SStacy SohAfter taking 5 hours Journey on a 40 seater public bus that cost me 100 yuan i arrived at a beautiful homestay run by family, the homestay is the 1st at the entrance of the village. Room is comfortable with huge bed and heated bed and floor, eventhou the bed is just a thin mattress (its call a Kang Bed) but i still can sleep soundly every night. Only things need to change is the toilet because our toilet bowl is right at the center so i cant shower or use the basin (no space to stand)😀 They provide toothbrush and disposable face towel only so you have to bring your own towel and toiletries. Restaurant, reception counter and living room are together, this is a place for the owner and all guests to have meal and gathering. You will see them all day at the living room. We also have some activities such as making tanghulu (fruits coated with syrup), making dumpling and just chit chat eating popcorn and frozen persimmon and pear. Food is so yummy, no need to eat outside because you can order from this homestay. Breakfast is free. Its a simple and healthy- plain porridge, bun and pickles. The northern people are not so much into sugary or fancy drinks, even like tea or coffees. plain hot water is what they had most of the time. Lunch and dinner you can choose from their menu. Few activities you can do in town such as walk around town and enjoy the beautiful scenery like what i did, i also took the sleight horse (200 yuan) to go to the national forest and also stroll along the river for sightseeing. If u want to have ski, snow mobile, tubing there are 2 private own mini park that you can go just by walking distance 5-15 minutes. There is a bigger park Rime Ridge, also known as Wu Song Ling, is a place in Harbin, China where you can see rime and snow scenery, and participate in winter activities this will cost 400 yuan. At night there will be campfire and singing at the village. You can join for free. Go for a walk at night to see lots of villagers selling foods by the road side. I also enjoyed experimenting the ‘boiling water thrown into the sky’ ..beautiful effect from the ice steam. Most important please bring extra cash incase the alipay not working you will still have money. There is no bank or atm machine in the village. Its all solely depending on online payment such as allipay/wechat. I have problem with my alipay payment and I didn’t bring much cash so i cant spend so much at the village. The homestay owner knew about my problem so she worry i dont have enough money to eat so she cook meals for me FREE.. such a nice person. God bless her 🙏🏼 I wish to come again with my family, and i will stay here

DDil888The guesthouse owner is very attentive and friendly. They gave you the feelings like you are staying at your own hometown. They are Muslim friendly as they prepared breakfast using seperate utensils and treat you like their own family. There is also Makanan Melayu menu that they prepared for Muslim if you want to eat for dinmer or lunch. The price is affordable. At the guesthouse, there is a poster of snow activities that you can do written in English translation. Just point to what do you want to do and the owner will directly arrange somebody to pick you up and drop off to the guesthouse again once activity is done. I did the ski playground activity and Wu Song Ling , both of the experience is very great. If you travel solo, then this guesthouse is perfect for you as they really caring and attentive to make sure you are safe and comfortable. I also got to eat frozen fruit given by the owner. No need to worry if you cannot speak chinese as the owner is equipped with translation devices. The owner can arrange the bus to come from Harbin City to Snow Valley, and also when you want to go back. The bus drop directly infront of the guesthouse with the owner already waiting to help with your luggage.

UUsuario invitadoHarbin Anshu Family Hotel has only 7 rooms and a family who look after the rooms and guests. Their services are just outstanding. I had a serious problem when i arrived as i had not had time in Beijing, where i was in transit from UK to Harbin, to get a phone SIM Card. Anshu Family Hotel took me to the China Mobile shop in Harbin and stayed with me until i got my card. They flatly refused payment for helping me even though it cost them a lot of time so i got them some grapes as a very small gift to say thankyou for helping me so kindly. The process took nearly two hours due to a complication on my UK phone number settings. However the staff at China Mobile were really good, the Anshu Family were just incredibly patient. They simply would not leave until i was fixed up and able to use my phone. I stayed for just under a week to go to see the major attractions in Harbin, a City with a totally unique identity in China due to its Russian and European Architecture. It is one of the most fascinating cities i have ever visited, Harbin Museum being quite astonishing in its variety and quality of Artifacts. It was the 16th Museum or Museum type building i have visited in China and one of the most enjoyable. This year was Harbins 26th Ice Show, with the Winter Games coming up soon. The Anshu Family Hotel is spot on location for both events, just a $3 taxi ride or Metro for just cents. The hotel has lots of shops, supermarkets, several food roads bristling with many many choices of meal. The Anshu Family make a very low charge for their rooms, in my opinion it could be far higher but they stick at their price. I had not asked for breakfast as i go out early to get to see as much as possible during my day sightseeing. The night before i left i asked them if they would get me a taxi for the morning to get my train. I was to get the taxi at 6.45am. At 5.50 a knock on the door and they came to give me three boiled eggs and a meat stew with noodles. Honestly no Hotel has treated me so kindly. I really recommend grabbing a room with Anshu most especially if you are going to the Ice Show or Winter games. It is a budget Hotel, so be aware of that, but I got a spotless sheet, cover duvet and i was as warm as toast room at night. The water shower is piping hot. Opposite the Hotel road is a huge Govt building as a landmark, i never had any problem finding it. There is a Bank of China two hundred metres from Anshu Family Hotel. Anshu, in my opinion must be one of the top deals on offer from Trip.com.

FFoodhunTyngWe had a wonderful 3-night stay here! The host was incredibly friendly and helpful. We communicated easily through WeChat. We dined at her nearby restaurant, and she even treated us to extra dishes and discount, which was such a warm gesture. She also offered to fetch us to and from the train station, as well as to the ski area (we bought our ski tickets directly from her, super convenient!). We even engaged her for our Xue Xiang day trip (we paid), and everything was arranged smoothly. The room itself was large, basic and simple, but very clean and comfortable. Housekeeping was done daily, and amenities were replenished. Overall, we had a great experience thanks to her hospitality. My in law were happy staying here too.

Here’s my review: 1) Location: The location is called “Kaili Used Car Market” in Didi app. If you used the description that given in the booking detail by Tripcom, it might be quite confusing to book Didi or to tell the taxi driver the exact location. Hence, “Kaili used car market” is what you can search for in your Didi app. 2) The room: We booked the 3-bed apartment (comfy for 6 pax). The unit is a 2-floor unit, with only 1 bathroom located at the second floor. The first floor has a kitchen with big kitchen cabinet, sofa, a fridge, a square dining table and a double bed at the main hall. The second floor, got one room with a double bed inside and the hall at the second floor also has one doublebed. Heating are okay. Hot shower available. Washing machine available. 3) what you need to know: The area is around 10-15km distance from Central Street (Zhongyang street). The area is a car sale area, but the neighboorhood is full of things that you need. The buiding is a 10-floor apartment building .My mom and sis shop for fresh seafood for cooking and also bought some winter attire just by walking distance. Considering the price and what it offers, I think it is good enough. If you are travelling by Didi as main transport, this place should be fine . The railway station is quite far and you cant stand the cold weather outside for a walk to station. 4) Host: Host were nice. He waited for us until 3am-4am, and greeted us nicely. It just the language barrier truly crucial before check-in as he did not communicated using chat in Tripcom. The tripcom chat only run by AI assistance, and did not have any further details on check-in. The AI assistance keep asked us to call the host number, but the thing is the host cannot communicate in English and to make a call also requires international charge. The phone number provided also cant be found in wechat. Last choice we had was to contact him via SMS (also international charge required). Haha 😅 My suggestion is I hope the host can maintain the communication via Tripcom chat services to ease the checkin process for all international traveller. Thank you for the lovely and warm accomodation🤍 we love it 🤍 Rate my stay here 8.5/10 🤍🙏🏻

Desafortunadamente, el negocio ha ido tan bien últimamente que sólo reservamos dos noches. La habitación es bastante grande. Reservamos una habitación familiar con dos camas y literas bajas. Era bastante cómodo para dormir. Aunque el primer día hubo un pequeño contratiempo, se resolvió felizmente. El jefe está muy entusiasmado y soluciona cualquier problema lo antes posible. Me quedé dos noches y me fui hoy. Era el solsticio de invierno. El jefe invitó a todos a comer bolas de masa al mediodía. Era la primera vez que hacía bolas de masa. El ambiente era genial🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟Buenas críticas.

YYiyuDurante mi estancia en este hotel, disfruté de un servicio impecable y una estancia confortable. Las habitaciones eran amplias y luminosas, con instalaciones completas, y la comodidad de las camas era especialmente impresionante. Además, el hotel goza de una excelente ubicación con fácil acceso al transporte público; está a un largo paseo de la estación de tren de Harbin (aunque se accede por calles secundarias). En general, fue una estancia muy satisfactoria, con una excelente relación calidad-precio, y lo recomiendo encarecidamente a cualquiera que busque un alojamiento de calidad.

La habitación también es muy grande y el refrigerador y otros artículos son todos nuevos. Higiene: Muy limpio y nuevo. Entorno: Hay Wanda Plaza y Bitute cerca, que son muy convenientes, sin embargo, la comida para llevar está un poco lejos, hay que bajar a recoger el mostrador de comida para llevar.

UUsuario invitadoAl mirar las imágenes, pensé que sería similar al albergue juvenil en el que me alojé antes, pero las imágenes del producto son diferentes de las imágenes reales. Los baños públicos y los baños están bastante limpios y la actitud del servicio es normal (no puedo No puedo decir que sea bueno, ni puedo decir que sea malo). La administración es desordenada y la disposición de las camas no está de acuerdo con las reglas. La ubicación de la tarjeta de la habitación, en cuál está realmente disponible para quedarse, no hay agua mineral. Se proporciona y está relativamente cerca de la calle Central, todo depende del presupuesto y las necesidades personales, después de toda la experiencia, personalmente no lo recomiendo, así que déjelo así.
