Расположение идеальное, если нужно рядом с аэропортом, также рядом есть торговый центр новый, где можно покушать, купить продукты или снять деньги. Но до Гульшана, особенно в вечернее время, добираться очень долго. Номер в отель очень свежий и просторный. Питание выше всяких похвал, есть все: несколько видов сыра, разнообразные горячие блюда, напитки, кофе, чай. На ресепшене отеля стоят свежие цветы 💐 Персонал отеля очень отзывчивый, я потеряла паспорт и они помогали мне с поиском. С удовольствием вернусь ещё

Beautiful hotel, a haven of peacefulness which was very enjoyable to retreat to after exploring the chaotic streets of Dhaka. All staff members were very polite and friendly, the room was comfortable and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The rooftop pool and bar are also great.

No solo era tres veces más caro que un Uber, sino que el conductor era un completo imbécil; me llevó en medio del tráfico durante tres horas y cuatro minutos, ignorando mi GPS y el peaje de 1 dólar. Todos los trayectos posteriores en coche desde el aeropuerto al hotel duraron entre 30 y 40 minutos.

It's a good hotel but they were making renovation during the day it was loud and gave me headache they give me another room but that didn't help. .i needed to do some work and calls it was impossible. But the staff and manager were very friendly . I suggest if you want not to disappoint your guests shut down the place for a couple of days and make the renovation 24/7 till it's finished .than you avoid angry guests who stay away next time. Because they pay top price for uncomfortable stay in pearl hotel .

It was very nice to have been received by the hotel manager & Staff who were very friendly And cooperative. Unfortunately the room was not what I was expecting and the washroom was not also very clean and the soap was very Unpleasant. Since my stay was short I did not bother to tell the staff about my room and washroom. I believe there is a room for huge improvement.

Luxury hotel located in Gulshan -good and safe neighborhood in Dhaka. Decent breakfast and restaurant inside the hotel. I ordered some Korean dish and it taste... Korean. Comfort hotel to stay in. Recommended.

An overall good hotel that needs some attention and renovation. Breakfast was great with lots of options, staff were always friendly and attentive, airport taxi is seriously overpriced at 20 USD (we didn’t take it), bed and bedding were very comfortable, the cord of the shower head was very short and the water pressure could be better, hallways were a little dirty, bar on the second floor smells like old cigarettes, rooftop was quite nice with a pool, doors and lighting felt a little old, too many light switches and it was always unclear which controls what light, deluxe king room felt smaller and the bed definitely wasn’t king size, room service was great with flexible and diligent service, complementary welcome drinks, fruits and two large bottles of water per day. Wouldn’t recommend getting beer at their restaurant as the menu prices (300 TK for a Hunter) are different from their actual prices (700 TK) and they’re not very honest about this gap.
