GGenelle Chua YYI had a pleasant stay at Steigenberger Harbin Sunac Land. The hotel is modern, clean, and well-maintained, which is especially important when staying in Harbin during winter. The room was comfortable, warm, and spacious, with good heating that made coming back from the cold very enjoyable.
The service was polite and professional, and check-in was smooth. Staff were helpful when approached, although English communication may be limited at times. Amenities were adequate and met expectations for a hotel of this standard.
The location is convenient if you are visiting Sunac Land / Snow World, though it is a bit far from Harbin city centre and major attractions like Central Street. This hotel is best suited for travellers who plan to spend time around the Sunac area.
Overall, it is a comfortable and reliable choice, especially for families or travellers visiting nearby attractions.

YYburnnavoyagesMy friend and I had the pleasure of staying at Grand Mercure hotel in Harbin, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we entered, I was struck by the spotlessly clean surroundings and the comfortable feeling that enveloped us. The high ceiling added a touch of grandeur to the ambiance, making it feel a luxury 5-star accommodation, all at a budget-friendly price.
The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the comfortable bed and fresh linens. I had the best sleep and woke up feeling refreshed, as if I had slept like a baby. The attention to detail in ensuring a comfortable sleep experience was truly commendable.
The hotel staff deserves special mention for their exceptional service. Despite some language barriers, they went above and beyond to assist me with anything I needed and provide accurate information. I vividly remember ALAN CHEN or Chan, although I'm unsure of the exact spelling of his name. He was always attentive to our concerns and questions, taking the time to communicate and ensure we received the correct directions. Their dedication and willingness to assist made a lasting impression on me.
In terms of location, the hotel was conveniently located near a bus stop, making it easily accessible from the airport which is around 45mins or less.
The ride took less than 10 minutes to reach the high-speed railway station from the hotel. However, I must mention that there weren't many convenient shops in the immediate vicinity, which might be a minor inconvenience for some travelers.
Our only issue during our stay was the room temperature, which was quite warm. Despite adjusting the thermostat, we couldn't achieve a comfortable coolness. We resorted to opening the window slightly to let in some fresh air, but leaving it open throughout the night posed the risk of catching a cold. It would be highly beneficial if the hotel could consider providing a humidifier, as the air in the room felt excessively dry.
Overall, my stay at this hotel was truly amazing. The cleanliness of the hotel, the exceptional staff, and the convenient location all contributed to a memorable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Harbin and would absolutely choose to stay here again on my next visit. The management may want to look into improving the room temperature control and addressing the dryness in the air to ensure an even more pleasant stay for future guests.

UUsuario invitadoPasamos tres noches en este hotel y nos pareció un poco más alejado de todo lo que queríamos ver y hacer, pero eso no hizo que nuestra estancia fuera menos agradable. El personal fue atento e increíblemente amable. El hotel da a un estanque precioso que en invierno se congela y está cubierto por una gruesa capa de nieve. Un lugar de juego perfecto para jóvenes y mayores. Coger un Didi desde el hotel también es bastante fácil, ya que no está atrapado justo en el centro de las actividades del festival de hielo.

TThierryDoA wonderful hotel. We booked The Hunter Hut Cloudspire Haven room for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids). The room was huge, super clean and the shower and bathtub excellent. We love the afternoon tea (from 2pm to 8pm), enjoying a quiet space with amazing view from the 42nd floor, the breakfast (until 1pm!) and the supper (from 10pm to midnight)! We stayed 3 nights and the kids love it, especially feeding the renders at the entrance. the hotel is at 10 min walk (taking a shortcut) to the mall.

CColin and Robyn Logie¡Qué hotel tan increíble! Nuestra estancia ha sido absolutamente de 5 estrellas. El personal es increíblemente servicial. No recuerdo todos sus nombres, pero Suyu, de recepción, fue muy amable y nos ayudó a instalarnos al llegar. Era temprano y hacía frío cuando llegamos, pero este hotel nos brindó un cálido refugio.
Este hotel tiene todas las comodidades de un hotel de 5 estrellas que esperarías y más. Las múltiples piscinas termales son un punto a destacar. La piscina exterior climatizada fue increíble durante la nieve.
El personal nos ayudó a navegar fácilmente en los autobuses urbanos (el señor de recepción también fue genial).
Volveremos a este hotel en cuanto podamos.
Harbin es frío, pero las aguas termales ♨️ son cálidas.

YYemzyThe hotel does very little to communicate and fully explain in detail to their guests when they check in, we did not know that the hotel was offering dinner to their to its guest on the day of our arrival, we had to ask around, and in so doing it seemed as though we where trying to get crush for a free dinner, the package we booked for had an executive lounge happy hour and light dinner, we had to prove ourselves that we had booked and paid for a package deal. The hotel really needs to improve on their service and alert their guests on what is happening in the hotel so as to avoid embarrassing and unnecessary confusion. The room was clean, but the amenities offered are not up to par. The air conditioner was not making the room cool enough. The room was hot, and the air was tight. The food was good and we were satisfied, this was the best part for my family and I, we where actually skeptical thinking that it's going to be all Chinese but surprisingly we ate more than we anticipated for.
The hotel is a good hotel. Would i recommend someone to go and stay there? Yes! But they need to seriously improve on communication and overall service towards their guests, especially foreign guests who want to try out Chinese cuisines, you need to raise the bar and look for service providers who are bilingual so as to facilitate a good service. And please add more pastry recipes to your menu 😋

But was disappointed as booked a river view but was told that during check in that it was a half river view which won’t be able to see the fire works from ice&snow world which was the main reason I book the room. Should have indicate what kind of river view the room offer.

La ubicación del hotel era tan agradable para todo el mundo: 4 minutos a pie a Xicheng Hongchang Plaza; 5 a 6 minutos a Wanda Plaza y la estación de metro (Linea 3). La recepción, el mantenimiento de la casa, el desayuno, las instalaciones y los servicios del hotel son perfectos.

YYemzyTodo nuestro agradecimiento a Sunny, quien realmente hizo que nuestra estancia valiera la pena. Es una persona increíble, muy jovial, cálida y amigable. Se esmeró en prepararnos el desayuno ese día, y estoy seguro de que se comunicó muy bien con el resto del personal para que también nos atendieran el desayuno el segundo día de nuestra estancia. Muchísimas gracias al personal de Marriott por hacer que nuestra estancia fuera tan agradable. El desayuno estuvo bueno, aunque creo que deberían ofrecer más variedad para los huéspedes que no son chinos para que tengamos una gran variedad de opciones. En general, lo pasamos genial y mi familia quedó muy contenta. 😊 Gracias por su excelente servicio.

YYburnnavoyagesNos encantó descubrir que nuestra habitación era espaciosa y ofrecía un amplio espacio para relajarnos y desconectar. La sala de lectura fue un complemento encantador, permitiéndonos disfrutar de un momento de lectura tranquilo. El baño es amplio y limpio.
El personal de recepción fue amable y estuvo dispuesto a ayudarnos con cualquier consulta o solicitud. Su amabilidad y cortesía hicieron que el proceso de registro fuera sencillo y acogedor.
Ubicación conveniente: La ubicación del hotel era realmente ventajosa, ya que se encontraba a poca distancia a pie de la calle Zhongyang, conocida como la calle peatonal más larga de Asia. Esta céntrica ubicación nos permitió explorar y disfrutar fácilmente del vibrante ambiente de Harbin.
El desayuno buffet y el té de la tarde fueron un complemento encantador para nuestra estancia. El hotel ofreció una buena selección de comida durante ambas comidas, lo que nos permitió empezar el día de forma satisfactoria y disfrutar de una agradable merienda.
El personal del restaurante siempre estuvo atento y dispuesto a ayudarnos. Nos brindaron un servicio excelente y se aseguraron de que nuestra experiencia gastronómica fuera agradable. Su atención añadió un toque extra de calidez y hospitalidad a nuestras comidas.
Organización del tour por la ciudad: Nos complació descubrir que el hotel contaba con una organizadora de tours local en el vestíbulo, cerca de la recepción. La Sra. Tong Tong, la organizadora, fue de gran ayuda para organizar un coche privado para nuestro tour por la ciudad. Se aseguró de que se tuvieran en cuenta nuestras preferencias y nos hizo valiosas sugerencias de lugares para explorar.
Conductor profesional y educado: Nuestro conductor para el tour por la ciudad, el Sr. Gwu MiAn, fue excepcional en su profesionalismo y atención. Nos llevó a los lugares que queríamos visitar y se aseguró de que estuviéramos cómodos durante todo el viaje. Su trato amable y educado, junto con su provisión de agua para mantenernos hidratados, añadió un nivel extra de comodidad a nuestro tour por la ciudad.
En general, nuestra estancia fue memorable y agradable.
