¡Tenemos una buena estancia! La habitación es limpia y agradable. Hay una sala común con una mesa, sillas, agua caliente, nevera, microondas, lavadora y secador. El personal es muy agradable. Llegamos a las 7:00 y nos permitieron hacer un comprobado temprano para que tuviéramos un descanso en la habitación. El día que nos fuimos, nos quedamos en las habitaciones comunes esperando nuestro tren después de salir de la habitación.

En general, un buen hotel. La habitación es limpia y cómoda, y hay abundante agua embotellada. Había una pequeña imperfección en el suelo de baldosas de madera, como si se hubiera desgastado con el uso. No afectó a la estancia, pero sería conveniente mejorarlo en el futuro. El aire acondicionado/calefacción funciona muy bien, aunque desprende un ligero olor a humedad al encenderse. Nuestra tarifa incluía el desayuno, que se sirve en la cafetería del segundo piso. La comida estaba muy buena; es uno de los mejores desayunos incluidos que he probado en hoteles de precio similar. El personal es muy amable y siempre te saluda al entrar y salir del hotel. Además, hay seguridad en la entrada principal, lo que proporciona mayor tranquilidad. La ubicación es muy práctica, con muchas tiendas y restaurantes cerca, y también es muy fácil moverse por la zona con Didi. En resumen, una experiencia muy buena; volvería sin dudarlo.

Esta estancia fue realmente excepcional, ¡con una excelente relación calidad-precio! La ubicación es inmejorable, ideal para ir de compras y explorar la zona, y hay muchos restaurantes cerca. El hotel está limpio y ordenado, el vestíbulo es amplio y elegante, y los pasillos son tranquilos y apacibles. La distribución de la habitación es excelente, espaciosa y luminosa, con ropa de cama suave y cómoda que resultó increíblemente relajante. La limpieza fue impecable; las sábanas y las fundas nórdicas se cambiaban después de cada huésped, el baño estaba libre de olores y los artículos de aseo estaban disponibles y eran fáciles de usar. El personal de recepción fue amable y atento, el registro de entrada y salida fue rápido y respondieron con prontitud a cualquier necesidad. El personal fue amable y considerado. El aislamiento acústico era excelente, lo que garantizó una noche tranquila sin interrumpir el descanso. Las instalaciones eran completas, con aire acondicionado, agua caliente disponible y una conexión a internet fluida. Everything at this place is inspiring and catchy, in one way or another. Comfortably furnished, with a clean common space that has a nice bookshelf, a reading area, dining table and a soft furry couch. If there is one thing visible through the layout of this inn, it is that they take living with art with gusto, and this is an advantage for artsy guests. To top it all off, cat lovers would actually appreciate this place due to its feline thematics and the mascot cat Hanhan. For its price, it is a wonderful place for a stay in Urumqi.

The room offers a nice view of the Urumqi Railway Station, and having a washer inside the room was very convenient. The hotel is clean and the housekeeping lady is lovely and very professional, meeting standards that foreign guests will appreciate. However, the hotel is quite far from the city center, and although there is a bus stop nearby, only one bus line passes through and it’s often unreliable. My main suggestion is for the reception staff to improve professionalism. Guests should feel welcomed upon arrival, not judged or asked unnecessary personal questions and be seen looking about my country on her phone while I wait for her to check me in. In comparison with other hotels I’ve stayed at in Urumqi, the reception service here could be more respectful and professional.

The experience in Tiancheng International Hostel was amazing. The place is very cool, big and have a great atmosphere. The staff helped me a lot with everything since to order a food, carry my luggage and with recommendations os things to do in the city. I really recommend this hostel. Is the right place to stay in Urumqi!!

El servicio de recepción del hotel es muy bueno y las instalaciones son luminosas, lujosas, sencillas y nuevas. Es limpio y ordenado, y es cómodo vivir allí. Hay mucha gente que viene a Urumqi a vivir cerca de Wanda. Esta zona es muy animada y cada vez más llena de humo. También es muy conveniente comer varias delicias al estilo de Xinjiang abajo. La habitación con vista puede ver el amanecer. Vista nocturna de la ciudad de Urumqi y la estación de tren de alta velocidad. Muy satisfecho con mi estadía.

I had reserved a twin room for 2 nights, and I wanted to reserve a family room for the following 3 nights. As I was in Urumqi earlier, I visited the hotel and was shown a very nice family (1 large bed, 1 single bed) room, and I could had it for the 5 days. Thus I decided to add the 3 more nights. When I arrived the due day, things had changed. Now they could not upgrade the first 2 days to the family room - fair enough. But was is not acceptable is that the large room that I was promised and for which I paid, was not available anymore (”the client decided to stay one more night”), then I had to stay in a small family room where we and our stuff didn't fit. The next day again I was promised to be moved to a larger room and again it was not true. By that time, I got sick with a serious cold and couldn't move hotels, and I even had to extend my stay one more day in tight conditions because of my cold. Besides, they have too few cleaning stuff for such number of rooms, therefore cleaning was an issue In summary, never believe the manager of this hotel, he will do whatever fits him independently of his previous promises.

My layover was super short.. got there early in the morning and left that same morning. I ended up having to take a taxi going to the hotel because they didn’t provide the free shuttle they promised. The place was a bit messy, especially the shared bathroom.. could’ve used some good cleaning. Oh, and heads up.. the toilet’s a squat-style one, so just be ready for that!
