"This is not hotel and it's just a hostel for the Chinese travellers. It will not suit for any business travellers from other countries. This facility doesnt have toilets. There's only one toilet for 5 rooms. it's a shared toilet and it was shocking for the amount they charged. Even a kitchen has been converted in to a room. only advantage is that it's nearby to the airport. gates of this apartment will get closed by 10pm. lifts will be switched of by 10 pm. Rooms are in the 8th floor. Then imagine what happens if the lifts are switched off and especially you are carrying the heavy luggages. Moreover they dont have a card swiping machine and you need to make the payment through local currency. if you are budget traveller who dont need any amenities then you can go for it. Otherwise staying at this place will give you lots of frustrations. Actual rooms are completely different from the pictures shared on trip.com. Breakfast starts by 8 am and if you have to start early this place will not work again. Even towels are not provided. just a couple of hand towels were provided. I will not suggest this hotel for any business travellers or for families. "

"During my stay at Ascott The Residence Dhaka, I had a truly warm and memorable experience, especially at a time when I was not feeling well. On that day, I was sick and had a persistent cough, but the hotel staffs took exceptionally special care of me. What deeply touched me was that they prepared a separate meal tailored to my condition—light and suitable for my health—so that I could recover more comfortably. All the staffs were consistently cheerful, friendly, and very attentive, creating a warm and homely atmosphere that made me feel as if I were staying with family. I would like to sincerely express my gratitude to Mr. Bashan, Mr. Harun, Mr. Misha (Tarik), and all the other team members whose names I may not know. Their kindness, care, and hospitality left a very strong and lasting impression on me. Once again, thank you for the warm and heartfelt welcome. I wish your business continued success, growth, and prosperity in the future."

I said they didn't change it, so I complained to Ctrip, and then they changed it very quickly. They had vacant rooms, so I felt unhappy and will change to another hotel next time. They never cleaned the room either."
