Receptionist was unhelpful. Tried using the self check in kiosk three times but was unable to scan my own passport and asked the receptionist (who was not doing anything) to check me in. Was told to use the kiosk again as though I hadn't just tried for the past 3 times, and only then did she tell me that it does not matter even if the passport couldn't be scanned properly. Then why is that even part of the required process? Cotton pads was as thin as a 2 ply tissue, obvious that hotel skimped on quality. Experienced a mild earthquake during my stay and the hotel was swaying quite a bit. Breakfast lacks variety and is nothing memorable. Bed was comfortable however, and room was bigger than the typical Japan hotels. Blanket was linty though, and there were some stains on the carpet on the floor. Wifi is shared throughout the hotel and was quite weak. Had quite a lot of washers and dryers to do laundry efficiently with minimal wait time.

It was a great experience and one of the best experience from customer service, food and accommodation. Customer service is 10 stars 🫡🌟

We booked two rooms—one for my husband and me, and another for our daughter. Although the rooms were compact, they were clean, comfortable, and cozy. My daughter especially enjoyed wearing the hotel-provided pajamas (see photo). We also appreciated the convenient water refill station located on the same floor, close to our rooms. The hotel’s location was excellent, with the train station within easy walking distance. Getting to and from the airport was also very convenient, as the airport bus stop was located just downstairs from the hotel.

¡Mala experiencia! Es raro encontrar un hotel con mal aislamiento acústico en Japón, y este fue el que encontré. El sonido en el pasillo es nítido, y el de la carretera al otro lado del cristal también. He estado en Japón muchísimas veces, y casi no hay hoteles con tan mal aislamiento acústico. La ubicación está bien: salga por la salida norte de la estación de Sapporo y camine 300 metros hasta la tienda Family Mart. Salvo la ubicación, todo lo demás no es satisfactorio.

1. Hotel situado cerca de la estación de metro de Odori Park 2. El hotel está cerca de muchas casas de comedor y la famosa calle comercial Tanukikojo Streets, a pocos minutos a pie. El hotel está situado en el edificio principal, y nuestra habitación está en el edificio 2. 4. En algunos de los pisos había un lavavajillas y secador de monedas, por lo que es muy conveniente para los huéspedes. 5. El desayuno era así. 6. He estado en el Holiday Inn Hotel muchas veces (1a vez en Japón) y esta es la primera vez que veo la marca Dove para la ducha y el shampoo de pelo. En general, el hotel cumple mis expectativas.

Newly renovated hotel with a pleasant and refreshing scent throughout the lobby. I also liked that the shower and toilet areas are separated, which makes the bathroom more practical and comfortable. The breakfast was good, although the dining area is quite limited in size. During peak hours, you may need to queue before getting a table. If you’re on a tight schedule in the morning, it’s best to plan your time accordingly. The hotel is very nearby to Daimaru and Stellar Place shopping mall too.

room felt smaller than it was because of the long corridor. we could not use the laundromat at all because there were only 3 machines and 1 was down. the two machines left were also constantly in use and people were using baskets to reserve their spots in the queue, which felt very unfair. the gym also only opens at 1pm which did not make any sense at all. shoes were also not allowed in the gym, so we had to use the gym in just our socks. others were barefoot. however, kids were allowed in the gym. in our one hour there we noticed several groups of families coming in with their kids and they were running on the treadmill without their shoes. highly do not recommend this hotel and would not stay again.

We were there January 2026. Wonderful winter, wonderful snows that no words can describe. Overall we satisfy especially with the cleanliness of the room, bathroom is SUPER CLEAN! Congrats Rembrandt! They provide coffee/tea, kettle, slippers, and cute night gown 😊 in the room. And they tidy up the rooms everyday during our 3days stay. Theres window to view the snows. El hotel ofrece un servicio de autobús desde la estación de Sapporo (terminal de autobuses), pero las reservas solo se pueden realizar por teléfono. No se aceptan solicitudes por correo electrónico. Llegamos un domingo y el autobús ya iba lleno al salir de la estación, así que conviene reservar con antelación. El hotel es algo antiguo, aunque los baños públicos parecen haber sido renovados recientemente. Las piscinas onsen públicas son grandes y relajantes, pero el suelo de baldosas de piedra puede estar resbaladizo tras un uso prolongado, así que tenga cuidado al caminar por la zona de baños. El bufé ofrece una buena variedad de platos. Disfruté especialmente de la sopa miso de vieiras, el sushi artesanal y los postres. El restaurante era animado y estaba lleno de familias japonesas y turistas extranjeros. Un pequeño inconveniente fue la fruta de temporada, como el lichi. Sería mejor que el hotel se asegurara de lavar bien la fruta antes de servirla. La conexión wifi del hotel es potente y estable, a diferencia del gran hotel spa del lago Toya en el que me alojé hace unos días.

高校生の子が急遽部活で来れない事がわかり、事前にキャンセルして下の子との二人部屋を再予約しました。Trip.comさんのキャンセル情報が届いておらずダブルブッキングになっていましたが、その場でほどなく2人部屋にして下さり感謝しています。 お部屋からは三日月湖と畑と石狩川が見えて最高の眺望でした。広さも札幌駅前のホテルより広めでテーブルと椅子も大きく、ゆったり過ごせました。建物自体は古さも見られますが、お部屋は清潔でシンプルな作りなので古さを感じませんでした。 プールはうちの中学生には浅くて物足りなかったようですが（25Mプールが予想に反して閉鎖中でした）、温泉と朝食ブッフェとウェルカムスイーツがとても良かったと話していました。ブッフェでも食べることができるお手頃なアイスが特に好評でずっとアイスを食べてました（笑）。 立地は札幌からかなり離れていますが、その分牧歌的な雰囲気が味わえて水辺あり緑ありで九州民の求めるような北海道らしさ感じられます。できればレンタカーをすることを強くおすすめします。バスを待たずに済み、自由度の高い旅になるからです。札幌からはほぼ道一本で30分くらいで来れます。茨戸川合流までのエリアは広々としたポプラ並木でドライブにはもってこいです。札幌駅前は独特な大きい通りの一通が多く曲がろうとしてはクラクションを鳴らされ焦りましたが、そこを除けば問題ないです。近くのイオンを利用するにもやはり車があったのが良かったです。六花亭の店内独占は混雑した札幌駅前や空港店ではなかなかないでしょう。ゴールデンカムイのサッポロクラッシックを箱売り用から出して下さったり、青果売り場でさくらんぼも沢山買えました。有名な行列のできる美味しい味噌ラーメン屋さんにも行けて、大満足の滞在でした。
