El hotel es un hotel con una gran calidad de servicio y profesionalidad, y el personal de la casa es un hotel con una calidad de servicio y profesionalidad muy buena. La capacidad de comunicarse y entender es invaluable, especialmente cuando uno viaja. Gracias de nuevo por hacer lo más posible y por mostrar atención a la atención en todas las áreas, y eso fue evidente incluso antes de que llegamos.

The room is spacious, facilities are actually good. the private onsen in room is not huge one enough for 2. speaker there are using a good brand, foods are good, just make sure you got some snacks for yourself before going in. they do provide some snacks .

La habitación era muy espaciosa y el edificio muy sólido. Durante mi estancia, hubo un terremoto en Hokkaido de unos 5 grados, pero solo sentí cómo se movía la cama. La cerveza en el bar del vestíbulo es excelente. Parece que antes era una oficina de Sapporo Beer, así que si tienen la oportunidad de hospedarse, ¡definitivamente prueben la cerveza! Desde la estación de Sapporo, son solo 6 minutos en taxi, y también hay una parada de autobús justo en la puerta. El outlet de artículos deportivos frente al hotel también vale la pena visitar.

The basics of all city hotels - location, location, location..... !!! And Hotel Stream is smacked in the heart of everything Sapporo has to offer unless you prefer a quieter and calmer spot then this hotel is NOT for you. Rooms are pretty standard in terms of size and amenities, it's, quiet, and great for city strolling. If your intention is to use this hotel as your base to do day trips to Furano & Biei, The Hill of the Buddha Moai, or the renowned Otaru (which unfortunately isn't that muchl unless you're a die hard music box & glass making fan) this is your BEST CHOICE until Hyatt House opens in Oct 2026 (a bird told me - for those Globalist out there) . Oh... a BIG tip by the way (if you've been reading till this point: request for a room with a direct view of the Sapporo's ferries wheel (not that I am a fan lol) or the view of the Nikka advertisement on my attached photo - they are worth it. It's amazing to sleep with such stunning view and wake up to one..... (check out my photos taken from my room) In case you wonder if that pic of me by the glass overlooking thr Nikka ad sign - that's the main breakfast restaurant where you will be having your daily breakfast but u have to get there early to book that seat, otherwise sit through breakfast till they close and then u get to take this photo for as long as you please...... Ok ok ok... i know I'm a little long winded. But hey... oh yeah... u need to know that you can take a limousine bus from CTS (Chitose International Airport) to Susukino which takes about 50mins on way for JPY1500 per person. Easy weasy and the from the bus stop in susukino where most will disembark - it's only a 5min walk to Hotel Stream which ISN'T that obvious as the hotel sign is NOT exactly on the building. You have to look out for a building that reads ”Coco-something” (ops forgotten the name of the building) and the hotel lobby is located on the 7th floor of that building which also house a shopping center, movie theater and numerous restaurants. If you're srill reading this - give me a like already and don't be stingy with that click will ya? Lol. The hotel is short distance away from the major sightseeing spots at jozankei, but still walkable distance. That allows a tranquil and relaxing environment which you can truly enjoy the stay and immerse yourself into the nature. The resort is beautiful and room is super spacious. The buffet is wonderful. All the food are very fresh which make you feel very healthy. The onsen are nice. However, I found the temperature of outdoor bath too high. I feel recharged after the stay, both physically and mentally.

The most comfortable bed I’ve ever had in a hotel. We had some of the best sleep during our stay. The bed was huge and incredibly comfortable, with plenty of pillows and soft, high-quality linens. The room itself was spacious, quiet, and very well soundproofed, with lots of space to store luggage and personal items, plus many useful amenities. The entire hotel has a modern, clean design and is kept in excellent condition. The staff were very kind, professional, and spoke English, which made everything easy. They even provided umbrellas free of charge when it rained, which was a thoughtful touch. The hotel bar also deserves a mention. The service was excellent, the drinks were very good, and the parfaits were delicious. Since parfaits are very popular locally in Sapporo, I definitely recommend trying one here. The location is convenient too: just a short walk from Susukino and the Sapporo city center, close to the station by a few metro stops, and easy to reach by taxi. Overall, this Marriott was a real gem. Because of such a pleasant experience here, I’ll definitely consider staying at other Marriott Courtyard hotels in the future.

The hotel is luxury and expensive. The hotel provides luxury meals, amenties, and products in the room, resulting in charging the high price. Regrettably, they haven’t invested in ‘service mind’ and ‘empathy’ which are used to be fundamental concepts in hospitality industry. When I informed the staff that I’m allegy to shrimp, the staff just pulled them off without any compensation and alternative offer. I have never been asked any allergy beforehand. I felt living in the hotel where all staff are robots, running a business with certain commands and protocols.

We’ve stayed here for 7 nights. Which was a bit longer stay for Sapporo. However as the weather was so bad with heavy snow, so we did enjoy our stays in hotel during the snowy weather. The breakfast is so great and we expect it every morning, as it includes a variety of foods so you always can find something to enjoy. All staffs are very friendly and welcoming, especially two male & senior chefs at ramen and omelette. We also bought spa in our room rate, so every night we did enjoy a pleasant spa( though it’s not hot spring). In front of hotel, there is a small mall - BIVI , which with some good restaurants ,nice cafe (Gentle Bagel) and coop. Even at the heavy snowing days, you have no worries to spend time in. B1 with very practical laundry service , costs are fairly . If you have budget, you can choose only room (without breakfast and spa) plans, which is with very CP, strongly recommended.

El hotel era muy bonito. Teníamos las habitaciones en la esquina (208-209) y no tenían nada que quejarse de ellas. Espaciales que las habitaciones estándar más en Japón. Nuestra habitación tiene un sofá y una mesa. La casa de baño, la zona de lavabo y el cuarto de ducha tienen un baño y una cabeza de ducha separados (no me gusta la combinación de tiro uno, así que he elegido deliberadamente este tipo de habitación) La limpieza era excelente, puede poner la tarjeta en la cama y el apuntador en la puerta para firmarlos para ayudar a limpiar la habitación y cambiar la hoja de cama. El cuarto está equipado con mini frigorífico, secador de pelo, ropa, humidificador de aire, caldera, pocos vasos y muñecos, pulverizador de aire fresco, pantalones de baño, bolsa de lavandería (para servicio de lavandería). La gente estaba bien, el desayuno buffet era grande (no hay necesidad de reservar en anticipo, puede pagar en adelante) Las estaciones más cercanas son la Línea Tozai (la naranja): Nishi juitchome y la Línea Namboku, Toho, Tozai: Estación Odor.
