在2025年2月，我選擇在叁見·暮影日記海景酒店向女友求婚，這段經歷不僅讓我收穫了愛情的圓滿，更讓我深刻感受到這家酒店的用心與專業。從環境到服務，每一個細節都讓我和愛人感動不已。 環境：180度海景，浪漫氛圍滿分！酒店位於洱海畔，房間設計簡約而富有藝術感，清晨喚醒智能語音管家打開窗簾，躺在床上就可以看到180度的全海景視野。把洱海的碧波與蒼山的輪廓盡收眼底。我們入住的「執白•180度海景獨立浴缸暢享影音大床房」擁有私人陽台，清晨看日出、傍晚賞夕陽，每一刻都如詩如畫。 餐飲與細節：精緻體驗，温暖人心 酒店的餐飲服務同樣令人印象深刻。每日早餐種類豐富，搭配精緻的擺盤，好心情從早餐開始；下午茶包含多種飲品（花茶很好喝）和特色甜點，坐在海景咖啡廳裏享用，幸福感油然而生（也可以讓酒店工作人員幫忙送到房間裏吃）。晚上還有晚安甜湯，用温暖的食物為一天畫上句號。房間內的浴巾、洗漱用品均屬高品質（都是獨立包裝 一次性用品 質量非常好 沒有用到的可以打包帶走 ）獨立熨斗和洗衣房等設施也極大提升了便利性。 服務：貼心管家式支持，求婚儀式感拉滿！ 在未入住房間時，讓酒店工作人員幫忙錄製了酒店房間的環境，為後期佈置求婚儀式提供了很大的便利，並且酒店工作人員的配合度非常高，為了幫助拖延女朋友 超時提供了下午茶，讓我得以有時間去房間提前準備，女友感動落淚的那一刻，所有努力都值得了。萬分感謝酒店的所有工作人員！ 地理位置與附加服務：便捷與安心兼具 酒店提供免費接送機服務，從大理鳳儀機場或大理站抵達後無縫銜接入住。24小時管家，任何問題都及時迴應，並且能幫助解決。 總結：值得一生銘記的旅程 叁見·暮影日記不僅是一家酒店，更是一個能承載愛情與回憶的地方。無論是求婚、蜜月，還是單純享受洱海的寧靜，這裏都能滿足你對浪漫的所有想象。感謝每一位工作人員的用心，讓我們擁有了一場完美的儀式與一段珍貴的記憶。這次行程比較趕，但也很圓滿。未來若再訪大理，這裏必定是我們的首選！

El viaje de dos chicas es muy inteligente para el hotel de paisaje marítimo 🌊. La primera línea de vista del mar es inexistente, la ventana del suelo se aterriza hacia el mar de la montaña y el mar de la montaña. La cama se puede permanecer tranquila y salir de sol. By far my best experience in China (* ´ ▽ ` *) I would have given a 10-star rating if I could! 1. Location: Walking distance to everything. 1-200 meters to ancient town main street. 2. Facilities: The homestay is locates right by the Erhai lake with wonderful view throughout the day. I stayed in a room without direct lake view but there is a restaurant and lobby with very nice decoration where we took a lot of lake photos. The common scenic spot on 3F is unique and very beautiful. I got a free photoshoot by professional photographer also, he's really nice and quick-witted. We had some very nice photos. The room is clean and well-maintained (I got free upgraded to a bigger room, assumed becuz of the off-season). We had everything we need. Open the window and the room is always full of fresh air, there is a window net to prevent insects in place. The breakfast included in room fare was a big nice surprise also. The preparation looked wholehearted, the food was fresh and like a mini buffet, simple yet sumptious. I don't think we can get something like that at outside restaurants for under 100y/pax. 3. Customer service: The BEST part of this facilities. The staff (Xiao Yang, Xiao Zhi, Pei jie) are so friendly, patient and always went out and beyond their way to make the guests feel comfortable: - They called 1 day ahead of the stay to confirm details and even helped me book local carpooling to save money - They helped me take the luggage from car drop-off to hotel (a short walk as the homestay is located within the ancient town, car cannot go in) - They answered literally every request in very fast manner - Nice little F&B freebies are soooooo nice Totally 5-star hotel service at a local homestay 😂 Shuanglang itself is a very chill and relaxing place to visit in Dali, wonderful for people who like to wander and enjoy the view. But the experience at this homestay made it 10 times better for me and my husband. Would definitely recommend to friends and come back if I visit Shuanglang again. 在中国住过最棒的一次民宿 (* ´ ▽ ` *) 如果能打10星我一定毫不犹豫！ 1. 地理位置： 走路去哪儿都方便，离双廊古镇主街只有一两百米，超级近！ 2. 设施环境： 民宿就在洱海边上，一整天都有超赞的湖景。虽然我住的房间不是正对湖景，但餐厅和大厅的装修很有氛围，我们在那拍了好多洱海美照。 三楼的公共观景台也很特别，真的很美！还有专业摄影师免费帮我们拍照，人超好又机灵，照片效果很棒～ 房间干净又维护得很好（可能因为淡季还免费升级了大房间，赚到了）。该有的都有，窗户一开就是新鲜空气，还有纱窗防蚊虫，贴心！ 房价里包含的早餐也是惊喜，看得出是用心准备的，食材新鲜，像个迷你自助餐，简单却丰盛。外面餐厅要吃到这种水平估计得100块/人以上了。 3. 服务体验： 最最最加分的就是服务！小杨、小志、沛姐人都超好，耐心又热情，真的把客人当朋友照顾： 入住前一天就打电话确认，还帮我订了当地拼车，省了不少钱 到了之后还帮我从停车点把行李搬到民宿（因为古镇里车进不去） 有求必应，回复速度超快 还有各种小吃小饮料免费送，太贴心了！ 简直是五星级酒店的服务标准，在地道民宿里体验到了 😂 双廊本身就是个很适合放松、随便走走看看风景的地方。但这次住在这家民宿，让我和老公的旅程幸福感直接翻十倍！强烈推荐给朋友们～下次来双廊一定还住这里！

Cloudland Seaview Hotel is located just right facing Erhai on one of the stretches of the Ecological Corridor; the Seaview family room I reserved has a panoramic window with beautiful views of Erhai. There are many bicycles and electrical motorcycles for rent to cruise the Ecological Corridor just right outside the Hotel. Though cars are not allowed into the hotel due to the narrow alleys, but the hotel has Buggy that are able to ferry the patrons and luggages into the hotel, just need to arrange with the front desk before arrival. I'm truly impressed by the free flow of specialty coffees offered by Cloudland Seaview to their patrons, if you're a coffee lover, this is indeed a coffee paradise :) One suggestion is perhaps to prepare plant-based milk for customers whom are lactose intolerant or vegan. The room is tastefully decorated, spacious and clean, amenities are superb! A Set Breakfast is included with Rice noodles soup, yogurts with fresh fruits, soy milk & hard boiled egg. Last but not least, the staffs are incredibly friendly and very helpful! Kudos to the team! I'll definitely come back again the next time I visit Dali.

El primer día fuimos a otro hotel popular con vistas al mar que resultó ser terrible. No pudimos hacer el check-in ni siquiera por la tarde, y encima estaba lloviendo. Mi pareja y yo estábamos muy deprimidos. Cogimos un taxi deprisa y corriendo hasta 'Yizhanxue'. La recepcionista nos dijo que, como estaba lloviendo, esperaba que nuestra estancia fuera mejor y nos hizo un upgrade gratuito a una habitación superior. Tanto la recepción como el personal fueron muy pacientes y amables. Estábamos tan contentos que cancelamos las reservas de otros hoteles para los días siguientes y nos quedamos aquí. Fuera de la habitación, había una zona de descanso común con grandes ventanales desde donde se veían unas vistas espectaculares. El desayuno también era muy bueno; los dos días me quedé despierto toda la noche esperando el desayuno. Es una pena que no vuelva a Dali, de lo contrario, definitivamente me alojaría aquí de nuevo.

El hotel está situado en un pequeño callejón no muy lejos del casco antiguo de Dali, se puede llegar directamente en taxi, lo cual es muy conveniente. El ambiente es perfecto para los viajeros que disfrutan de la naturaleza y buscan relajarse. El patio tiene muchas plantas y un estanque, ideal para tomar fotos. El día que llegamos llovió y nos proporcionaron una secadora para deshumidificar. Nuestra habitación estaba en la parte trasera, así que no tuvimos que preocuparnos por el ruido de la calle por la noche. La habitación también tenía un pequeño balcón donde podíamos sentarnos y disfrutar de un tiempo de ocio, y una zona tipo tatami para tomar té, aunque no tuvimos tiempo de usarla debido a nuestro itinerario 🤭. El desayuno que ofrecía el hotel me encantó, nutritivo y saludable, y el té de pomelo estaba delicioso. El personal del hotel, tanto los chicos como las chicas, era muy amable y cordial. En general, ¡quedé muy satisfecho! 👍

Great stay in a nice boutique hotel. The service was excellent - we arrived very late at night and two of our party was on a later train, but they kindly arranged pick up at the station for us and brought up our luggages. Goodnight soup was sent to the room daily and the breakfast spread was good quality. They also provide free shuttle to the west side of the Dali ancient town up to 11 pm. Room is well heated and includes bathroom heater and heated toilet seat. The pet corgi at the hotel is also very cute! Cons are there is no lift, so if you have elderly guests ask for a ground floor room. The location is outwith the ancient town and attractions, such that you will need a car to get to places. The shuttle does help but we only used it once, as other times we visited other places within Dal.

Very quiet, clean cut design which I loved it. young men and women running this place, they are sweet . But the first day was annoyed by the water tanks at the roof top, very noisy due to the room was just right below. But after telling the person in charge, the problem was solved immediately. You have to walk a distance to Dali old town, motel little shuttle service will send you to & fro at designated point. It's actually quite convenient.

El hotel dispone de una habitación muy agradable, moderna y cómoda, con un amplio espacio para relajarse después de un día de visitas. El servicio de habitaciones era rápido, eficiente y atento, con el personal siempre feliz de ayudar. Una característica que apreciamos especialmente fue el menú de la pijama, que ofreció diferentes tipos de pijamas para adaptarse a las preferencias individuales de dormir y hizo que nuestra estadía fuera aún más cómoda. El centro de fitness también está bien equipado, con una gran variedad de máquinas y equipos, lo que facilita el mantenimiento de nuestra rutina de entrenamiento mientras viaja. En general, este hotel es un hotel cómodo y bien gestionado con excelente servicio y instalaciones.

I booked a two-night stay here and had high expectations for my vacation. However, the first thing that happened was an extremely uncomfortable check-in. Two female staff members were incredibly unfriendly; the hotel had no elevator, and there was no luggage porter. One staff member even insisted we carry our large luggage ourselves because the hotel didn't have an elevator. The free hot pot meal was only for the broth; the side dishes had to be ordered separately. We booked four rooms, but when my friend couldn't eat the spicy broth and asked for a different broth, we were charged extra. The hallway lights are turned off after 10:30 PM, so if you're returning late, you'll have to use your phone's flashlight to find your way. The photography service was also unsatisfactory. We had four rooms, but only two were photographed. I requested that the photographer let me go first and the other person take photos later after changing clothes, but the photographer was unhappy and insisted on taking photos at the same time. The photographer, in particular, did not have a friendly or open attitude, nor the manner of a professional service provider. Breakfast was delicious and suited our taste, but the staff were somewhat negligent in their service. We ordered our main course first but were served later, or they forgot to include the side dishes. On check-out day, the hotel scored points with the extremely enthusiastic assistance from a young man in a blue jacket (29/4). The staff member in the blue jacket was very professional, coordinating everything and seemingly understanding that I wasn't entirely satisfied with the hotel. He coordinated everything, from carrying our luggage from the room to the lobby to taking it to the taxi, working with the photographer, and even offering us complimentary tea as an apology and thank you for our stay. Overall, aside from the issues that affected our mood on the first day, the hotel was quite comfortable and clean, worthy of a vacation (although a bit far from the city center). If the hotel can address these shortcomings, I think this will be a wonderful experience for us. Best regards.
