We wanted more than luxury . We wanted a hotel that truly reflected Harbin’s character, heritage, and history. We are glad to have discovered this hidden gem. Mansion 1903 Hotel is probably one of the most charming hotels in Harbin, beautifully blending old-world elegance, modern comfort, and strong Russian heritage. The location is excellent, conveniently close to Zhongyang Street, yet peaceful and refined. The rooms are spacious, clean, stylish, and exceptionally comfortable, while the staff are warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely hospitable. Their service made our stay especially memorable. The elegant lobby environment, together with the traditional Sarafan and Kokoshnik costumes, also provided a wonderful opportunity for photography and added to the hotel’s unique cultural atmosphere. Special thanks to Mr. Deng for his meticulous sharing and introduction of the antique collections displayed in the hotel lobby. His passion and knowledge greatly enriched our experience.

Las instalaciones del hotel son satisfactorias. Las señoras de la recepción son muy educadas. El gerente del restaurante y los camareros son muy receptivos. Los camareros en cada mesa son buenos. Personal del restaurante con traje y uniforme fuera de la mesa del buffet charlando, ignorando por completo el bloqueo del paso de los clientes que van y vienen, poco profesionales y chismosos. Eran alrededor de las dos de la tarde cuando nos fuimos. El camarero del vestíbulo del primer piso actuó como si no pudiera vernos. No nos saludó ni se despidió. Estaba ocupado charlando con el conductor del coche de alquiler. quien entró. Lo mismo ocurre con los uniformados que encontré en el pasillo, sin ningún signo de interrogación. Al contrario, la tía que limpia las habitaciones está muy entusiasmada. El Ritz siempre ha sido conocido por su servicio caballeroso y femenino. Algunos de sus camareros necesitan mejorar la profesionalidad de su servicio.

La limpieza diaria se sintió incompleta, con bolsas de té, azúcar, tazas y cristales no se llenaron. La limpieza total de la habitación fue sólo 3/5, que se sentía por debajo de las expectativas de una suite en este punto de precio. El desayuno buffet ofrece opciones locales e internacionales, pero los platos eran medios y repetitivos. First time in Yabuli for us and therefore quite confused about the “city” and areas structure but…..very happy for the choice we made! The Wusuoju-Mountain Hotel is simply the perfect choice if you’re traveling to Yabuli not only for skying. Very well located, not far from the ski areas but as well near enough to other point of interest and attractions. Around the hotel you can find walk distance (from 50mt to 700mt) great restaurants options, very “local” and very authentic, perfect for a mountain resort and full experience. At the hotel you can find also restaurant and a great super recommended coffee which offers everything you need, from western food options to Chinese and local specialities, coffees, drinks and cocktails too ….and all very tasty!!! The hotel staff is overall super gentle and helpful, they will help you to organize and take care of any need you might have, from ski rentals, transfers, attractions and so on, without overcharging and always with a smile on their faces. Very lovely experience, deeply recommended hotel!

El hotel estaba limpio y bien. El desayuno era bueno, pero había algunos problemas. El wifi era un rollo con mi portátil. Me di por vencido. El principal problema era la temperatura en las habitaciones. Hacía mucho calor. Nos dijeron que habían arreglado el termostato. Dormir era incómodo.

I took a little Galentine's day trip with my friend to Harbin Ice and Snow World and this hotel was the best part of our stay. It was a expensive and the pictures of the views (particularly from the ”cloud” room) were not accurate. The picture shows clouds like you would see from a airplane, but all we saw was very low, fine, gray fog. I'd like to imagine that the pictures they show on the website are possible, but I think it's more likely photoshopped. That said, the hotel was still awesome. Our room was huge, with a great view from the 41st floor, and the heated marble floors felt great on your feet. The staff were super nice. I felt bad for the deer in the lobby because they were very itchy and one cut his own face open trying to scratch his collar with his hind hoof. But again, the hotel was so nice. If we had traveled all the way from Harbin to Beijing just for Ice and Snow World, I don't think our trip would have been worth it. But this hotel was so good it felt like a true relaxing weekend. The sound of the forest that they played throughout the hotel made it seem like you were at a giant spa. The breakfast buffet was open until 1 pm! Free sauna and hot tub. If you can afford it, I recommend it!

¡Qué hotel tan increíble! Nuestra estancia ha sido absolutamente de 5 estrellas. El personal es increíblemente servicial. No recuerdo todos sus nombres, pero Suyu, de recepción, fue muy amable y nos ayudó a instalarnos al llegar. Era temprano y hacía frío cuando llegamos, pero este hotel nos brindó un cálido refugio. Este hotel tiene todas las comodidades de un hotel de 5 estrellas que esperarías y más. Las múltiples piscinas termales son un punto a destacar. La piscina exterior climatizada fue increíble durante la nieve. El personal nos ayudó a navegar fácilmente en los autobuses urbanos (el señor de recepción también fue genial). Volveremos a este hotel en cuanto podamos. Harbin es frío, pero las aguas termales ♨️ son cálidas.

La experiencia que nos trajo Yabuli Forest Hot Spring Hotel fue muy buena. Higiénico, cómodo y bien equipado. Los estándares profesionales del personal de servicio son muy altos y todo el personal que conocen toma la iniciativa de sonreír y saludar. La comida también es buena, ya sea autoservicio o a la carta, el sabor es muy bueno, el precio es razonable, la ración es grande y es muy asequible. A mi hijo le encanta jugar en las aguas termales y pasarla muy bien. Un agradecimiento especial para la Sra. Zhu, el miembro del personal que conocí en el área de la piscina de burbujas. Durante los últimos dos días, conocí a la Sra. Zhu Yanjuan en esta área. Ella es realmente amable y de buen corazón. Esta vez llevaré a los ancianos y a los niños aquí de vacaciones y tengo que cuidar a los niños y a los ancianos. Gracias a la Sra. Zhu, me siento como una verdadera hermana. I’ll start with the highlight of our stay: the ski rental team at Yabuloni Hotel. Since rentals are included in the stay, we spent a fair amount of time with them, and they are truly world-class. Led by a charming and compassionate boss, the team of four （photo attached) is incredibly professional and approachable. They don’t just hand you gear; they perform thorough safety checks, ensure a perfect fit, and offer genuine tips for the slopes. They made our trip seamless and safe. They will be the reason why we will come back and stay here Unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn't live up to that same standard. The hallways are dimly lit and poorly ventilated, a theme that continues into the rooms. The biggest issue was the bathroom, a persistent, foul sewage smell made us feel like we are using a public toilet that has not been cleaned for years. If this is 5 star standard, i'm afraid they have to do much much better. To top it off, the reception staff felt poorly trained. Despite having plenty of people behind the desk, no one could answer basic questions about local attractions, slope openings, or even help us arrange a driver for dinner around the area. For the price point, they should think of how they can justify their service other than having a world class and helpful ski rental management team.

People in Harbin City are generally very customer centric and welcoming. Staff are courteous and understanding too. We've stayed 1 night & was indoor whole time as understand there's some restriction when leaving the building but no time to go outdoor since it's filled with activities. There's only free flow of ice cream, drinks and fruits while meals are chargeable from the foodcourt & restaurant at lvl5. The fc open at 8am hence we have to order in from ******* since we are leaving early. Upon entering the building, it's really hot. We took the family room at lvl7 which seems situated at the back alley & not ventilated. We stayed at Room 7036 which was really hot even when we opened the window & with the small fan they provided that doesn't help at all, regretfully we didn't sleep well the whole night.
