JR tower hotel nikko sapporo

Stayed here again for this trip (3rd visit) and to complete my bike trip at Sapporo before flying home. Refer to my previous reviews for other comments. In short this is one of the best hotels having holidays in Japan. The breakfast quality is top notch too. View from 35/F is majestic seeing mountains afar from the restaurant. The hotel is very close to Odori Park and the walking district.

The staff at JR Tower Hotel were so nice, attentive, and helpful. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast exceeded expectations—delicious.

I had a very pleasant stay at JR Hotel Nikko Sapporo. The service quality is high and the staff are genuinely friendly and helpful throughout. One surprisingly nice touch: the toilet paper is not single-ply, which already feels more comfortable than many other hotels. For guests, there are discounted rates for the spa and salon. The spa even has a rest area where Hokkaido ice popsicles and milk are provided for free in the evening, which is a lovely perk after a day of sightseeing. Do note, though, that salon slots are limited and can be hard to book during busy periods, so reserve early if this is important to you. Location-wise, the hotel is extremely convenient: it’s within a 5-minute walk from JR Sapporo Station and is directly connected to a mall, making dining and shopping very easy. That said, navigating the area during peak times can be tricky, and it felt even more crowded due to ongoing construction around the station during my visit. The main downside is that there is no laundromat in the hotel. You’ll need to use the paid laundry service, which can get quite expensive if you have a large load, so plan accordingly. I’d recommend JR Hotel Nikko Sapporo for its excellent service, comfortable touches, and unbeatable location!

I stayed here several times and have experience every time. It is right at the Sapporo station super convenient location with many shops and restaurants around. The room was clean with the most amazing view from the JR Tower. The breakfast was the best thing. Had choice of Japanese or western breakfast. Japanese is like a set of traditional Japanese breakfast with beautiful presentation. Usually contain many small dishes and a main course with rice. Western breakfast is an international buffet breakfast also have some Japanese food you can choose from. There are so many choices that you can’t fit all in one morning.

Hotel staff were extremely helpful and polite. Room was spacious and clean. Loved the refa hairdryer in-room too. Fantastic breakfast (I'd love to return even if just for the breakfast) a lovely view overlooking Sapporo. Location is excellent for shopping around Sapporo station as well.

The location is very good and the staff service is excellent. I highly recommend this hotel if you want to look for a stay in Sapporo.

View very good from room Very good location Good service Easy to go to airport with JR

Loveee the breakfast spread !! It was awesome especially the melon and strawberry ice cream 😋 Love the fresh kale juice too! Even though we are Muslims we still had lots of options to eat !! Except for some dishes that had pork like the ramen and curry :( Overall the hotel was very good location wise and generally very clean. Will definitely stay again !!
