RReglimsgGreat location, near to Sapporo station. Diamaru and malls are diagonally across the street. Airport shuttle service stop is within few minutes walking distance from hotel. The room we stayed in is spacious and clean , with a separate living. Shower and toilet are separated which enable two guests to use at same time. It would be ideal that the glass panel of the shower door be tinted for better privacy . Room service is alternate day but fresh towels are provided daily. Staff were generally friendly and helpful especially Miss Wu of front desk, who went the extra mile for us . Breakfast was good and staff at restaurant were attentive . The down side is overnight parking. The lots were shared with other entities and even though we were back by 8pm, there’s still no avail lot. Affiliated parking is available at another nearby building.

UUsuario invitadoNewly established in 2025, rooms are nicely decorated with all amenities. Just a stone throw away from the famous park and walking distance to various streets 狸小路 Nikka street etc. Highly recommended. Service is impeccable and close to subway station.

CChabrior TurbuloThe most comfortable bed I’ve ever had in a hotel.
We had some of the best sleep during our stay. The bed was huge and incredibly comfortable, with plenty of pillows and soft, high-quality linens. The room itself was spacious, quiet, and very well soundproofed, with lots of space to store luggage and personal items, plus many useful amenities.
The entire hotel has a modern, clean design and is kept in excellent condition. The staff were very kind, professional, and spoke English, which made everything easy. They even provided umbrellas free of charge when it rained, which was a thoughtful touch.
The hotel bar also deserves a mention. The service was excellent, the drinks were very good, and the parfaits were delicious. Since parfaits are very popular locally in Sapporo, I definitely recommend trying one here.
The location is convenient too: just a short walk from Susukino and the Sapporo city center, close to the station by a few metro stops, and easy to reach by taxi.
Overall, this Marriott was a real gem. Because of such a pleasant experience here, I’ll definitely consider staying at other Marriott Courtyard hotels in the future.

JJessic@ HoKudos to the housekeeping team for keeping my room clean. The bed is consistently made up neatly.
I love the location. It's within walking distance to Susukino subway and Tanukikoji street but away from the noise and busy streets. Located just beside the Nijo Market and a huge Lawson convenient store. Walk down 1 block and there is Family Mart.
Gym is well-equipped.
Overall the property is well-maintained and clean. Will return to this property again.

UUsuario anónimoInitially very disappointed with the Japanese counter staff in hotel when we checked in. She insisted that we needed 2 rooms instead of 1, and quoted an exorbitant rate for the 2nd room for 1 guest. We could have booked another 2 rooms with that kind of rate. We were feeling really hopeless with the situation, and tried to seek help from another Japanese staff at nearby counter who could speak fluent English, unlike the 1st lady who was serving us. But she rejected, and told us that she didn't understand our situation and couldn't help, before we could tell her our story.
Luckily for us, the Japanese lady who served us called for her manager, a friendly ********* guy who helped us through the entire checkin process. We didn't need another room after all. Whew! Kudos to the manager for his very kind help, despite that it was his dinner break. Many thanks!

RRomain DannaWe stayed at Hotel Mystays Sapporo as a family traveling with a baby. The location of the hotel is excellent, very convenient for getting around Sapporo, with many attractions, shops, and restaurants nearby. This made our stay much easier and more enjoyable, especially when traveling with a baby.
When we first entered our room, we unfortunately faced a few issues. The phone was not working, and part of a wall fixture was coming off, which raised safety concerns for us as parents. It was disappointing to receive a room in this condition, especially when traveling with a baby where safety is a priority.
However, we would like to highlight the very professional reaction of the hotel staff. Once we reported the problem, they responded quickly and seriously. They upgraded us to their biggest room and fixed the issue, making sure we felt comfortable and reassured. Their attitude and willingness to solve the problem made a big difference and turned a negative first impression into a positive experience.
Another strong point of the hotel is the restaurant inside the hotel, which was excellent. The food quality was very good, and the convenience of having such a good restaurant on-site was invaluable for us as a family. We ended up eating there almost every night.
Overall, while we were initially disappointed with the condition of the first room, we were very satisfied with how the staff handled the situation, the great location, and the quality of the restaurant. Thanks to their responsiveness and professionalism, we still had a pleasant stay and would consider returning in the future.

WWaleed AbumazenThe hotel in very good location but rooms is extremely small , barely has space to open the luggage on the floor , room size is only 18 SQM , they never publish the room size on the room details , photos on the listing is misleading as it show the rooms is big but actually its extremely small , Toilet is miserable small and has 40 CM step to climb , if you have senior person be ready to assist every time that person need to go to toilet.
Breakfast , i tried once and never repeated as it doesn't worth it .
Im frequent traveller and i don't normally write reviews but for this hotel i have to write to be sure no one got the same disappointment i got when i saw the room .

Los niños se sienten un poco viejos, pero muy buenos, en el jardín y la piscina que pueden jugar.
