Very clean hotel and the service was great! Everyone spoke good english and was very courteous even the security guards that opened the door for you. I had an issue with my bed and they promptly fixed it. Location is alright. It's right in Dhaka, but due to how the roads are built, when traveling by car, you have to make a big loop to get to the building. They decided to clean the water tanks mid day, so the water was orange for several hours. They told us to run the water for 15 minutes after but it was still yellow tinge and the remainder of the stay. Design of the shower is awful. No hooks nearby. You have to walk across the bathroom to get the towels and no where to hang them. The showerhead is attached about 4 feet high so it shoots at your chest or you can use the rainfall shower head where it pours directly down. Breakfast was mediocre. Selection was ok, taste was ok, but it was not fresh and the good items were not refilled frequently enough.

En Daka, el problema de Mosquito es en todas partes, pero el albergue chino lo impide con la red Mosquito. *Algunos puntos tienen que mejorar no. 1/ sistema de pago 2/ calidad del desayuno y sistema de servicio. Deseo que vuelva a reservar y recomendar a los viajeros internacionales.

La habitación era muy confortable, pero no se esperaba el precio. Apreciated the inclusion of a bathtub, but overall room features felt rather basic for a premium category.On a positive note, it was nice that the team accommodated our request for breakfast timingthough it's based on request, not standard. Algunas actualizaciones reflexivas podrían hacer que la experiencia se adecue más al precio.

Very nice please good behaviour. Only problem I faced was I couldn’t bring my friend to my room who came to visit. Well I still respect their policy.Would Highly recommend.

The variety of the breakfast is good and tasty to start for the day. It is suggested that TV program in the restaurant should be English news broad casting, like BBC, instead of sports due to my personal interest. The view from my room is not so superb.

Excelente ubicación. Aunque me quedé por varias noches, mi habitación nunca fue limpia, pero no me importaba. No tenía desayuno (la mayoría de ellos eran carbohidratos). Pero se quedará aquí de nuevo debido a su excelente ubicación y una buena y espaciosa habitación.

Very good free breakfast, excellent and most helpful staff. The hotel is walking distance from the new subway and the National Parliament building by architect Louis Kahn. In fact you can even see the National Parliament building from the rooftop restaurant. Fun chaotic street in front of the hotel.

Absolutely tops in terms of service/ helpfulness! Hotel manager snd staff sorted out a complicated issue involving our booking and refused to take or ask for any money from us over the 5 days we stayed - even upgrading us to a suite for the final two nights when one became available. Staff speak English - and are helpful in providing Information about getting around, arranging transportation and laundry. A lovely rooftop cafe - a green oasis- and Taste Snacks. A Full Range of Bengali dishes as well as western food is also avsilable. And all this for less than 50CAD - very good value! The hotel is located near the Old City- easily accessible by taxi, tuktuk or rickshaw- also BaileyRoad is within easy walking distance, a quieter tree lined street and New Bailey Road with Shopping Restaurants etc though these are also available in a buzzier context in the streets surrounding the hotel. We would definitely recommend this hotel and Return again- Note the address at 873 Outer Circular Road( not the one on listing we saw/ booked located several hundred meters away, at 12 Outer Circular Road. The hotels are not linked, whatever you are told by the latter. And actual Grand Circle Inn at 873 is of higher standard/ quality…
