Hoteles de 4 estrellas en Sapporo

This hotel is really good and located near JR Sapporo station! The facilities is good and I think it’s should be 5 stars hotel. The room is big and bed is comfortable! However onsen is really crowded in the evening so you need to plan bath before 8pm or change to morning is better.

The hotel is fairly well located if you are one who likes walking. Clean and accessible from the front and back entrances. Has good eateries around the area within a 30min walk. Attentive but direct staff. Overall a pleasant and accessible hotel! Thank you.

La habitación es grande, tiene habitaciones interiores, paisajes de primera clase, instalaciones completas, si se encuentra el Suite Ejecutivo, se puede disfrutar de comida y bebidas interiores gratuitas en el salón, y el vino también es infinito para beber. La comida de buffet es deliciosa, muchos estilos. Las instalaciones de entretenimiento tienen sorpresas, jugando a bolas de béisbol, jugando a la máquina de béisbol, que puede jugar, es una versión perdida de Gigo. Las tiendas compran muchos tipos de juguetes, hay buenos niños vendiendo juguetes. El viento abierto ve el panorama de la montaña neve, experimenta un lado caliente y un lado grande de la neve. Incluso si no fuera al aire libre, el ventilador interior también tiene una hermosa vista de montaña neve. Hay autobuses de camión para ser enviados a la cabaña, muy bueno. Aunque el precio de la vivienda no es barato, los objetos valen la pena.

We booked two rooms—one for my husband and me, and another for our daughter. Although the rooms were compact, they were clean, comfortable, and cozy. My daughter especially enjoyed wearing the hotel-provided pajamas (see photo). We also appreciated the convenient water refill station located on the same floor, close to our rooms. The hotel’s location was excellent, with the train station within easy walking distance. Getting to and from the airport was also very convenient, as the airport bus stop was located just downstairs from the hotel.

¡Mala experiencia! Es raro encontrar un hotel con mal aislamiento acústico en Japón, y este fue el que encontré. El sonido en el pasillo es nítido, y el de la carretera al otro lado del cristal también. He estado en Japón muchísimas veces, y casi no hay hoteles con tan mal aislamiento acústico. La ubicación está bien: salga por la salida norte de la estación de Sapporo y camine 300 metros hasta la tienda Family Mart. Salvo la ubicación, todo lo demás no es satisfactorio.

1. Hotel located near Odori Park metro station 2. Surrounded with many eating houses and the famous shopping street Tanukikojo Streets are also just few minutes walk from the hotel. 3. Hotel lobby and hotel restaurant are located in main building, and our room were in 2nd building. 4. There were coin-operated washer+dryer in some of the floors hence which is quite convenience for guests to use. 5. Breakfast were so so. 6. I have stayed in Holiday Inn hotel many times (1st time in Japan) and this is the 1st time i see Dove brand for shower and hair shampoo. Overall the hotel met my expectations.

El hotel es magnífico y elegante. La ubicación era buena, ya que está a poca distancia a pie del parque Nakajima y Susukino. Sin embargo, es un hotel antiguo, aunque bien mantenido. La primera noche tuve una chinche, pero respondieron rápidamente y me cambiaron a otra habitación. Después de eso, todo estuvo bien. Este hotel sería mejor si ofreciera más servicios como un onsen por el precio. Además, no permiten registrarse en el sistema ni dejar mi equipaje antes de las 15:00. Solo puedo dejar mi equipaje allí antes de las 15:00. En cualquier caso, es un hotel decente.

El hotel ofrece un servicio de autobús desde la estación de Sapporo (terminal de autobuses), pero las reservas solo se pueden realizar por teléfono. No se aceptan solicitudes por correo electrónico. Llegamos un domingo y el autobús ya iba lleno al salir de la estación, así que conviene reservar con antelación. El hotel es algo antiguo, aunque los baños públicos parecen haber sido renovados recientemente. Las piscinas onsen públicas son grandes y relajantes, pero el suelo de baldosas de piedra puede estar resbaladizo tras un uso prolongado, así que tenga cuidado al caminar por la zona de baños. El bufé ofrece una buena variedad de platos. Disfruté especialmente de la sopa miso de vieiras, el sushi artesanal y los postres. El restaurante era animado y estaba lleno de familias japonesas y turistas extranjeros. Un pequeño inconveniente fue la fruta de temporada, como el lichi. Sería mejor que el hotel se asegurara de lavar bien la fruta antes de servirla. La conexión wifi del hotel es potente y estable, a diferencia del gran hotel spa del lago Toya en el que me alojé hace unos días.

Bed is rock hard. After 4 nights, I have serious back ache, plus I'm lacking in sleep, due to how hard and uncomfortable the bed was. The pool facility wasn't fully open (it only does so in August). The last week in July at least opens the some of the outside area for use, but it doesn't fully open until August. They'd also made the 25m outside pool a wipeout/ninja obstacle course so, if you want to actually swim [do some lengths etc] then the only place you can do this was initially only open in August and even then it is now taken over by an obstacle. The indoor sections are open all year round. You have to pay extra to access the slides - not too crazy at 500 or 600yen depending on the day for unlimited access (you're given a wristband). Breakfast was ok. Wide variety of foods - some of which I wouldn't normally associate with breakfast, but still nice to have choices. Signage claims it gets busy after 8am. This is definitely not true - it's busy when it first opens at 7am and then slowly gets quieter over the 7~10 opening times (last entry at 9:30). Can't speak about weekends tho. Shuttle bus is busiest at the 5pm time slot. Overall, a ”resort” that claims to be 4 stars it most certainly isn't. 2 stars yes. 2.5 maybe. But the whole place just feels quite dated and far from the luxury expected from a ”4 star hotel”. Apart from the bed as I've already mentioned, the room was a good enough size but all the decor and controls were old. The Aircon control was worn and glitchy (button presses would turn it off etc) but at least it worked and made the room the temp we wanted. The lighting panel has had so many changes there are stickers on it to blank out buttons which no longer function - fair enough, but maybe spend a bit of money on a decent upgrade??? This hotel isn't cheap!

We were there January 2026. Wonderful winter, wonderful snows that no words can describe. Overall we satisfy especially with the cleanliness of the room, bathroom is SUPER CLEAN! Congrats Rembrandt! They provide coffee/tea, kettle, slippers, and cute night gown 😊 in the room. And they tidy up the rooms everyday during our 3days stay. Theres window to view the snows.
