The room is spacious, facilities are actually good. the private onsen in room is not huge one enough for 2. speaker there are using a good brand, foods are good, just make sure you got some snacks for yourself before going in. they do provide some snacks .

La capacidad de comunicarse y entender es invaluable, especialmente cuando uno viaja. The basics of all city hotels - location, location, location..... !!! And Hotel Stream is smacked in the heart of everything Sapporo has to offer unless you prefer a quieter and calmer spot then this hotel is NOT for you. Rooms are pretty standard in terms of size and amenities, it's, quiet, and great for city strolling. If your intention is to use this hotel as your base to do day trips to Furano & Biei, The Hill of the Buddha Moai, or the renowned Otaru (which unfortunately isn't that muchl unless you're a die hard music box & glass making fan) this is your BEST CHOICE until Hyatt House opens in Oct 2026 (a bird told me - for those Globalist out there) . Oh... a BIG tip by the way (if you've been reading till this point: request for a room with a direct view of the Sapporo's ferries wheel (not that I am a fan lol) or the view of the Nikka advertisement on my attached photo - they are worth it. It's amazing to sleep with such stunning view and wake up to one..... (check out my photos taken from my room) In case you wonder if that pic of me by the glass overlooking thr Nikka ad sign - that's the main breakfast restaurant where you will be having your daily breakfast but u have to get there early to book that seat, otherwise sit through breakfast till they close and then u get to take this photo for as long as you please...... Ok ok ok... i know I'm a little long winded. But hey... oh yeah... u need to know that you can take a limousine bus from CTS (Chitose International Airport) to Susukino which takes about 50mins on way for JPY1500 per person. Easy weasy and the from the bus stop in susukino where most will disembark - it's only a 5min walk to Hotel Stream which ISN'T that obvious as the hotel sign is NOT exactly on the building. You have to look out for a building that reads ”Coco-something” (ops forgotten the name of the building) and the hotel lobby is located on the 7th floor of that building which also house a shopping center, movie theater and numerous restaurants. If you're srill reading this - give me a like already and don't be stingy with that click will ya? Lol. The hotel is short distance away from the major sightseeing spots at jozankei, but still walkable distance. That allows a tranquil and relaxing environment which you can truly enjoy the stay and immerse yourself into the nature. The resort is beautiful and room is super spacious. The buffet is wonderful. All the food are very fresh which make you feel very healthy. The onsen are nice. However, I found the temperature of outdoor bath too high. I feel recharged after the stay, both physically and mentally.

The hotel is luxury and expensive. The hotel provides luxury meals, amenties, and products in the room, resulting in charging the high price. Regrettably, they haven’t invested in ‘service mind’ and ‘empathy’ which are used to be fundamental concepts in hospitality industry. When I informed the staff that I’m allegy to shrimp, the staff just pulled them off without any compensation and alternative offer. I have never been asked any allergy beforehand. I felt living in the hotel where all staff are robots, running a business with certain commands and protocols.

Superb onsen hotel with very chill lounge. Food was great and location is good. Ample parking spaces. Room was quite spacious with own private onsen. Public onsen is also very decent. Good place to stay in Jozankei 👍🏻

We’ve stayed here for 7 nights. Which was a bit longer stay for Sapporo. However as the weather was so bad with heavy snow, so we did enjoy our stays in hotel during the snowy weather. The breakfast is so great and we expect it every morning, as it includes a variety of foods so you always can find something to enjoy. All staffs are very friendly and welcoming, especially two male & senior chefs at ramen and omelette. We also bought spa in our room rate, so every night we did enjoy a pleasant spa( though it’s not hot spring). In front of hotel, there is a small mall - BIVI , which with some good restaurants ,nice cafe (Gentle Bagel) and coop. Even at the heavy snowing days, you have no worries to spend time in. B1 with very practical laundry service , costs are fairly . If you have budget, you can choose only room (without breakfast and spa) plans, which is with very CP, strongly recommended.

No sé si el ruido venía de fuera o de dentro de la habitación, pero cada cierto tiempo había un zumbido o un estruendo que afectaba mucho la experiencia. Ctrip dijo que habría personal chino, pero nunca vi a nadie. La ubicación está bastante lejos de la estación de metro y de las paradas de autobús. Con la nieve, arrastrar las maletas fue agotador. Aparte de que la habitación era grande, no tenía casi ninguna otra ventaja.
