Fantástico
SSi Hoong NgThe hotel accommodation was highly recommended. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a pleasant and relaxing stay after a long day of sightseeing. The location was convenient, with less than 10 minutes underground pass access to JR Sapporo & metro stations and shopping malls Apia & Sapporo Stellar Place.
The staff were friendly and always willing to help, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Amenities were well provided, and overall the hotel offered great value for money.
We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and would be happy to stay here again in the future.
UUsuario invitadoThe hotel is modern and its location is walkable (4 mins) to JR Sapporo station. The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable to sleep on. Only problem is there’s no allocated place for luggage to open. We used their chair to do that.
The bathroom is clean and nice but unfortunately I had a slip in the bathtub as it was too slippery. I told the housekeeper the next day and requested for a rubber mat to be put in the tub but she didn’t seem to understand. Communion can be a challenge. Apart from that, this is a nice hotel to stay. Recommend!
UUsuario invitadoGreat hotel in a nice & quiet location in Sapporo. I enjoyed the hotel and its well-equipped 24 hour gym. Front desk staff were friendly to my kids and even assisted us in booking a bigger taxi to Sapporo Station as we had big luggage in tow.
The hotel is well-appointed and trendy in design. The complimentary beverages which were replenished daily was a nice touch!
Definitely recommended in Sapporo! We will be back!

Fabuloso

VVibzzHad a wonderful stay at Hotel Emisia Sapporo.
The staff were absolutely the best — friendly, professional, and always helpful. The hotel itself is great, very comfortable, and well maintained.
Parking was also absolutely wonderful, very convenient and stress-free, which made our stay even better.
Even the breakfast restaurant was on the 31st floor with a beautiful sky view, which made the whole experience even more special.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting Sapporo. Would definitely stay here again!Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Emisia Sapporo.
EeasondingHad a lovely stay at this hotel in Sapporo. The room was a decent size and came with a couple of thoughtful touches that made the stay more comfortable. One of the highlights was definitely the view—our room overlooked a beautiful park, and since it was sakura season, we were lucky enough to enjoy the cherry blossoms right from our window. It was a truly relaxing and memorable experience.
The TV offered a surprisingly wide variety of channels, which was great for unwinding in the evening. Location-wise, the hotel is conveniently close to Nakajimakoen Station, making it easy to get around the city.
Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay with a perfect mix of convenience, comfort, and seasonal beauty.

Fabuloso

UUsuario anónimoThe hotel is newly opened this year, so everything is still very new. However, it was extremely crowded during our stay. The onsen was overcrowded and chaotic, making it difficult to relax or enjoy the experience.
Breakfast was not included. We stayed for four nights and planned to try breakfast only once, but were surprised to learn it costs ¥4,000 per person — including for an 8-year-old child. This felt overpriced and unreasonable.
For such a large hotel, there are only three washing machines. At the time, only two were working, and guests had to queue for hours to use them.
Overall, despite the new facilities, the overcrowding and poor planning significantly affected our stay. Would not recommend.
UUsuario invitadoThis is a huge hotel catered mainly for tour groups. Restaurant is huge but hotel guests are many and gets crowded during meal time.
Hotel lobby is classy with a nice souvenir shop for the convenience of guests.
Rooms décor are dated and carpet has seen better days.
However toilet is new and clean.
Onsen is good.
Location is quite a walk to town but our rooms have nice views of the river and autumn colours.
