Our stay at intercontinental was absolutely fantastic! The rooms were impeccably clean, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful time.

This hotel could be the best one in Uttara area. The service goes beyond the expectation, as you can feel the pure kind heart from their smile. Remarkably Mr. Asif and Ms. Rupa are very impressive. Their manager Mr. Raihan gave a gentle asking if I arrived back to China. Apart from the service, the facilities are also high quality. Gym, swimming pool, SPA, pub etc. are all well equipped. Highly recommend!

If you're looking for a hassle-free business stay, this hotel covers all the basics: safe embassy location just steps from the Chinese Embassy, professional airport meet-and-greet inside the terminal, and a completely mosquito-free environment (a real advantage during the long local mosquito season). The breakfast buffet offers solid variety, and their affordable meal boxes are a convenient dining option. Efficient and reliable.

It's a good hotel but they were making renovation during the day it was loud and gave me headache they give me another room but that didn't help. .i needed to do some work and calls it was impossible. But the staff and manager were very friendly . I suggest if you want not to disappoint your guests shut down the place for a couple of days and make the renovation 24/7 till it's finished .than you avoid angry guests who stay away next time. Because they pay top price for uncomfortable stay in pearl hotel .

The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the modern amenities you’d expect — including a comfortable bed, clean linens, and a reliable Wi-Fi connection. The bathroom was also well-maintained and stocked with essentials. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet — it offered a good mix of local and continental options, and the food quality was above average. Room service was prompt, and the in-house restaurant served delicious meals. However, a few areas could be improved. The check-in process was a bit slower than expected, and the lobby sometimes felt understaffed during peak hours. A little more attention to detail in room facilities like at least a window for air circulation would elevate the overall experience. That said, The Zabeer Dhaka is a great option if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and value in the heart of the city. I would consider staying here again.

The variety of the breakfast is good and tasty to start for the day. It is suggested that TV program in the restaurant should be English news broad casting, like BBC, instead of sports due to my personal interest. The view from my room is not so superb.

Very nice please good behaviour. Only problem I faced was I couldn’t bring my friend to my room who came to visit. Well I still respect their policy.Would Highly recommend.

Absolutely tops in terms of service/ helpfulness! Hotel manager snd staff sorted out a complicated issue involving our booking and refused to take or ask for any money from us over the 5 days we stayed - even upgrading us to a suite for the final two nights when one became available. Staff speak English - and are helpful in providing Information about getting around, arranging transportation and laundry. A lovely rooftop cafe - a green oasis- and Taste Snacks. A Full Range of Bengali dishes as well as western food is also avsilable. And all this for less than 50CAD - very good value! The hotel is located near the Old City- easily accessible by taxi, tuktuk or rickshaw- also BaileyRoad is within easy walking distance, a quieter tree lined street and New Bailey Road with Shopping Restaurants etc though these are also available in a buzzier context in the streets surrounding the hotel. We would definitely recommend this hotel and Return again- Note the address at 873 Outer Circular Road( not the one on listing we saw/ booked located several hundred meters away, at 12 Outer Circular Road. The hotels are not linked, whatever you are told by the latter. And actual Grand Circle Inn at 873 is of higher standard/ quality…
