The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and thoughtful, always making sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Every detail was well prepared, and the amenities provided were more than enough for a comfortable stay. The food was amazing too. I’m so thankful that they also serve halal foods.
Overall, this homestay exceeded our expectations. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay!

SSH_TanEstoy feliz y satisfecho con nuestra propia decisión. Es muy afortunado elegir una que pueda satisfacer nuestras exigencias en tantas cabinas populares. El jefe y el jefe están muy invitados, completamente sin pantalones, todo el diseño y la limpieza del cabine están muy bien hechos. ¡Está limpio, no tiene olor. ¡No tiene olor a fumar!
Hemos fijado la habitación 888. La belleza de la ventana está muy bien. Un poco de hielo natural y nieve es abrir la ventana. Haha
El baño y el baño están separados. La cama grande también está muy bien dormida. Hay suficientes lugares para colocar el equipaje.
Además, la cocina es realmente deliciosa. Más deliciosa que lo que comimos en la ciudad. La gallina es guapa. Dios. Ahora también lo extraño.
Puede ver a sus jefes/ayuntamientos que gestionan su propio pueblo de manera seria, y también se toma el pelo todo el tiempo. El hermano mayor cuidará de todos. Muy buena experiencia. Los niños también le gustan los popcorns (arroz hechos en la escena del hermano mayor).

GGIAP THI NGOC HUYENDisfrutamos muchísimo de nuestra estancia de dos noches aquí. La anfitriona fue entusiasta y atenta, despertándonos puntualmente para el desayuno cada mañana. Nos llevó a Wusongling y nos guió y grabó un vídeo con mucho entusiasmo. También nos regalaron agua caliente para verter en hielo y fotos con fuegos artificiales. Un viaje perfecto.

MM760246****¡El fuerte Arli le da a los amigos que planean ir al valle de la nieve! La posición del colono está desaparecida, está muy cerca de la línea recta del escenario de esquí, y el esquí se cansa de volver a casa y descansa. El jefe es un local, con un superprofesional, ayuda a reservar entradas de atracción más baratas que en línea, también ha organizado una entrega gratuita en la zona de atracción, sin tener que arrastrar el camino de la maleta. La habitación está completa, la ropa interior independiente, el equipamiento de un solo equipo, el salón puede vivir 2-4 personas, viajes familiares o pasajeros con amigos. El restaurante tiene una gran cantidad de carne de hierro y de salchicha, comida fresca y saborosa, el precio es lleno directamente, no quiere cambiar de lugar!

UUsuario invitadoHarbin Anshu Family Hotel has only 7 rooms and a family who look after the rooms and guests. Their services are just outstanding. I had a serious problem when i arrived as i had not had time in Beijing, where i was in transit from UK to Harbin, to get a phone SIM Card. Anshu Family Hotel took me to the China Mobile shop in Harbin and stayed with me until i got my card. They flatly refused payment for helping me even though it cost them a lot of time so i got them some grapes as a very small gift to say thankyou for helping me so kindly.
The process took nearly two hours due to a complication on my UK phone number settings. However the staff at China Mobile were really good, the Anshu Family were just incredibly patient. They simply would not leave until i was fixed up and able to use my phone. I stayed for just under a week to go to see the major attractions in Harbin, a City with a totally unique identity in China due to its Russian and European Architecture. It is one of the most fascinating cities i have ever visited, Harbin Museum being quite astonishing in its variety and quality of Artifacts. It was the 16th Museum or Museum type building i have visited in China and one of the most enjoyable. This year was Harbins 26th Ice Show, with the Winter Games coming up soon.
The Anshu Family Hotel is spot on location for both events, just a $3 taxi ride or Metro for just cents. The hotel has lots of shops, supermarkets, several food roads bristling with many many choices of meal. The Anshu Family make a very low charge for their rooms, in my opinion it could be far higher but they stick at their price.
I had not asked for breakfast as i go out early to get to see as much as possible during my day sightseeing.
The night before i left i asked them if they would get me a taxi for the morning to get my train. I was to get the taxi at 6.45am. At 5.50 a knock on the door and they came to give me three boiled eggs and a meat stew with noodles. Honestly no Hotel has treated me so kindly. I really recommend grabbing a room with Anshu most especially if you are going to the Ice Show or Winter games.
It is a budget Hotel, so be aware of that, but I got a spotless sheet, cover duvet and i was as warm as toast room at night. The water shower is piping hot. Opposite the Hotel road is a huge Govt building as a landmark, i never had any problem finding it. There is a Bank of China two hundred metres from Anshu Family Hotel.
Anshu, in my opinion must be one of the top deals on offer from Trip.com.

It nails that modern Chinese hostel vibe—think clean wooden bunks with privacy curtains that turn your bed into a little hibernation cave, perfect for scrolling through photos after a brutal day in the cold. The common area is the social hub where you will inevitably form a temporary alliance with strangers to split a taxi to the Ice and Snow World (because nobody wants to wait for the bus in -25°C). The bathrooms can get a bit hectic during peak shower hours, but as long as the water is hot and the floor heating is blasting, it’s a budget traveler’s paradise.

NNatDiscoversAsiaI recently stayed at this business hotel in Harbin for two nights, booking the most economical option - the Comfy Queen room. Going in, I understood this was a basic, no-frills accommodation, and I was prepared for that level of service. However, several significant issues made this stay far more frustrating than it needed to be.
The cheapest tier comes without a window, which I had accepted when booking. What the hotel failed to mention anywhere in the listing is that these budget rooms are located on the 8th floor, but the elevator only goes up to the 7th floor. This means every check in and out requires climbing a TWO full flight of stairs with your luggage. Had I known this critical detail upfront, I would have either chosen a more expensive room or, more likely, selected a different hotel entirely. This information should be clearly disclosed during booking, as it’s a significant accessibility and convenience issue, especially for travelers with heavy bags or mobility concerns.
The most irritating incident occurred on my second night. After spending the day exploring Harbin in freezing temperatures, exhausted and literally frozen solid, I returned to find my room key card had been deactivated. This meant I had to climb down the stairs from the 8th floor, take the elevator down from the 7th floor to reception, wait while staff sorted out their mistake, then reverse the entire journey - elevator up to 7th, stairs up to 8th. This was completely avoidable and purely the result of careless staff work. When you’re already cold and tired, being forced to make this unnecessary journey because of administrative incompetence is genuinely maddening.
Adding insult to injury, I discovered after my stay that there are much better hotel options directly at the metro and high-speed rail (HSR) exits. These alternatives offer superior convenience without the stair-climbing requirement as I’ve stayed in some of those chains before.. The location of this hotel doesn’t offer any particular advantages to compensate for its drawbacks, making the choice to stay here even more regrettable.
For my next trip to Harbin, I’ll be choosing one of the hotels that are closer to HSR or metro exits. Unless you specifically need to be in this exact location and are booking a higher-tier room with elevator access, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere if the cost difference is not much. There are simply better value options available that won’t leave you climbing stairs multiple times a day or dealing with preventable administrative hassles.

AAnsh ChananaEl lugar que se ve en la foto es ese, pero bastante decepcionado por las expectativas que tenía con él, era alrededor del año nuevo y pagué alrededor de 700 RMB por 2 noches, así que pensé que la habitación sería bastante buena al verificar el Habitaciones y fotos de las reseñas. Pero la habitación era pequeña y la terraza estaba un poco arriba de mi cabeza. Toda la habitación está bien y no tanto como se ve en las fotos. Y toda la habitación olía a humo durante los 2 días completos y abrimos las ventanas pequeñas para resaltar la circulación. Porque la habitación se estaba calentando solo en media hora. La dueña es buena, es muy amable y lo ayudará con todo. Incluso ayudó a obtener el reembolso de mi próximo hotel. Ella es muy buena. Pero el lugar está bien y puede mejorar.

UUsuario invitadoEl hotel que habíamos reservado originalmente fue cancelado por algunas razones, por lo que temporalmente encontramos este albergue juvenil cerca. Aunque tuvimos que subir nuestro equipaje por las escaleras, la señora del mostrador no sabía si era porque cada uno de nosotros tenía un 28. equipaje de pulgadas o algo más, así que nos dio un check-in. Nos pasaron a una habitación cuádruple y solo estaba en el segundo piso, lo que nos ahorró mucho esfuerzo. Excepto por el terrible olor en el baño, es Definitivamente un buen lugar para quedarse.
