We arrived in Sedrun after a long walk from Andermatt. Kruezli was a welcome haven. Located in the centre of the village, opposite the tourist information office and 5 minutes from the station. This is a family run hotel. All of the staff were incredibly helpful and nice. As soon as we arrived they gave us a table and a drink. We hadnt realised that there was a restaurant at the hotel so we booked dinner which could be added to the room charge as half board. The hotel is popular with local people who drink and eat there. The four course set menu was excellent and very hearty mountain food.Good value and impeccable service. Indeed, the breakfast was very nice too and well organised. The decor has been revamped recently so the interior is very light and airy with a few querky touches. Similarly the rooms feel new and clean with smell of freshly cut wood. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom new and very nice. All in all a lovely small village hotel. Thank you to all the helpful and attentive staff for a great stay.

Muy fácil de comprobar y comprobar. Muy equipo de esquí para alquilar. La escuela de esquí fue la mejor decisión que hicimos toda la semana. Ponemos a los 3 niños en 9.45 a 3.15 y incluyó almuerzo. Esto nos permitió a nuestros padres disfrutar de nuestra viaje también y los niños prosperaron. Fui a la montaña con ellos el día pasado y bajaron los azules. Las rutas también eran buenas. Estoy segura de estar de vuelta y volveré a estar en el resort de rocas.

Pasamos el fin de semana de la Ascensión en este resort. Todo está hecho para sentirse bien. El apartamento 2 habitaciones (3,5 habitaciones) que teníamos era muy grande. La cocina bien organizada, un balcón ( vista al estanque), bien mobiel y muy cómodo. Hay incluso juegos Ravensburger para niños puestos a disposición bajo la televisión. Covid obliga, hemos tenido que reservar nuestra hora de piscina todos los días para el día siguiente. No había disponibilidad en realidad a nuestra llegada, pero los otros días fuimos a las 8:00 para inscribirnos al día siguiente. Piscina interior, patudo y jacuzzi. El spa de bienestar estaba cerrado durante nuestra estancia (Covid siempre). Desafortunadamente, aprendimos que el restaurante socio del resort estaba cerrado. Esperamos poder poner los pies bajo la mesa todas las noches. Así que encontramos restaurantes de la región que entregaban al resort. Para el desayuno, hay una aplicación del resort para pedir pan hasta las 18:00 del día siguiente en la cajera del pueblo. Nos gustaba encargar el pan del piquenique. Pasamos el fin de semana de la Ascensión en este resort. Todo está hecho para sentirse bien. El apartamento 2 habitaciones (3,5 habitaciones) que teníamos era muy grande. La cocina bien organizada, un balcón ( vista al estanque), bien mobiel y muy cómodo. Hay incluso juegos Ravensburger para niños puestos a disposición bajo la televisión. Covid obliga, hemos tenido que reservar nuestra hora de piscina todos los días para el día siguiente. No había disponibilidad en realidad a nuestra llegada, pero los otros días fuimos a las 8:00 para inscribirnos al día siguiente. Piscina interior, patudo y jacuzzi. El spa de bienestar estaba cerrado durante nuestra estancia (Covid siempre). Desafortunadamente, aprendimos que el restaurante socio del resort estaba cerrado. Esperamos poder poner los pies bajo la mesa todas las noches. Así que encontramos restaurantes de la región que entregaban al resort. Para el desayuno, hay una aplicación del resort para pedir pan hasta las 18:00 del día siguiente en la cajera del pueblo. Nos gustaba encargar el pan del piquenique. Pasamos el fin de semana de la Ascensión en este resort. Todo está hecho para sentirse bien. El apartamento 2 habitaciones (3,5 habitaciones) que teníamos era muy grande. La cocina bien organizada, un balcón ( vista al estanque), bien mobiel y muy cómodo. Hay incluso juegos Ravensburger para niños puestos a disposición bajo la televisión. Covid obliga, hemos tenido que reservar nuestra hora de piscina todos los días para el día siguiente. No había disponibilidad en realidad a nuestra llegada, pero los otros días fuimos a las 8:00 para inscribirnos al día siguiente. Piscina interior, patudo y jacuzzi. El spa de bienestar estaba cerrado durante nuestra estancia (Covid siempre). Desafortunadamente, aprendimos que el restaurante socio del resort estaba cerrado. Esperamos poder poner los pies bajo la mesa todas las noches. Así que encontramos restaurantes de la región que entregaban al resort. Para el desayuno, hay una aplicación del resort para pedir pan hasta las 18:00 del día siguiente en la cajera del pueblo. Nos gustaba encargar el pan del piquenique. Hay una sala de juegos para niños ”sponsorizada” por Ravensburger

One of the best mountain hotels I've ever tried. The rooms are nice and well managed. The furniture is very nice and accurate, mostly in the common areas. Most important, the staff is very friendly and they always find ways to satisfy your requests. Large and convenient internal parking. My only observations: the carpet on the floor in the rooms and corridors, the poor soundproofing in the rooms (you can hear next door guests almost all in rooms with the connecting doors) and also the television channels in Italian are almost all blacked out, which actually does not suit the level of the hotel. There is a good restaurant inside (they also make pizza in a wood oven) and other 3 excellent parnter restaurants just nearby. The breakfast is good, plentiful and with a good choice, both sweet and salty and also fruit. Very good SPA, fully optioned and very professionally managed (always clean, good herbal teas, clean towels, good COVID measures..). My personal greetings and thanks go to the spa manager! The pool is equipped with a number of interesting tools, to play and make various massages. Very convenient to reach the slopes of Laax: the main ski lifts are right in front of the hotel. To me this hotel is perfect for hedonist skiers!

Estar en el hotel 7132 ha sido una grata experiencia, el lugar es una obra de arte y su servicio es de muy alta calidad. Te hacen sentir bienvenido y siempre están al pendiente de lo que necesitas siendo muy respetuosos y dándote tu espacio . Los alimentos en cualquiera de las opciones que tienen de resaturante son excelentes ! Todo el entorno es muy agradable y el lugar es muy especial.

Este lugar es una joya oculta en los Alpes suizos - fui invitado para mi cumpleaños para pasar un fin de semana en Vals y mi esposa hizo reservas en el hotel. Muy fácil de comprobar y comprobar. Muy equipo de esquí para alquilar. La escuela de esquí fue la mejor decisión que hicimos toda la semana. Ponemos a los 3 niños en 9.45 a 3.15 y incluyó almuerzo. Esto nos permitió a nuestros padres disfrutar de nuestra viaje también y los niños prosperaron. Fui a la montaña con ellos el día pasado y bajaron los azules. Las rutas también eran buenas. Estoy segura de estar de vuelta y volveré a estar en el resort de rocas.

We arrived in Sedrun after a long walk from Andermatt. Kruezli was a welcome haven. Located in the centre of the village, opposite the tourist information office and 5 minutes from the station. This is a family run hotel. All of the staff were incredibly helpful and nice. As soon as we arrived they gave us a table and a drink. We hadnt realised that there was a restaurant at the hotel so we booked dinner which could be added to the room charge as half board. The hotel is popular with local people who drink and eat there. The four course set menu was excellent and very hearty mountain food.Good value and impeccable service. Indeed, the breakfast was very nice too and well organised. The decor has been revamped recently so the interior is very light and airy with a few querky touches. Similarly the rooms feel new and clean with smell of freshly cut wood. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom new and very nice. All in all a lovely small village hotel. Thank you to all the helpful and attentive staff for a great stay.
