We had a wonderful stay at Nefertiti Cliff Sea View Villa! The owner and staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. The villa is very family-friendly, with a stunning sea view and elegantly designed rooms full of character. Everything was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared — and we were even surprised with a lovely farewell gift! It was a perfect experience from start to finish. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay.

Uno de los ojos enamorado de este hermoso paisaje marítimo! La vista del mar está abierta frente a la vista del mar, el jardín aéreo es muy adecuado para tomar fotos. La casa está equipada con instalaciones de alta calidad como Hansgea, Dyson, y el ambiente de la piscina de 180° está lleno. La luz está colorida y no es amarga, los detalles de higiene no tienen un olor. Acabo de terminar mis vacaciones en Wushuang.villa Oriental Seaview Resort y tengo que compartir esta fantástica experiencia, ¡cinco estrellas bien merecidas! La ubicación del hotel es inmejorable, sales y estás en la playa. Por la mañana te despiertan las suaves olas y por la tarde puedes pasear por la playa viendo una puesta de sol impresionante. La habitación era espaciosa y cómoda, decorada con un estilo acogedor y elegante, y las grandes ventanas con vistas al mar hacían que el océano fuera la decoración más vibrante de la habitación, un placer para la vista. El servicio fue impecable, el personal era amable y profesional, desde ayudarme con el equipaje y explicarme pacientemente las instalaciones durante el check-in, hasta responder a mis necesidades en cualquier momento durante mi estancia, me sentí como en casa. La comida también fue una grata sorpresa, con una gran variedad de opciones, incluyendo especialidades locales de Dali y bebidas exquisitas, todo muy adecuado. Las instalaciones del hotel son completas, con una piscina infinita, sala de cine, restaurante y mucho más. Es perfecto tanto para hacer turismo como para unas vacaciones relajantes. La experiencia fue increíble, ¡volveré en el futuro!

We had a wonderful two-night stay at Dali Twelve Clouds Villa Seaview Hotel (Erhai Branch).😊 The view of the lake from our room was stunning, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the breakfast was very, very good — plenty of variety and really fresh. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and great value for money. A special mention goes to Zhang Feng, who truly made our stay outstanding. Even though we arrived late at night, he checked us in smoothly and went above and beyond to help us. We didn’t have access to the local food apps, but he kindly used his own to order food for us when we were hungry, making sure everything was taken care of. Throughout our stay, he was attentive, kind, and always ready to help with anything we needed. His hospitality really stood out. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful scenery, comfortable rooms, and genuine hospitality. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and if you meet Zhang Feng, you’ll be in very good hands!😊

The highlight of this hotel is the breathtaking view from the room. The hotel ambience feels homey and comfortable. I rarely write reviews for my trips, but this hotel truly won my heart with its welcoming service and friendly receptionists. What surprised me the most was the hotel driver, Mr. Mars, who offered to take us to Dali Railway Station free of charge. As we needed to catch our train, he did his very best to get us there as quickly as possible. What an amazing and unforgettable service! Thank you, Mr. Mars..you truly made our day with your warm and thoughtful service.

Our stay at the hotel was a mix of positive experiences and significant disappointments. Let me start with the highlights, which were undoubtedly the service and the food. The staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and prompt to respond to any requests we made. Their welcoming attitude was commendable. We also enjoyed the meals at the hotel restaurant; the food was nice. However, we faced several critical issues with our room that severely impacted our comfort and rest. Firstly, the room description was misleading. It explicitly mentioned access to a private hot spring, which was a key factor in our booking decision. To our disappointment, there was no hot spring facility available. The most significant problem was the air conditioning. The hotel uses a centralized A/C system. On the night of our stay, as the room was warm, we needed cooling. However, we were informed that because most of the guest had switched to heating mode, the A/C could not be turned on for our room. To make matters worse, no fan was provided as an alternative. We returned to the hotel quite late, and only realized the A/C issue around 1:30 AM. With the room being uncomfortably warm and stuffy, our only recourse was to leave the room door open for quite some time to cool it down. This was a major downside as it disrupted our much-needed rest time, especially since we had to wake up at 8:00 the next morning. This situation was highly inconvenient and frankly, unacceptable. In summary, while the service team and dining experience are great, the inaccuracies in the room description and the critical lack of climate control in the room make it difficult to recommend without reservation. We hope the management addresses these issues.
