Iiris83Las instalaciones del hotel son satisfactorias. Las señoras de la recepción son muy educadas. El gerente del restaurante y los camareros son muy receptivos. Los camareros en cada mesa son buenos. Sin embargo, alrededor de las nueve de la mañana, había dos. Personal del restaurante con traje y uniforme fuera de la mesa del buffet charlando, ignorando por completo el bloqueo del paso de los clientes que van y vienen, poco profesionales y chismosos.
Eran alrededor de las dos de la tarde cuando nos fuimos. El camarero del vestíbulo del primer piso actuó como si no pudiera vernos. No nos saludó ni se despidió. Estaba ocupado charlando con el conductor del coche de alquiler. quien entró. Lo mismo ocurre con los uniformados que encontré en el pasillo, sin ningún signo de interrogación. Al contrario, la tía que limpia las habitaciones está muy entusiasmada.
El Ritz siempre ha sido conocido por su servicio caballeroso y femenino. Algunos de sus camareros necesitan mejorar la profesionalidad de su servicio.

UUsuario invitado¡Esta estancia me hizo sentir como en casa! El servicio del hotel fue excepcionalmente atento. Desde el check-in hasta el check-out, todo el personal fue amable y atento, siempre con una sonrisa. La recepcionista incluso me recomendó atracciones y restaurantes cercanos: ¡un detalle muy considerado!
La habitación estaba limpia y ordenada, con una decoración cálida y ropa de cama suave y cómoda. Dormí profundamente. El baño era espacioso, con abundante agua caliente, y los artículos de aseo eran de alta calidad. ¡Cada detalle era impecable! Lo que más me sorprendió fue la impresionante vista desde la habitación. ¡Abrir las cortinas por la mañana para que entrara la luz del sol me alegró el ánimo al instante!
El desayuno era variado y delicioso, especialmente las tortillas recién hechas y la fruta fresca, que me animaron todo el día. El gimnasio estaba bien equipado y era muy agradable.
La ubicación también es muy conveniente, con fácil acceso al transporte público y a poca distancia a pie del distrito comercial y la estación de metro, lo que la hace perfecta tanto para viajes de negocios como de placer.
En resumen, esta estancia fue una experiencia perfecta. ¡Se lo recomiendo muchísimo a todos! ¡Sin duda me alojaré aquí de nuevo! 👍

RRenzhendeMatt歐式裝修，乾淨整潔，兩張1.3米床，一家三口正合適。酒店離體育公園，地鐵站，銀泰城（商業體）都不遠，出行方便。酒店的早餐一般，但是春節期間也勉強能接受。剩下需要改進的地方，主要是房間內設施開關，充電插座有些老舊，不好用。房間隔音也需要改善，主要是門縫太大。。

They do not serve breakfast, but there is a nice restaurant next door and some small shops around the corner. The bed and pillows are comfortable.

TThierryDoA wonderful hotel. We booked The Hunter Hut Cloudspire Haven room for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids). The room was huge, super clean and the shower and bathtub excellent. We love the afternoon tea (from 2pm to 8pm), enjoying a quiet space with amazing view from the 42nd floor, the breakfast (until 1pm!) and the supper (from 10pm to midnight)! We stayed 3 nights and the kids love it, especially feeding the renders at the entrance. the hotel is at 10 min walk (taking a shortcut) to the mall.

OOhmaiI arrived late at night and the receptionist very helpful. Even though i cannot speak chinese and receptionist do not speak english, he always ask Siri on his phone to make sure everything go smoothly.
The receptionist even help me buy bread and drinks at the vending machine that requires Chinese phone number.
Room is spacious, clean. All items working well, just lack of internet connection maybe my room located at the end of the alley.
The best part, breakfast included too in the room rate. So you don’t have to go outside find breakfast during this cold weather 😃

Nada más entrar al hotel uno se siente atraído por su entorno. Rodeado de bosques, el aire es embriagadoramente fresco, como si estuvieras en una barra de oxígeno natural.
Hablemos del área de la piscina de aguas termales del hotel, que es realmente lo más destacado. La hermana Zhu Yanjuan del área de la piscina agregó mucha calidez a nuestro viaje a las aguas termales. El servicio de la hermana Zhu es muy atento y siempre llega a tiempo cuando la necesitamos. Su sonrisa amistosa y sus reflexivas palabras nos hicieron sentir tan cómodos y cómodos como en casa mientras nos sumergíamos en las aguas termales.
Las habitaciones también son muy recomendables. Las habitaciones están limpias, ordenadas y decoradas de forma cálida y confortable. Nuestra señora del servicio de habitaciones, Gao Fang, es muy seria y responsable en su trabajo. Cada vez que regresábamos a nuestra habitación, descubríamos que estaba perfectamente ordenada.
La administración del hotel también es muy buena. JJTLJPeople in Harbin City are generally very customer centric and welcoming. Staff are courteous and understanding too. We've stayed 1 night & was indoor whole time as understand there's some restriction when leaving the building but no time to go outdoor since it's filled with activities. There's only free flow of ice cream, drinks and fruits while meals are chargeable from the foodcourt & restaurant at lvl5. The fc open at 8am hence we have to order in from ******* since we are leaving early.
Upon entering the building, it's really hot.
We took the family room at lvl7 which seems situated at the back alley & not ventilated. We stayed at Room 7036 which was really hot even when we opened the window & with the small fan they provided that doesn't help at all, regretfully we didn't sleep well the whole night.
