Stayca con mi pareja el 30 de junio. El hotel era muy accesible a través de MRT. La habitación se parece más a una habitación residencial que a una habitación de hotel. Lo suficientemente espacioso. La televisión no es una televisión inteligente, sino una televisión digital normal, por favor traiga su cable HDMI. La bañera es demasiado pequeña para cualquier persona de más de 160 cm. Hay una cocina de inducción si desea cocinar. En general, la estancia fue buena. Volvería de nuevo.

Duration of stay : 2D1N Price : Around 290 SGD (w/o breakfast) via this app *** was upgraded by hotel since I payed for So Urban Room but they were informed I booked the So Cozy Room Location : near Lau Pa Sat (if you prefer to dine-out); need to note that pick-up or drop-off area is at Boon Tat * Pre-arrival : no email is sent by hotel (compared to Sofitel City) * Registration : friendly staff; my room registration took some time because of a miscomm in my room type. I paid for So Urban (with bathtub) but my stay was confirmed for So Cosy only (no bathtub). At the end, my room was upgraded. * Room (not sure if I was upgraded to Studio or Loft): very spacious; have several outlets for charging; have separate office space and seating area; includes care pack (mask, sanitizer, etc); very comfy bed; lights and tv are controlled by an ipad - which is very convenient! * Bathroom : so big!!!! there is separate area for shower room, toilet and bathtub; the bathtub is the biggest I’ve seen among all hotels I stayed so far; there are his & hers amenities which include sewing kit, hair ties and hair clip (which is not very usual - in my experience… another luxury hotel I stayed in provided the hair tie/band but no hair clip) * In-room dining : limited selection; although I tried their club sandwich which is delicious! * Facilities : Cannot book online. Have to call the reception area. There is no sort of “control” upon entering the pool and gym area as it doesn’t need a separate key card (like their sister hotel, Sofitel City Centre) Although there are free movies as part of entertainment, a point for improvement I can think of is to allow screen mirroring or enabling TV internet so guests can use their own chromecasts if they want. Some hotels I’ve been to have this feature already. Cleanliness is rated as such because I found the curtain in the bathroom quite dirty. It is understandable that curtains are not replaced everyday so I just gave feedback to the hotel during my check-out so they can make sure it is cleaned before the next guest. Nevertheless, I still enjoyed my “me time” in this hotel and I will definitely will be back for a longer period.

Strategically located next to Lau Pa Sat and SGX building, the legacy of F.G. Lundon from 1927 stands elegantly among the Singapore skyscrapers. The newly-renovated building itself offers a clean and cozy feeling with perfect conditioning among the heat of Singapore. I also felt like home with all the services that they offer to me and I was constantly in awe with the architecture and interior. The hotel applied pre check in form that was sent to my phone, so I could fill all the details and straight to the reception to receive my room key. However, due to their system change, they gave me separate key for lift and the room (they say it should be temporary and I hope it will be fixed as soon as possible). The room was awesome with high tech and can be operated through their iPad. You can put a timer to open curtain and turn the lamp on. However, I found a small details for the cleaning service where I found a used head cap left below the toilet, and I found it weird as I thought the room was completely cleaned. Apart from that, the aircon in the room that I stayed also got weird noises during the night. After I filed complaint to the reception on the next day, they swiftly change my room and the experience completely changed 180 degree towards a positive side. the new room was flawless and nice. I was surprised with their sound-proof mechanism, as I could hear nothing from outside despite lau pa sat was really crowded + huge thunderstorm. The rooftop pool was also amazing and I could swim freely as it wasn't crowded. However, I just feel that the hotel need to put a prominent sign on towel's location as it took me 10 minutes to find the towel while the pool was unattended at 9am. I was also admire the warmth of the service where all staffs were really nice to me. They directly greet me in Indonesian as they realize I'm from Indonesia, and we had a great talk (shout out to Izzat and Ismail as they were really nice to me, and also all reception officers who helped me). They also helped me a lot for my checkout process and it was very smooth as well. The Hotel Telegraph offers an undeniable status as a boutique small luxury hotel with an amazing services. Yet, I really wish that the small details can be improved to ensure guest can truly feels the perfection of the 5 stars boutique small luxury hotel.

it's my 4th/5th visit to Clan hotel , decided to treat myself hence chose to return to Clan Hotel despite having a previous unpleasant counter 🙂 not too sure if the welcome ”routine” changed , didn't get the tea ceremony this time but not a big issue . got a corner room , the room didnt fail us . everything is great about the room , comfort & cleanliness is good . booked w breakfast , i kind of miss the previous set menu options over the current buffet breakfast .. not too much variety . not too sure if i came late around 9ish , the staffs are less attentive and more concern about the closing time . was assigned to a table , however after upon taking my food my table was taken by another person 😕 not too sure what went wrong , did the staff forgot that table was already assigned or the other person just sat there ? if i'm not wrong we will be assigned to tables but not free seating .. and the staff served our drinks to that table should have noticed why is 2 cups of drinks ordered for 1 pax 😅 i had to ask the staff to reassign me to another table ? 9.30 - 10.30 staffs are more anxious to close the breakfast . food are not replenished as often , recommend to go early for breakfast if you are able to wake up

No estoy seguro de si tenían poco personal porque tuvimos que repetir nuestros pedidos 4 veces al personal del restaurante antes de recibir nuestra comida. Poco después de que nos sirvieran el desayuno, el personal nos indicó que era el último pedido. Se sentía como si nos estuvieran apurando para terminar nuestro desayuno a pesar de que les tomó tanto tiempo servir la comida. Inicialmente tenía muchas esperanzas y estaba muy emocionado por esta estadía, pero la experiencia en general no cumple con mis expectativas del nivel de servicio de Fullerton.

Best value for money hotel in Singapore! Close to Tanjong Pagar mrt, in the heart of all the good food in Tanjong Pagar! Big sizeable rooms with bathtub in Singapore context! Beds were comfy and room was user friendly with a filtered water tap. You get a separate shower from the bathtub. Only downside was the TV channels and the dust from the curtains. Overall a great stay and highly recommend!

£457 is a lot for four nights in a shoe box.. the room was tiny, so small you couldn't open your case on the floor. The widest part of the room was the bed which touched both walls , then narrowed to accommodate the bathroom, which had no sink. Breakfast was edible but the dinning room was far too small to cater for the number of guests staying.

Nuestra familia de 4 reservado el 2 dormitorio y se quedó de Oct 2022 a Feb 2023 (aproximadamente 4,5 meses) 2 dormitorios vienen con lavavajillas, cocina totalmente equipada, nevera y microondas 👍 El hotel también ofrece servicio de mantenimiento de casas de días alternativos (dependiendo del número de habitación) nos gustaría extender nuestra más profunda y agradecida gracias a todos los servicios de la casa (especialmente a los que sirven nuestra habitación -1301) durante nuestra estancia! En el nivel 9, hay también un grupo de personal muy dedicado, amigable del frente de oficina, por favor extender nuestra apreciación a todos ellos, ellos siempre son tan alegres y sonríe todos los días 👏👍 gracias FO equipo! Lavandería, espacio de trabajo, gimnasio, piscina al nivel 9, nos encanta usar estas instalaciones. Muchos lugares turísticos (Merlion, Boat Quay, Singapore Flyer) están a poca distancia. This hotel provide daily (Weekday except PH) breakfast at level 1, their choice are limited (about 5-6 to choose and it’s the same throughout our 4.5 months stay) therefore after a few weeks we got tired with the breakfast. ¡En general, nos encanta este hotel y definitivamente volveremos! 🥰

Reservamos habitación Deluxe con desayuno bajo la promoción 1-1. Habitación asignada 205 (nivel 2) con dos camas individuales. Registro temprano otorgado a las 12 pm, salida tardía a la 1 pm. Recibimos una cálida bienvenida del personal y uno personalmente nos acompañó a la habitación. Los artículos del minibar son gratuitos (no recargables) e incluyen 2 paquetes pequeños de patatas fritas, 2 refrescos (Sprit y Coca-Cola), 2 bebidas Yeo's y 1 cerveza Carlsberg. El espacio del baño es un poco estrecho. No hay Smart TV, pero el personal dijo que están actualizando el sistema. El desayuno se sirve en Genius Central, a solo 1 minuto a pie del hotel. Todos los elementos del desayuno son vegetarianos y sorprendentemente muy deliciosos (provenientes de un no vegetariano). Hay muchas opciones de comida en la zona, aunque muchos pequeños establecimientos de comida en Far East Square están cerrados los fines de semana. Pero puede ir a Hong Lim Market / Chinatown Point o Telok Ayer St / Amoy St. No hay gimnasio o piscina, ya que se trata de un hotel boutique. ¡Gran estancia! Cogimos habitación superior con desayuno. Sin embargo, el desayuno era arroz. Sin embargo, no esperaba eso en absoluto. Estábamos ansiosos por el desayuno occidental. No tienen restaurante, por lo que la comida era de catering externo y se dejará afuera en la puerta por la mañana a partir de las 7:30 a.m. La piscina estaba bien. El registro fue sencillo y el chico chino en el vestíbulo que me ayudó a registrarme el 12 de marzo fue muy amable, sonriente e hiperactivo, lo cual fue muy acogedor, sin embargo, no pudimos registrarnos temprano y, de hecho, nos dieron un horario de 4:30 p.m. para registr****. ¡Muy decepcionante! Solicité antes y Trip.com me dijo que fuera al hotel en cualquier momento después de las 3:00 p. m. después de que se comunicaron con el hotel. El champú no estaba lleno en nuestra habitación. Aparte de eso, vive la ubicación y la enorme sala.

El hotel tiene una buena ubicación. Hay muchos centros de comida alrededor. Si quieres hacer algo por ti mismo, hay supermercados y mercados de alimentos. Es muy conveniente comprar cosas. También está cerca del metro. El hotel está muy limpio y los baños públicos también se limpian. Hay dos pisos con baños solo para mujeres. Debido al período especial, hay pocas personas alojadas en la tienda, por lo que no está abarrotada.

La ubicación del apartamento es excelente, entre las dos estaciones de metro de la Línea Azul, comer conveniente, hay un café antiguo de Nanjan, abejas, peluche de pelo, arroz de soja, coco, la tienda de red básica puede terminar una red, y la cocina puede cocinar, hay supermercados en Tang City cerca, El único malo es que el personal de la recepción es extranjero, el inglés es muy poco normal, no es chino en absoluto, se comunica con el software de traducción muchas veces, y los incidentes que ocurren después de las ocho de la noche no se resuelven a tiempo, como, por ejemplo, un día nos lavamos el pelo después de lavarnos el pelo, El viento de la valla se quemó repentinamente 🔥, porque el recepcionista se fue, podemos llamar al jefe y luego traerlo el día siguiente. Los artículos del minibar son gratuitos (no recargables) e incluyen 2 paquetes pequeños de patatas fritas, 2 refrescos (Sprit y Coca-Cola), 2 bebidas Yeo's y 1 cerveza Carlsberg. El espacio del baño es un poco estrecho. No hay Smart TV, pero el personal dijo que están actualizando el sistema. El desayuno se sirve en Genius Central, a solo 1 minuto a pie del hotel.
