuerto Internacional de Harbin Taiping. El Hotel del Aeropuerto de Aviación Civil brindó un servicio excelente, con transporte gratuito al aeropuerto, y el personal de recepción fue muy amable. También quedamos muy satisfechos con el personal de limpieza y el conductor del autobús del hotel. ¡Cinco estrellas! OOtautahianWe chose this hotel because there is a TCM place literally on the opposite side of the block and my sister could get acupuncture there.
All the staff were friendly, the hotel was modern and bright, and it was easy to get taxis outside.
My sister especially enjoyed the breakfast bigger because there was a lot of dongbei food and the hot dishes changed every day. While we were there (Spring Festival) there were free snacks at reception, like hulutang, frozen pears, egg tarts.

GGateway2006Es realmente muy bueno. El baño está separado en zonas húmedas y secas. Hay cepillos de dientes, pasta de dientes, jabón, champú y secador de pelo todos los días. La ubicación es muy conveniente. A la izquierda del hotel, al otro lado del río, se encuentra Zhongyang Road. Camine hasta el final del camino y encontrará un río. Camine hacia la derecha y gire a la izquierda en el semáforo en rojo. y camine hasta aproximadamente 2 intersecciones de semáforo en rojo, será St. Sophia Hay una estación de autobuses al aeropuerto en el lado derecho del hotel, a sólo 2 pasos. La única pequeña desventaja para nosotros es que el aire acondicionado está demasiado frío. Sino porque mi amigo y yo somos gente fría y estamos resfriados. Pero la suma total es 10, no deducida. Habla con nosotros a través de WeChat. Pregunta cualquier cosa a través de WeChat. El dueño respondió muy rápidamente.

AArkarriThe location of the hotel is not bad. Almost every night, you will get to buy bing tang hulu downstairs and this truck shop that sells 手抓饼，烤冷面 and 关东煮, is really damn good! Getting to railway station, city and anywhere is convenient with didi, we even took it to snow World. As for the place itself, honestly, the lobby and check in area will throw you off because is quite run down and simple looking. But the room is beautiful, comfortable, huge and clean too. The staff is very helpful through WeChat and the staff that cleans the room, very kind and helpful too. They help to keep your taobao stuff too. Bed is comfy and the projector, a lot of advertisements for free contents, but can watch. However there is a few issue, when you shower, the water pressure gets irritatingly soft to regular and even till no water comes out and the water temperature will turn from hot to warm to cold to south pole within seconds and minutes. The toilet gets colder as compared to the rest of the room. The fridge isnt working as well. They only provide one time disposable towel and if you want it to be daily, tell them daily through Wechat. Water kettle is clean but boil it once as a thorough clean first before using. Despite these issues, I would still say is a good place to stay and would recommend it as the place definitely protected us from the cold haha. KFC and convenience stores are nearby as well. If not, just use alipay to order food, they will send to your room. Safety wise, I would say it is safe to stay. Singaporeans and Malaysians, if you are not too particular and okay with what was described above, go for it but do remember to go to Block E and not F because the driver might drop you one block before haha. Have fun in Harbin!

La habitación es limpia e higiénica. Como traje a mis hijos, la recepcionista de apellido Sun les regaló imanes para el refrigerador y piruletas, lo cual es muy considerado. Se lo he recomendado a mis amigos y sin duda me alojaré aquí la próxima vez.
