I loved Nukumori No Yado Furukawa! I was an American solo traveler, but my wife is Japanese (we have 2 boys), so I am very familiar with Japanese culture. I wanted to go to a place that Japanese people would love, not a tourist-focused place. From the moment I entered, the service was excellent. I was greeted, checked in quickly, then accompanied to my room for explanations of how everything operates. My room was very comfortable. The facilities, including bath area, foot soaking areas, lobby, lounges, etc. - were all clean and comfortable. The lounge next to the lobby was a cozy place to relax, and most of the lounges included food and drink during at least some point of the day. I visited in mid-October so the leaves were changing color and the temperature outside was crisp but not too cold. Breakfast and dinner were outstanding. I hope to return again with the rest of my family. Highly recommended!

A very comfortable stay. I was in a Single Rm on d 13th flr. Super quiet at the end of the hallway. Window facing another building wall, no view. Comfortable bed and PJ set. No daily housekeeping provided but they'd leave a bag of towel, new PJ set and stuffs hanging on your door in the morning. Early check-in would cost 1000¥ per hour till the official 3【pm check-in time. I opt to leave my luggage in their storage rm, after I checked in around 4:30p, my bags already in my rm. Professional and polite staffs in general. I took the airport bus, but on my day of arrival, bus companies not dropping off passengers infront of the hotel due to severe snowstorm 2 days prior. And they also not picking up infront of d hotel on the wkend and final day of d Sapporo Winter Festival. Nearest airport bus stop would be Odori Park or Grand Sapporo Hotel. It's about less than 10mins walk. If it's during winter with snow on d ground, the Grand Sapporo Hotel bus stop would actually be a better route. I took the Odori Park route and was a bit tedious. Hotel is attentive to amenities details eg: charging cables of different ports ( type-C, Apple, usb-A etc...) available in the rm; utensils available at each floor's elevator lobby, free tea/coffee and extra toiletries at Lobby. Coin laundry(cash only) is 300¥ for each load of washing ( laundry detergent will automatically add in) and 100¥ for 30mins dry. Coin exchange avail at Check-in desk. Great location to Odori Park just across the street and plenty of choices for food + shopping. Rm facing the park during Winter Festival might be noisy due to stage performances and safety announcements or whatnot from the megaphone. Loves the onsen; Female and male has each of their own sections. Closed for cleaning 10a-2p daily, but daily operation is 2p-2a. Delicious mini fruit popsicles/ ice cream available to onsen users. No mini-fridge nor microwave in the rm. Breakfast buffet cost 2300¥/pax with mostly cold dishes, hot food only a handful of choices - wished could be more though; but they do serve wine (red+ white). Will stay again.

Marvellous location!!! Hotel opened in December 2023. Nice, clean and decent-sized room. Hotel lobby has a small tea pantry with coffee machine, amenities shelf, drinks vending machine and a laundry area. Limited free snack every afternoon. Lift only accessible with your card key. Super impressed with the accessible and fantastic location. - take the airport bus and drop at Minami 3-jo Susukino. Hotel is just diagonally across the street (less than a minute walk) - when you exit from the hotel, make a u-turn to your right and you are less than a minute away from the connector of sectors 2 & 3 of Tanukikoji Shopping Street - Daiso is a 2-minute walk and Mega Don Quijote (opens 24h) is a 3-minute walk from the hotel - a mere 3-minute walk to Susukino Station or 5-minute walk to Odori Station - Family Mart and 7-Eleven are just across the street and Lawson is a 2-minute walk away - nestled right next to the intersection with a prominent and unique-looking facade, high visibility - an abundant array of dining options all around the hotel Switched to this hotel from my original choice 2 days before the trip. Couldn't have asked for more. No cap!

5-10 minutes walk to eateries and shops and subway, next to hotel is Lawson convenient store. Staff efficient and provides fast service. I find the downside is you can only shower inside bathtub which is inconvenient to small kids and elderly, and you cant eat and drink in hotel lobby so cabt chill in lobby with families, and there is no Type C charger so you must use travel adapter. Water dispenser is not available in lobby and not at every floor, you must go certain floor to fill up water and only cold water is available (no hot water). Also mattresses are hard.

Quédese desde el cambio de marca a KOKO Hotel Las comodidades eran las mismas que antes. Mi café favorito es el UCC 117, así que no quiero que lo cambien, pero desde una perspectiva femenina, sería bueno si hubiera cosméticos disponibles en el DHC de la estación KOKO Hotel Sapporo.

El hotel está a poca distancia a pie de la estación de Sapporo. Hay una tienda de ramen y un McDonald's en el camino. Pero si hay nieve espesa en la calle, será difícil mover el equipaje. La habitación es bastante pequeña y hay poco camino para caminar después de colocar el equipaje grande. Las camas se pueden mover y hay un purificador de aire en la habitación. El personal es amable y habla algo de inglés.

La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca de la estación de Sapporo y de la calle comercial Tanukikoji. Hay muchos restaurantes y tiendas de conveniencia cerca. Sin embargo, al entrar en la habitación, encontré algunos granos de arroz en el suelo. Además, el aire acondicionado central estaba muy caliente ese día, así que tuve que pedirle al personal que me abriera la ventana. Mi familia, dos adultos y un niño, se alojó en una habitación doble y quería traer una almohada extra, pero no la proporcionaron, lo cual fue un poco incómodo.

Aunque estaba a las afueras del centro de Susukino, no estaba tan lejos como para no poder ir andando al centro, y estaba cerca de la estación de metro Toyosui-Susukino, así que era bastante práctico. También tenían bicicletas de alquiler, que agradecí poder usar. 😊 La sauna es probablemente el mayor atractivo del hotel. Seguro que viene muy bien en los días fríos. El sándwich del desayuno tenía el tamaño perfecto.

El hotel estaba bien ubicado, a cinco minutos a pie de la salida 7 de la estación Hosui-Susukino, pero la entrada no da a la calle, así que fue un poco difícil de encontrar. Me alojé en una habitación doble para uso individual, pero estaba llena de camas (jaja). Era difícil abrir la maleta. Si nos hubiéramos alojado dos personas, probablemente no podríamos pasar el uno al otro en la habitación. La habitación estaba limpia (aunque el lavabo tenía una grieta) y todo el personal fue muy amable. Por supuesto, había opciones de desayuno japonés como arroz y sopa miso, pero el menú occidental tenía más variedad. El amplio baño público en el sótano era muy agradable.
