SShaks KanWas confused whether the breakfast buffet was complementary or not. Even though called and checked the front days said it was complementary but on my 2nd day during breakfast all of a sudden another front desk person said it’s not included so for one day I had to pay about 60 AUD. If it was clear I would not have had breakfast there. Poor communication and service

UUsuario invitadoGrand Palace Hotel in Dhaka was an amazing experience from the first minute until the last minute. The staff are extremely professional and personable, the food is exquisite, my room was very comfortable was delightful amenities which even included the daily morning newspaper (in English) which I really appreciated. The lobby is large with place of private spaces to share with friends or colleagues. There's also a nice pool on the rooftop, and a nice gym. You will definitely feel pure luxury when you stay here. I could t imagine going to Dhaka and staying anywhere else.

Chinese Hostel Management are fantastic, Specially manager Mr. Shahin is very good person. Is very near to Airport & heart of Uttara, security system are very good. In Dhaka everywhere is Mosquito’s problem, but Chinese Hostel prevents it with Mosquito net. *Some of point they have to improve no. 1/ payment system 2/ complimentary breakfast quality and serving system. I wish I will book again & recommend international travelers.

Whether you're in the mood for a hearty breakfast or something lighter, there's something for everyone. The staff were attentive and always ready to assist with any requests or dietary preferences.
The hotel staff, including the front desk and security personnel, were exceptional. They were always friendly, professional, and ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. Their attention to detail and genuine care for the guests made my stay even more enjoyable.

室内までそんなに音は響かず。
清潔感があり、ゆっくりと過ごせます。
wifiも良好。
お湯はスイッチを押して10分〜待つとちゃんと出ました。
冷蔵庫はありますがパワーがないものに当たりました。
朝食はバングラデシュスタイルと中華で交互。
個人的には中華はとても美味しかったです。
スタッフはきちんとした対応ができ、気持ちがいい。
アメニティ 歯ブラシ、シャンプー、ボディーソープ、石鹸、ポット、タオル（コンディショナーはありません。）
水500ml,インスタコーヒーと紅茶は支給されます。

UUsuario invitadoAbsolutely tops in terms of service/ helpfulness! Hotel manager snd staff sorted out a complicated issue involving our booking and refused to take or ask for any money from us over the 5 days we stayed - even upgrading us to a suite for the final two nights when one became available.
Staff speak English - and are helpful in providing Information about getting around, arranging transportation and laundry. A lovely rooftop cafe - a green oasis- and Taste Snacks. A Full Range of Bengali dishes as well as western food is also avsilable. And all this for less than 50CAD - very good value!
The hotel is located near the Old City- easily accessible by taxi, tuktuk or rickshaw- also BaileyRoad is within easy walking distance, a quieter tree lined street and New Bailey Road with Shopping Restaurants etc though these are also available in a buzzier context in the streets surrounding the hotel.
We would definitely recommend this hotel and Return again- Note the address at 873 Outer Circular Road( not the one on listing we saw/ booked located several hundred meters away, at 12 Outer Circular Road. The hotels are not linked, whatever you are told by the latter. And actual Grand Circle Inn at 873 is of higher standard/ quality…
