SSxoronEl hotel es muy limpio y el servicio era excelente! Todos hablaban bien inglés y era muy cortesía incluso los guardias de seguridad que abrió la puerta para usted. Tengo un problema con mi cama y lo repararon rápidamente. La ubicación está bien. En Dhaka, pero debido a la construcción de las carreteras, cuando viaja por coche, tienes que hacer un gran bucle para llegar al edificio. Nos dijeron que se movía el agua 15 minutos después, pero todavía era algo amarillo y el resto de la estancia.
El diseño de la ducha es terrible. No hay ganchos cerca. Tienes que caminar por el baño para conseguir las toallas y no hay lugar para colgarlas. La cabeza de ducha está atacado a unos 4 pies de altura, de modo que dispara en el pecho o puede usar la cabeza de ducha de lluvia donde se desploma directamente.
La habitación era muy buena, pero no era fresca y los buenos artículos no se rellenaban con frecuencia.

NNicolaas Maria BosIt's a good hotel but they were making renovation during the day it was loud and gave me headache they give me another room but that didn't help. .i needed to do some work and calls it was impossible. But the staff and manager were very friendly . I suggest if you want not to disappoint your guests shut down the place for a couple of days and make the renovation 24/7 till it's finished .than you avoid angry guests who stay away next time. Because they pay top price for uncomfortable stay in pearl hotel .

The hotel room was clean, comfortable, and nicely arranged. The bed was soft, the linens felt fresh, and the room had all the basic facilities I needed for a relaxed stay. I was especially happy with the quiet and peaceful environment, which made it easy to rest after a long day in the city. The housekeeping team did a great job keeping everything tidy and well-maintained throughout my stay.
The food at Priyo Nibash was another highlight. Their restaurant served delicious dishes that tasted homely and fresh. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, the food was flavorful and well-prepared. I really appreciated the variety and the fast service, even during busy hours.
Overall, the service at Priyo Nibash Hotel stood out the most. Every staff member—from reception to room service—was polite, attentive, and professional. They made sure guests were comfortable and satisfied at all times.
If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and budget-friendly place to stay in Dhaka with great food and excellent service, Priyo Nibash Hotel is a wonderful choice. I would definitely stay here again!

Breakfast was great with lots of options, staff were always friendly and attentive, airport taxi is seriously overpriced at 20 USD (we didn’t take it), bed and bedding were very comfortable, the cord of the shower head was very short and the water pressure could be better, hallways were a little dirty, bar on the second floor smells like old cigarettes, rooftop was quite nice with a pool, doors and lighting felt a little old, too many light switches and it was always unclear which controls what light, deluxe king room felt smaller and the bed definitely wasn’t king size, room service was great with flexible and diligent service, complementary welcome drinks, fruits and two large bottles of water per day. Wouldn’t recommend getting beer at their restaurant as the menu prices (300 TK for a Hunter) are different from their actual prices (700 TK) and they’re not very honest about this gap.

TTraveler MalaysianA couple of times I stayed at other hotels in Dhaka and this is one of the hotel that is well recommended. The environment at the lobby is so classic and high end and the staff is so polite and so well spoken in English. They provide free shuttle service to pick up from the airport and location is near to airport too. The room is sooo spacious and super clean so as the toilet! The bed was comfortable too. That makes this place indeed well maintained. And never forget their food served at the cafe was good! The only problem are the honk noises from outside. But this is bearable for me. Just that the toilet door has loud cracky noise when trying to close it. But it’s ok. And the most important thing is their WiFi was so slow but ended up they resolved it with another set of router put into my room. Amazing job and I would give this place overall superb!

However, I was disappointed that I didn’t receive a room with balcony access, even though I had booked it well in advance and specifically requested it. Aside from that, the hotel staff were accommodating and courteous, which I truly appreciated.
In terms of cleanliness, the room appeared clean at first glance but lacked attention to detail. It seemed like the bedsheets and duvet cover hadn’t been changed, as there were multiple stains on them. The bathroom floor also had several strands of hair, which were only noticeable if you looked closely.
The breakfast was average—not a wide variety, but the food tasted good. One downside was the air conditioning; it was outdated and not so comfortable.
What stood out the most was the friendliness some of the staff. Their warm and helpful attitude made a big difference in my experience.

UUsuario invitadoThis hotel is great. It’s a little hard to find because the sign for the hotel is not obvious but everything including the buffet breakfast is really nice. The restaurant will try and force you to buy an expensive specialty water by bringing it to your table without asking. Make sure to ask the price of any water before you open it! After the first time it happened, I told them not to do it again and they honored my demand. I would return here in the future.
