YYburnnavoyagesMy friend and I had the pleasure of staying at Grand Mercure hotel in Harbin, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we entered, I was struck by the spotlessly clean surroundings and the comfortable feeling that enveloped us. The high ceiling added a touch of grandeur to the ambiance, making it feel a luxury 5-star accommodation, all at a budget-friendly price.
The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the comfortable bed and fresh linens. I had the best sleep and woke up feeling refreshed, as if I had slept like a baby. The attention to detail in ensuring a comfortable sleep experience was truly commendable.
The hotel staff deserves special mention for their exceptional service. Despite some language barriers, they went above and beyond to assist me with anything I needed and provide accurate information. I vividly remember ALAN CHEN or Chan, although I'm unsure of the exact spelling of his name. He was always attentive to our concerns and questions, taking the time to communicate and ensure we received the correct directions. Their dedication and willingness to assist made a lasting impression on me.
In terms of location, the hotel was conveniently located near a bus stop, making it easily accessible from the airport which is around 45mins or less.
The ride took less than 10 minutes to reach the high-speed railway station from the hotel. However, I must mention that there weren't many convenient shops in the immediate vicinity, which might be a minor inconvenience for some travelers.
Our only issue during our stay was the room temperature, which was quite warm. Despite adjusting the thermostat, we couldn't achieve a comfortable coolness. We resorted to opening the window slightly to let in some fresh air, but leaving it open throughout the night posed the risk of catching a cold. It would be highly beneficial if the hotel could consider providing a humidifier, as the air in the room felt excessively dry.
Overall, my stay at this hotel was truly amazing. The cleanliness of the hotel, the exceptional staff, and the convenient location all contributed to a memorable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Harbin and would absolutely choose to stay here again on my next visit. The management may want to look into improving the room temperature control and addressing the dryness in the air to ensure an even more pleasant stay for future guests.

UUsuario invitadoPasamos tres noches en este hotel y nos pareció un poco más alejado de todo lo que queríamos ver y hacer, pero eso no hizo que nuestra estancia fuera menos agradable. El personal fue atento e increíblemente amable. El hotel da a un estanque precioso que en invierno se congela y está cubierto por una gruesa capa de nieve. Un lugar de juego perfecto para jóvenes y mayores. Coger un Didi desde el hotel también es bastante fácil, ya que no está atrapado justo en el centro de las actividades del festival de hielo.

DDavid Shick!El hotel estaba limpio y bien. El desayuno era bueno, pero había algunos problemas. El wifi era un rollo con mi portátil. Me di por vencido. El principal problema era la temperatura en las habitaciones. Hacía mucho calor. Nos dijeron que habían arreglado el termostato. Dormir era incómodo.

SSH.JINOur stay at the AOLUGUYA Hotel was truly fantastic. Every aspect of the hotel was designed with guests in mind and maintained to an exceptional standard. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, and they handled communication in English with ease, answering questions clearly and confidently. The view from around the 40th floor was very satisfying, and the bathtub was more than adequate for enjoying a private, relaxing soak. Due to our travel schedule, we did not have the chance to use additional facilities such as the swimming pool. The breakfast buffet stood out for its high quality and wide variety of options. The staff were exceptionally attentive—almost to the point of going out of their way to bring us items we were looking for. The long breakfast service hours also added to the overall comfort of the stay.
At this price point, the hotel offers a truly top-tier, high-end experience. If I visit Harbin again, there would be no reason not to choose this hotel.

CColin and Robyn Logie¡Qué hotel tan increíble! Nuestra estancia ha sido absolutamente de 5 estrellas. El personal es increíblemente servicial. No recuerdo todos sus nombres, pero Suyu, de recepción, fue muy amable y nos ayudó a instalarnos al llegar. Era temprano y hacía frío cuando llegamos, pero este hotel nos brindó un cálido refugio.
Este hotel tiene todas las comodidades de un hotel de 5 estrellas que esperarías y más. Las múltiples piscinas termales son un punto a destacar. La piscina exterior climatizada fue increíble durante la nieve.
El personal nos ayudó a navegar fácilmente en los autobuses urbanos (el señor de recepción también fue genial).
Volveremos a este hotel en cuanto podamos.
Harbin es frío, pero las aguas termales ♨️ son cálidas.

YYemzyThe hotel does very little to communicate and fully explain in detail to their guests when they check in, we did not know that the hotel was offering dinner to their to its guest on the day of our arrival, we had to ask around, and in so doing it seemed as though we where trying to get crush for a free dinner, the package we booked for had an executive lounge happy hour and light dinner, we had to prove ourselves that we had booked and paid for a package deal. The hotel really needs to improve on their service and alert their guests on what is happening in the hotel so as to avoid embarrassing and unnecessary confusion. The room was clean, but the amenities offered are not up to par. The air conditioner was not making the room cool enough. The room was hot, and the air was tight. The food was good and we were satisfied, this was the best part for my family and I, we where actually skeptical thinking that it's going to be all Chinese but surprisingly we ate more than we anticipated for.
The hotel is a good hotel. Would i recommend someone to go and stay there? Yes! But they need to seriously improve on communication and overall service towards their guests, especially foreign guests who want to try out Chinese cuisines, you need to raise the bar and look for service providers who are bilingual so as to facilitate a good service. And please add more pastry recipes to your menu 😋

GGan ESThanks for the upgrade. Spacious room with good view. The downside, the room was too hot. Bring a portable fan or open the windows but noisy. Hotel close to line 2 subway exit 4 with easily access to main Railway station and Ice and Snow World without transfer. Room is very clean and friendly staff. Recommended for coming tourist visiting Harbin and Snow Town.

CCurlygirl_travelsLlegué bastante tarde la noche de la reserva. El proceso de registro fue rápido y eficiente, y el recepcionista fue muy amable. Al entrar, la habitación olía a humo, el agua estaba tibia y el aire acondicionado estaba demasiado bajo, así que hacía frío. Estaba muy cansado, así que por la mañana fui a recepción para preguntar si podían solucionar estos problemas y fui a desayunar. Para cuando regresé a la habitación, todos mis problemas ya estaban resueltos. Fue un servicio eficiente y excelente.
Si bien el agua estaba lo suficientemente caliente, no lo suficiente como para llenar la bañera para un baño. Tuve que salir en 15 minutos porque se enfrió.
El desayuno estuvo delicioso y todo el personal es muy atento y alegre. Me recibieron con una cálida sonrisa y mucha amabilidad. Realmente aprecio la calidez que mostraron a todos. La vista desde la habitación es buena. Por la noche, puedes ver las luces del festival de nieve desde la cama. La cama es suave y cómoda. Al otro lado del hotel, a unas dos cuadras (10 minutos a paso ligero), puedes bajar al río congelado y tomar fotos; es como tu propio patio de recreo. Incluso hay bloques de hielo desechados que puedes usar para tus fotos.
El hotel cuenta con servicio de transporte de ida y vuelta, pero no de vuelta. Está lejos del centro de Harbin, donde se encuentran la mayoría de las atracciones. Aun así, disfruté de mi estancia. Gracias por la buena hospitalidad.

El registro es fácil, por lo que apenas interactuamos con el personal, que parece poco amable.
La habitación es espaciosa y bastante cómoda. Sin embargo, algunas luces no funcionan. Me preocupa la limpieza, ya que la cucharilla no se lavó al día siguiente, aunque sí la taza. No nos cambiaron el café. Las sábanas aún se sienten desordenadas.
La ubicación es buena y la habitación es espaciosa, así que está bien.
Hace calor en la habitación, así que tenemos que mantener las ventanas abiertas para refrescarla.

UUsuario anónimoI’ll start with the highlight of our stay: the ski rental team at Yabuloni Hotel. Since rentals are included in the stay, we spent a fair amount of time with them, and they are truly world-class. Led by a charming and compassionate boss, the team of four （photo attached) is incredibly professional and approachable. They don’t just hand you gear; they perform thorough safety checks, ensure a perfect fit, and offer genuine tips for the slopes. They made our trip seamless and safe. They will be the reason why we will come back and stay here
Unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn't live up to that same standard. The hallways are dimly lit and poorly ventilated, a theme that continues into the rooms. The biggest issue was the bathroom, a persistent, foul sewage smell made us feel like we are using a public toilet that has not been cleaned for years. If this is 5 star standard, i'm afraid they have to do much much better.
To top it off, the reception staff felt poorly trained. Despite having plenty of people behind the desk, no one could answer basic questions about local attractions, slope openings, or even help us arrange a driver for dinner around the area. For the price point, they should think of how they can justify their service other than having a world class and helpful ski rental management team.
