Our stay at intercontinental was absolutely fantastic! The rooms were impeccably clean, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful time.

This hotel could be the best one in Uttara area. The service goes beyond the expectation, as you can feel the pure kind heart from their smile. Remarkably Mr. Asif and Ms. Rupa are very impressive. Their manager Mr. Raihan gave a gentle asking if I arrived back to China. Apart from the service, the facilities are also high quality. Gym, swimming pool, SPA, pub etc. are all well equipped. Highly recommend!

Mi novia y yo nos alojamos dos noches. La experiencia fue excelente, desde el registro de entrada hasta la salida. El personal fue profesional y atento, con gran atención al detalle. Quisiera aclarar un problema relacionado con el servicio de habitaciones. Una noche pedí sopa debido a un malestar estomacal. Al hacer el pedido, indiqué claramente que no quería nada picante, ni siquiera ligeramente picante. A pesar de esto, la sopa que me trajeron estaba muy picante, con especias visibles por encima. Después del primer sorbo, me ardían los labios. El personal se ofreció inmediatamente a cambiar el plato. Mientras tanto, mi novia intercambió platos conmigo, lo que solucionó el problema. El desayuno fue excepcional. La vista desde la ventana de la habitación era muy agradable. Una pequeña observación es que la barandilla alrededor de la piscina parecía bastante alta. Un agradecimiento especial a Ishteaque Mohammed, Ejecutivo de Ventas y Marketing. Me ayudó antes de la reserva. Tenía muchas preguntas e inquietudes antes de confirmar la reserva, y me proporcionó información clara y útil que hizo que la decisión de reservar fuera fácil y me dio tranquilidad.

Wonderful service team. Cheap and nice food. Very noisy from outside roads being close to the main road. But disappointed with the rooms, not exactly clean as it looks in the photo which was probably taken when it used to be in very good condition. Rest all great.

This is not hotel and it's just a hostel for the Chinese travellers. It will not suit for any business travellers from other countries. This facility doesnt have toilets. There's only one toilet for 5 rooms. it's a shared toilet and it was shocking for the amount they charged. Even a kitchen has been converted in to a room. only advantage is that it's nearby to the airport. gates of this apartment will get closed by 10pm. lifts will be switched of by 10 pm. Rooms are in the 8th floor. Then imagine what happens if the lifts are switched off and especially you are carrying the heavy luggages. Moreover they dont have a card swiping machine and you need to make the payment through local currency. if you are budget traveller who dont need any amenities then you can go for it. Otherwise staying at this place will give you lots of frustrations. Actual rooms are completely different from the pictures shared on trip.com. Breakfast starts by 8 am and if you have to start early this place will not work again. Even towels are not provided. just a couple of hand towels were provided. I will not suggest this hotel for any business travellers or for families. 

An outstanding experience. Comfortable, clean, friendly, and with excellent location opportunities. Definitely would stay here again.

Reception was helpful in finding exactly the type of room I wanted. Good mattress and I slept well for the 4 nights I was there. The staff in general are professional and very willing to help and provide advice. Very safe, quiet area with a good Food Court nearby for quick meals and fun to walk the streets at night soaking up the vibe. The restaurant at the Bengal Blueberry is good but variety is limited. Gym is OK, nice coffee shop with Metu who is very helpful. Great to have UniMart supermarket next door. Easy to get rickshaws from the hotel as well as taxis. I'd stay there again.

Absolutely tops in terms of service/ helpfulness! Hotel manager snd staff sorted out a complicated issue involving our booking and refused to take or ask for any money from us over the 5 days we stayed - even upgrading us to a suite for the final two nights when one became available. Staff speak English - and are helpful in providing Information about getting around, arranging transportation and laundry. A lovely rooftop cafe - a green oasis- and Taste Snacks. A Full Range of Bengali dishes as well as western food is also avsilable. And all this for less than 50CAD - very good value! The hotel is located near the Old City- easily accessible by taxi, tuktuk or rickshaw- also BaileyRoad is within easy walking distance, a quieter tree lined street and New Bailey Road with Shopping Restaurants etc though these are also available in a buzzier context in the streets surrounding the hotel. We would definitely recommend this hotel and Return again- Note the address at 873 Outer Circular Road( not the one on listing we saw/ booked located several hundred meters away, at 12 Outer Circular Road. The hotels are not linked, whatever you are told by the latter. And actual Grand Circle Inn at 873 is of higher standard/ quality…
