We stayed for a night and this property exceeded expectations. It is spotless and you dont need to leave at all. It is so well run and the service is so personalized, from which bus you are taking back into town to what allergies you have, all staff members take note of your preferences. Especially want to thank ***** for making this stay so memorable! Food is also very wholesome and seasonal. Could not fault this place if you tried!

The room is spacious, facilities are actually good. the private onsen in room is not huge one enough for 2. speaker there are using a good brand, foods are good, just make sure you got some snacks for yourself before going in. they do provide some snacks .

The hotel is short distance away from the major sightseeing spots at jozankei, but still walkable distance. That allows a tranquil and relaxing environment which you can truly enjoy the stay and immerse yourself into the nature. The resort is beautiful and room is super spacious. The buffet is wonderful. All the food are very fresh which make you feel very healthy. The onsen are nice. However, I found the temperature of outdoor bath too high. I feel recharged after the stay, both physically and mentally.

The most comfortable bed I’ve ever had in a hotel. We had some of the best sleep during our stay. The bed was huge and incredibly comfortable, with plenty of pillows and soft, high-quality linens. The room itself was spacious, quiet, and very well soundproofed, with lots of space to store luggage and personal items, plus many useful amenities. The entire hotel has a modern, clean design and is kept in excellent condition. The staff were very kind, professional, and spoke English, which made everything easy. They even provided umbrellas free of charge when it rained, which was a thoughtful touch. The hotel bar also deserves a mention. The service was excellent, the drinks were very good, and the parfaits were delicious. Since parfaits are very popular locally in Sapporo, I definitely recommend trying one here. The location is convenient too: just a short walk from Susukino and the Sapporo city center, close to the station by a few metro stops, and easy to reach by taxi. Overall, this Marriott was a real gem. Because of such a pleasant experience here, I’ll definitely consider staying at other Marriott Courtyard hotels in the future.

Nice Onsen resort and we like the private Onsen inside the room. The room is huge but it will be great if it has international channels or even Netflix or YouTube. It provides transport to Sapporo so that is great. Nice free drinks and snacks at night.

Had great stay at this Hotel located across the train station. All the facilities and amenities were excellent , Breakfast at the top floor was excellent with so many options to choose . Staffs and everything was fantastic.

Recientemente tuve el placer de alojarme en Keihan y debo decir que fue una experiencia excepcional. Desde el momento en que llegué, me impresionó el ambiente acogedor y el personal profesional y amable. El proceso de check-in fue sencillo y eficiente, y de inmediato me sentí como en casa. La habitación en la que me alojé era espaciosa, limpia y estaba bellamente decorada. La cama era increíblemente cómoda y me permitió dormir muy bien. También aprecié las comodidades modernas, como un televisor de pantalla plana y Wi-Fi gratuito. El baño estaba impecable, con artículos de tocador de alta calidad y una ducha tipo lluvia.

1. Hotel situado cerca de la estación de metro de Odori Park 2. El hotel está cerca de muchas casas de comedor y la famosa calle comercial Tanukikojo Streets, a pocos minutos a pie. El hotel está situado en el edificio principal, y nuestra habitación está en el edificio 2. 4. En algunos de los pisos había un lavavajillas y secador de monedas, por lo que es muy conveniente para los huéspedes. 5. El desayuno era así. 6. He estado en el Holiday Inn Hotel muchas veces (1a vez en Japón) y esta es la primera vez que veo la marca Dove para la ducha y el shampoo de pelo. En general, el hotel cumple mis expectativas.

I had been here before covid and I fondly recalled how helpful, friendly and caring the team members were. Hence, I decided to return again. Pros- Ample Parking , Proximity to station Nakajima Koen, park. And if you don't mind taking a 10-15 mins quick walk can reach susukino stn as well. Housekeeping is good and clean. Some of the front desk staff speaks English and are always trying their best to assist. These staff deserves commendation. ( Couldn't get their names as the badge is in nihongo) The afternoon and night shifts male team is fantastic and patient. The furnishing in the room could help with some modern changes.. it's looking rustic now. My favourite part is the level 4 laundry room where it is so important to us to have clean and dry clothing. The restaurants in the hotel standard seems to have declined. The Unagi one is average , the farm to table is lacking in traffic and it's not the same as in 2018/2019. Maybe the kitchen team had left or something happened to the ingredients used. But no issue as there are so much more to have and try in Sapporo city! Would return again if we are ever going to Sapporo. The service attitude received is welcoming and warm.

高校生の子が急遽部活で来れない事がわかり、事前にキャンセルして下の子との二人部屋を再予約しました。Trip.comさんのキャンセル情報が届いておらずダブルブッキングになっていましたが、その場でほどなく2人部屋にして下さり感謝しています。 お部屋からは三日月湖と畑と石狩川が見えて最高の眺望でした。広さも札幌駅前のホテルより広めでテーブルと椅子も大きく、ゆったり過ごせました。建物自体は古さも見られますが、お部屋は清潔でシンプルな作りなので古さを感じませんでした。 プールはうちの中学生には浅くて物足りなかったようですが（25Mプールが予想に反して閉鎖中でした）、温泉と朝食ブッフェとウェルカムスイーツがとても良かったと話していました。ブッフェでも食べることができるお手頃なアイスが特に好評でずっとアイスを食べてました（笑）。 立地は札幌からかなり離れていますが、その分牧歌的な雰囲気が味わえて水辺あり緑ありで九州民の求めるような北海道らしさ感じられます。できればレンタカーをすることを強くおすすめします。バスを待たずに済み、自由度の高い旅になるからです。札幌からはほぼ道一本で30分くらいで来れます。茨戸川合流までのエリアは広々としたポプラ並木でドライブにはもってこいです。札幌駅前は独特な大きい通りの一通が多く曲がろうとしてはクラクションを鳴らされ焦りましたが、そこを除けば問題ないです。近くのイオンを利用するにもやはり車があったのが良かったです。六花亭の店内独占は混雑した札幌駅前や空港店ではなかなかないでしょう。ゴールデンカムイのサッポロクラッシックを箱売り用から出して下さったり、青果売り場でさくらんぼも沢山買えました。有名な行列のできる美味しい味噌ラーメン屋さんにも行けて、大満足の滞在でした。
