We wanted more than luxury . We wanted a hotel that truly reflected Harbin’s character, heritage, and history. We are glad to have discovered this hidden gem. Mansion 1903 Hotel is probably one of the most charming hotels in Harbin, beautifully blending old-world elegance, modern comfort, and strong Russian heritage. The location is excellent, conveniently close to Zhongyang Street, yet peaceful and refined. The rooms are spacious, clean, stylish, and exceptionally comfortable, while the staff are warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely hospitable. Their service made our stay especially memorable. The elegant lobby environment, together with the traditional Sarafan and Kokoshnik costumes, also provided a wonderful opportunity for photography and added to the hotel’s unique cultural atmosphere. Special thanks to Mr. Deng for his meticulous sharing and introduction of the antique collections displayed in the hotel lobby. His passion and knowledge greatly enriched our experience.

I had a pleasant stay at Steigenberger Harbin Sunac Land. The hotel is modern, clean, and well-maintained, which is especially important when staying in Harbin during winter. The room was comfortable, warm, and spacious, with good heating that made coming back from the cold very enjoyable. The service was polite and professional, and check-in was smooth. Staff were helpful when approached, although English communication may be limited at times. Amenities were adequate and met expectations for a hotel of this standard. The location is convenient if you are visiting Sunac Land / Snow World, though it is a bit far from Harbin city centre and major attractions like Central Street. This hotel is best suited for travellers who plan to spend time around the Sunac area. Overall, it is a comfortable and reliable choice, especially for families or travellers visiting nearby attractions.

👩💼 Even though the hotel staff are not able to speak english, They are helpful and very patient. Translation apps is a must have. 🧼 The room is clean and fresh everyday. Only way to make your room colder is to open the window. 🥘 Breakfast is not diversify. Only Chinese cuisine is available. With mostly pork for the main ingredient. Vegetarian option are also available too. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Overall, The location is great. You can access many malls nearby and about 20 yuan away if you use Didi from the hotel to Zhongyang Walking Street

Crowne Plaza es un gran hotel situado a pocos pasos de muchos restaurantes y Sunac Mall (tiene el Guinness World Record para el mayor esquí interior, con lecciones de esquí asequibles para niños si prefieren permanecer en la zona de Harbin). El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad, a unos 20 minutos en coche del mundo de Harbin Ice & Snow y a 30 minutos en coche del centro de la ciudad. Situado en una zona tranquila, por lo que no había ruido ni tráfico cercano a la noche. La habitación es espaciosa (acomoda a nuestra familia de 4 con niños de 6 y 8 años) y limpia, el mantenimiento de la casa es muy rápido. (Nota: Se requiere una tapa de baño, pero puedes comprarla antes de nadar). Experiencia agradable en general.

I took a little Galentine's day trip with my friend to Harbin Ice and Snow World and this hotel was the best part of our stay. It was a expensive and the pictures of the views (particularly from the ”cloud” room) were not accurate. The picture shows clouds like you would see from a airplane, but all we saw was very low, fine, gray fog. I'd like to imagine that the pictures they show on the website are possible, but I think it's more likely photoshopped. That said, the hotel was still awesome. Our room was huge, with a great view from the 41st floor, and the heated marble floors felt great on your feet. The staff were super nice. I felt bad for the deer in the lobby because they were very itchy and one cut his own face open trying to scratch his collar with his hind hoof. But again, the hotel was so nice. If we had traveled all the way from Harbin to Beijing just for Ice and Snow World, I don't think our trip would have been worth it. But this hotel was so good it felt like a true relaxing weekend. The sound of the forest that they played throughout the hotel made it seem like you were at a giant spa. The breakfast buffet was open until 1 pm! Free sauna and hot tub. If you can afford it, I recommend it!

El hotel es muy espacioso en general. Había reservado una habitación deluxe con cama king, pero la recepción me la cambió a una habitación deluxe con dos camas individuales sin ningún problema. La habitación era muy grande y estaba bastante limpia en general. Me alojé con mi familia y pudimos disfrutar de la piscina, lo que hizo que la estancia fuera muy relajante. Es un lugar ideal para viajes familiares. ¡Ojalá hubiéramos tenido más tiempo libre para quedarnos una noche más!

El hotel nos dio una entrada a Harbin Ice and Snow World por cada habitación, además de un servicio de recogida en furgoneta de negocios en el aeropuerto y transporte a Ice and Snow World. ¡Estos detalles son muy considerados y merecen un aplauso! La temperatura del agua de la piscina, 28 grados, era muy agradable y no había mucha gente. En general, quedamos bastante satisfechos.

Llegué bastante tarde la noche de la reserva. El proceso de registro fue rápido y eficiente, y el recepcionista fue muy amable. Al entrar, la habitación olía a humo, el agua estaba tibia y el aire acondicionado estaba demasiado bajo, así que hacía frío. Estaba muy cansado, así que por la mañana fui a recepción para preguntar si podían solucionar estos problemas y fui a desayunar. Para cuando regresé a la habitación, todos mis problemas ya estaban resueltos. Fue un servicio eficiente y excelente. Si bien el agua estaba lo suficientemente caliente, no lo suficiente como para llenar la bañera para un baño. Tuve que salir en 15 minutos porque se enfrió. El desayuno estuvo delicioso y todo el personal es muy atento y alegre. Me recibieron con una cálida sonrisa y mucha amabilidad. Realmente aprecio la calidez que mostraron a todos. La vista desde la habitación es buena. Por la noche, puedes ver las luces del festival de nieve desde la cama. La cama es suave y cómoda. Al otro lado del hotel, a unas dos cuadras (10 minutos a paso ligero), puedes bajar al río congelado y tomar fotos; es como tu propio patio de recreo. Incluso hay bloques de hielo desechados que puedes usar para tus fotos. El hotel cuenta con servicio de transporte de ida y vuelta, pero no de vuelta. Está lejos del centro de Harbin, donde se encuentran la mayoría de las atracciones. Aun así, disfruté de mi estancia. Gracias por la buena hospitalidad.

I’ll start with the highlight of our stay: the ski rental team at Yabuloni Hotel. Since rentals are included in the stay, we spent a fair amount of time with them, and they are truly world-class. Led by a charming and compassionate boss, the team of four （photo attached) is incredibly professional and approachable. They don’t just hand you gear; they perform thorough safety checks, ensure a perfect fit, and offer genuine tips for the slopes. They made our trip seamless and safe. They will be the reason why we will come back and stay here Unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn't live up to that same standard. The hallways are dimly lit and poorly ventilated, a theme that continues into the rooms. The biggest issue was the bathroom, a persistent, foul sewage smell made us feel like we are using a public toilet that has not been cleaned for years. If this is 5 star standard, i'm afraid they have to do much much better. To top it off, the reception staff felt poorly trained. Despite having plenty of people behind the desk, no one could answer basic questions about local attractions, slope openings, or even help us arrange a driver for dinner around the area. For the price point, they should think of how they can justify their service other than having a world class and helpful ski rental management team.
