Our stay at intercontinental was absolutely fantastic! The rooms were impeccably clean, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful time.

Stayed 3 nights and it was a flawless experience from start to finish. Booking the airport transfer through the hotel was so easy, and the driver was waiting for us right after baggage claim — a perfect first impression. The entire team, from the front desk to the restaurant, is top-notch: attentive, helpful, and always smiling. Knowing we were in the secure embassy area let us relax completely. And with the enormous breakfast spread offering new discoveries every day, we were fueled and ready to explore. For a stress-free visit to Dhaka, this hotel has it all figured out.

This hotel might be one of the best hotel in Uttara, Dhaka. All staff is friendly and breakfast is quite good enough, but room is quite small!

El hotel es bueno, pero estaban haciendo renovaciones durante el día que era alto y me dio dolor de cabeza me dan otra habitación pero eso no me ayudó. Sugiero que si no quieres decepcionar a tus huéspedes cerrar el lugar durante unos días y hacer la renovación 24/7 hasta que haya terminado .aunque no te evites a los huéspedes enojados que se quedan fuera la próxima vez. Porque pagan el precio más alto por una estancia incómoda en el hotel Pearl .

I recently stayed at The Zabeer Dhaka and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is centrally located, making it very convenient for both business and leisure travelers. The staff were professional, courteous, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the modern amenities you’d expect — including a comfortable bed, clean linens, and a reliable Wi-Fi connection. The bathroom was also well-maintained and stocked with essentials. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet — it offered a good mix of local and continental options, and the food quality was above average. Room service was prompt, and the in-house restaurant served delicious meals. However, a few areas could be improved. The check-in process was a bit slower than expected, and the lobby sometimes felt understaffed during peak hours. A little more attention to detail in room facilities like at least a window for air circulation would elevate the overall experience. That said, The Zabeer Dhaka is a great option if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and value in the heart of the city. I would consider staying here again.

Very nice please good behaviour. Only problem I faced was I couldn’t bring my friend to my room who came to visit. Well I still respect their policy.Would Highly recommend.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and excellent service that made me feel right at home. The highlight of my stay was the breakfast, which was truly outstanding. The hotel offers a wide variety of dishes, all prepared with fresh ingredients and presented beautifully. Whether you're in the mood for a hearty breakfast or something lighter, there's something for everyone. The staff were attentive and always ready to assist with any requests or dietary preferences. The hotel staff, including the front desk and security personnel, were exceptional. They were always friendly, professional, and ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. Their attention to detail and genuine care for the guests made my stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The beds were soft and provided a good night's sleep, which is essential after a long day of exploring the city. The bathrooms were clean and well-stocked with amenities. Overall, I highly recommend the Bengal Blueberry Hotel in Dhaka for anyone looking for a warm and welcoming stay in the city. Very good free breakfast, excellent and most helpful staff. The hotel is walking distance from the new subway and the National Parliament building by architect Louis Kahn. In fact you can even see the National Parliament building from the rooftop restaurant. Fun chaotic street in front of the hotel.

Absolutely tops in terms of service/ helpfulness! Hotel manager snd staff sorted out a complicated issue involving our booking and refused to take or ask for any money from us over the 5 days we stayed - even upgrading us to a suite for the final two nights when one became available. Staff speak English - and are helpful in providing Information about getting around, arranging transportation and laundry. A lovely rooftop cafe - a green oasis- and Taste Snacks. A Full Range of Bengali dishes as well as western food is also avsilable. And all this for less than 50CAD - very good value! The hotel is located near the Old City- easily accessible by taxi, tuktuk or rickshaw- also BaileyRoad is within easy walking distance, a quieter tree lined street and New Bailey Road with Shopping Restaurants etc though these are also available in a buzzier context in the streets surrounding the hotel. We would definitely recommend this hotel and Return again- Note the address at 873 Outer Circular Road( not the one on listing we saw/ booked located several hundred meters away, at 12 Outer Circular Road. The hotels are not linked, whatever you are told by the latter. And actual Grand Circle Inn at 873 is of higher standard/ quality…
