¡Tenemos una buena estancia! La habitación es limpia y agradable. Hay una sala común con una mesa, sillas, agua caliente, nevera, microondas, lavadora y secador. El personal es muy agradable. Llegamos a las 7:00 y nos permitieron hacer un comprobado temprano para que tuviéramos un descanso en la habitación. El día que nos fuimos, nos quedamos en las habitaciones comunes esperando nuestro tren después de salir de la habitación.

En general, un buen hotel. La habitación es limpia y cómoda, y hay abundante agua embotellada. Había una pequeña imperfección en el suelo de baldosas de madera, como si se hubiera desgastado con el uso. No afectó a la estancia, pero sería conveniente mejorarlo en el futuro. El aire acondicionado/calefacción funciona muy bien, aunque desprende un ligero olor a humedad al encenderse. Nuestra tarifa incluía el desayuno, que se sirve en la cafetería del segundo piso. La comida estaba muy buena; es uno de los mejores desayunos incluidos que he probado en hoteles de precio similar. El personal es muy amable y siempre te saluda al entrar y salir del hotel. Además, hay seguridad en la entrada principal, lo que proporciona mayor tranquilidad. La ubicación es muy práctica, con muchas tiendas y restaurantes cerca, y también es muy fácil moverse por la zona con Didi. En resumen, una experiencia muy buena; volvería sin dudarlo.

Non-smoking room smelled like someone had been smoking in the room and was untreated. Hotel's location was good, not being too far from Nanhu North Rd metro station. Staff were friendly and courteous.

Everything at this place is inspiring and catchy, in one way or another. Comfortably furnished, with a clean common space that has a nice bookshelf, a reading area, dining table and a soft furry couch. If there is one thing visible through the layout of this inn, it is that they take living with art with gusto, and this is an advantage for artsy guests. To top it all off, cat lovers would actually appreciate this place due to its feline thematics and the mascot cat Hanhan. For its price, it is a wonderful place for a stay in Urumqi.

Habitación: Es un albergue juvenil recién inaugurado. La habitación está muy limpia. Alguien la limpia y cambia la ropa de cama al hacer el check out. La habitación tiene ventilación las 24 horas y no hay olor a decoración nueva en la habitación. El agua caliente de la ducha de la habitación llega rápidamente y el volumen de agua es grande. Bañarse es muy cómodo. Entorno: Hay un restaurante y una tienda de conveniencia en la planta baja, lo cual es muy conveniente. Otros: La habitación está en el piso 23-25, con vista amplia y buena vista. También hay un gato, muy lindo.

I stayed here during my bicycle trip across Asia. It was a really nice stay: the staff is really helpful and speaks good English (which is, I have to say, uncommon in China!) Thanks again

Hay mucha gente que viene a Urumqi a vivir cerca de Wanda. Esta zona es muy animada y cada vez más llena de humo. También es muy conveniente comer varias delicias al estilo de Xinjiang abajo. I had reserved a twin room for 2 nights, and I wanted to reserve a family room for the following 3 nights. As I was in Urumqi earlier, I visited the hotel and was shown a very nice family (1 large bed, 1 single bed) room, and I could had it for the 5 days. Thus I decided to add the 3 more nights. When I arrived the due day, things had changed. Now they could not upgrade the first 2 days to the family room - fair enough. But was is not acceptable is that the large room that I was promised and for which I paid, was not available anymore (”the client decided to stay one more night”), then I had to stay in a small family room where we and our stuff didn't fit. The next day again I was promised to be moved to a larger room and again it was not true. By that time, I got sick with a serious cold and couldn't move hotels, and I even had to extend my stay one more day in tight conditions because of my cold. Besides, they have too few cleaning stuff for such number of rooms, therefore cleaning was an issue In summary, never believe the manager of this hotel, he will do whatever fits him independently of his previous promises.

Perfect capsule stay for single person and the cleanliness is good and temperature maintain inside the capsule. One suggestion please add some extra water and Coffee for guests. And also improve the exhaust system.
