Stayed 3 nights and it was a flawless experience from start to finish. Booking the airport transfer through the hotel was so easy, and the driver was waiting for us right after baggage claim — a perfect first impression. The entire team, from the front desk to the restaurant, is top-notch: attentive, helpful, and always smiling. Knowing we were in the secure embassy area let us relax completely. And with the enormous breakfast spread offering new discoveries every day, we were fueled and ready to explore. For a stress-free visit to Dhaka, this hotel has it all figured out.

It's a good hotel but they were making renovation during the day it was loud and gave me headache they give me another room but that didn't help. .i needed to do some work and calls it was impossible. But the staff and manager were very friendly . I suggest if you want not to disappoint your guests shut down the place for a couple of days and make the renovation 24/7 till it's finished .than you avoid angry guests who stay away next time. Because they pay top price for uncomfortable stay in pearl hotel .

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Bengal Blueberry Hotel in Dhaka, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and excellent service that made me feel right at home. The highlight of my stay was the breakfast, which was truly outstanding. The hotel offers a wide variety of dishes, all prepared with fresh ingredients and presented beautifully. Whether you're in the mood for a hearty breakfast or something lighter, there's something for everyone. The staff were attentive and always ready to assist with any requests or dietary preferences. The hotel staff, including the front desk and security personnel, were exceptional. They were always friendly, professional, and ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. Their attention to detail and genuine care for the guests made my stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The beds were soft and provided a good night's sleep, which is essential after a long day of exploring the city. The bathrooms were clean and well-stocked with amenities. Overall, I highly recommend the Bengal Blueberry Hotel in Dhaka for anyone looking for a warm and welcoming stay in the city. An overall good hotel that needs some attention and renovation. Breakfast was great with lots of options, staff were always friendly and attentive, airport taxi is seriously overpriced at 20 USD (we didn’t take it), bed and bedding were very comfortable, the cord of the shower head was very short and the water pressure could be better, hallways were a little dirty, bar on the second floor smells like old cigarettes, rooftop was quite nice with a pool, doors and lighting felt a little old, too many light switches and it was always unclear which controls what light, deluxe king room felt smaller and the bed definitely wasn’t king size, room service was great with flexible and diligent service, complementary welcome drinks, fruits and two large bottles of water per day. Wouldn’t recommend getting beer at their restaurant as the menu prices (300 TK for a Hunter) are different from their actual prices (700 TK) and they’re not very honest about this gap.

Overall, the stay was quite pleasant. However, I was disappointed that I didn’t receive a room with balcony access, even though I had booked it well in advance and specifically requested it. Aside from that, the hotel staff were accommodating and courteous, which I truly appreciated. In terms of cleanliness, the room appeared clean at first glance but lacked attention to detail. It seemed like the bedsheets and duvet cover hadn’t been changed, as there were multiple stains on them. The bathroom floor also had several strands of hair, which were only noticeable if you looked closely. The breakfast was average—not a wide variety, but the food tasted good. One downside was the air conditioning; it was outdated and not so comfortable. What stood out the most was the friendliness some of the staff. Their warm and helpful attitude made a big difference in my experience.

A couple of times I stayed at other hotels in Dhaka and this is one of the hotel that is well recommended. The environment at the lobby is so classic and high end and the staff is so polite and so well spoken in English. They provide free shuttle service to pick up from the airport and location is near to airport too. The room is sooo spacious and super clean so as the toilet! The bed was comfortable too. That makes this place indeed well maintained. And never forget their food served at the cafe was good! The only problem are the honk noises from outside. But this is bearable for me. Just that the toilet door has loud cracky noise when trying to close it. But it’s ok. And the most important thing is their WiFi was so slow but ended up they resolved it with another set of router put into my room. Amazing job and I would give this place overall superb!

This hotel is great. It’s a little hard to find because the sign for the hotel is not obvious but everything including the buffet breakfast is really nice. The restaurant will try and force you to buy an expensive specialty water by bringing it to your table without asking. Make sure to ask the price of any water before you open it! After the first time it happened, I told them not to do it again and they honored my demand. I would return here in the future.
