This hotel could be the best one in Uttara area. The service goes beyond the expectation, as you can feel the pure kind heart from their smile. Remarkably Mr. Asif and Ms. Rupa are very impressive. Their manager Mr. Raihan gave a gentle asking if I arrived back to China. Apart from the service, the facilities are also high quality. Gym, swimming pool, SPA, pub etc. are all well equipped. Highly recommend!

Este hotel no es un hotel y es un albergue para los viajeros chinos. No se adaptará a los viajeros de negocios de otros países. Esta instalación no tiene baños. El hotel dispone de una habitación con una habitación de 5 habitaciones. Incluso una cocina ha sido convertida en una habitación. Sólo es ventaja que está cerca del aeropuerto. Las puertas de este apartamento se cierran a las 10:00. Los ascensores se cambian a las 10:00. Las habitaciones están en el 8o piso. Entonces imagine lo que sucede si los ascensores se desconectan y, sobre todo, usted lleva las maletas pesadas. Además, no tienen una máquina de swap de tarjetas y usted tiene que hacer el pago a través de la moneda local. si usted es un viajero de presupuesto que no necesita ninguna acomodación entonces puede ir por ella. De lo contrario, permanecer en este lugar le dará mucha frustración. Las habitaciones reales son completamente diferentes de las fotos compartidas en trip.com. El desayuno comienza a las 8:00 y si tienes que comenzar temprano este lugar no funcionará de nuevo. Ni siquiera se proporcionan toallas. Se proporcionaron sólo unos cuantos toallas de mano. No voy a sugerir este hotel para ningún viajero de negocios o familia. 

Good location and 10 mins walk away from great eating places and some shopping. The room was large enough for two and the breakfast very decent and tasty. The gym could be better equipped tho, a lot of the machines were not functioning.

This place is nice, staffs can speak English very well. I asked them for calling taxi to pick me up from the airport, and they do have this service (charging rate, but it's fine) The hotel is located in the old Dhaka，which is very convenient for roaming around.

Very nice please good behaviour. Only problem I faced was I couldn’t bring my friend to my room who came to visit. Well I still respect their policy.Would Highly recommend.

Reception was helpful in finding exactly the type of room I wanted. Good mattress and I slept well for the 4 nights I was there. The staff in general are professional and very willing to help and provide advice. Very safe, quiet area with a good Food Court nearby for quick meals and fun to walk the streets at night soaking up the vibe. The restaurant at the Bengal Blueberry is good but variety is limited. Gym is OK, nice coffee shop with Metu who is very helpful. Great to have UniMart supermarket next door. Easy to get rickshaws from the hotel as well as taxis. I'd stay there again.

Hotel Shuktara provided excellent service, with clean, safe - newly painted small basic rooms but with everything you may need. Cost effective option situated in Dhaka, behavior of the staff was excellent and Shahin was very kind. Hotel staff was available if you have any questions or concerns. They were always helpful, provided small currency exchange, daily room service, held luggage after check out and can coordinate CNG or rickshaws. There is 24/7 front desk and security outside the building. Buffet breakfast was plentiful of options which varied a bit every day. Free water refills at restaurant during breakfast, water bottles provided by daily housekeeping, tea kettle and mini fridge in room, WiFi worked great. Location was good to explore some of Dhaka during the day, however it’s unadvisable to be out in the area late. There’s two restaurants in the building, Starlight provided great attentive service and was a very hygienic restaurant. I can recommend this hotel if you’re looking for an affordable budget accommodation in Dhaka.

Absolutely tops in terms of service/ helpfulness! Hotel manager snd staff sorted out a complicated issue involving our booking and refused to take or ask for any money from us over the 5 days we stayed - even upgrading us to a suite for the final two nights when one became available. Staff speak English - and are helpful in providing Information about getting around, arranging transportation and laundry. A lovely rooftop cafe - a green oasis- and Taste Snacks. A Full Range of Bengali dishes as well as western food is also avsilable. And all this for less than 50CAD - very good value! The hotel is located near the Old City- easily accessible by taxi, tuktuk or rickshaw- also BaileyRoad is within easy walking distance, a quieter tree lined street and New Bailey Road with Shopping Restaurants etc though these are also available in a buzzier context in the streets surrounding the hotel. We would definitely recommend this hotel and Return again- Note the address at 873 Outer Circular Road( not the one on listing we saw/ booked located several hundred meters away, at 12 Outer Circular Road. The hotels are not linked, whatever you are told by the latter. And actual Grand Circle Inn at 873 is of higher standard/ quality…
