We had an amazing stay at this villa. The owners are by far the best part of the stay. They are so nice and friendly. The man drove us around town a few times and helped us prepare things for our bbq. He set everything up and cleaned it up. Whenever we offered to help he never allowed us. The room was immaculate when we arrived and everyday if we left the room no matter what time they would go up and clean it. We got fresh bedding and towels everyday which was not necessary but a very nice thought. Anything we needed we could just ask and they would help us. We did book this place over others based on they had a resturant but just be ware you need to have a minimum of 8 people in your party to use it. This was no problem for us though as we just ate in town down the road. I would highly recommend this place for couples who want to sit and enjoy nature but also any families looking for a nice place to relax. They have an amazing garden and the pool was great too. Honestly have no complaints! The games room was awesome too!

Relaxed and chill stay in Mogashan. Away from the crowds and tourist traps. The room is clean and comfortable. The hotel’s backyard is literally a bamboo forest. Follow the signs to the swimming pool and go over the ledge to a wild path leading to Moganshan. Breakfast is provided daily. Expect a Chinese style breakfast with congee, pickled vegetables, steamed sweet potato and corn. There are also local family style restaurants nearby. If you want more options, take a twenty minute car ride to Yucun.

El hotel está situado en una colina en un bosque de bambú. No hay vecinos alrededor, por lo que en Arcadia podrás disfrutar de la naturaleza y relajarte del ruido de la ciudad. Unas vacaciones en Arcadia son perfectas para grupos de amigos, familias, con tu pareja o solos. La habitación es espaciosa, luminosa, bien ventilada, la cama es grande, nuestra habitación tenía un balcón con vistas al valle. Hay muchos lugares para relajarse, 2 jacuzzis y una gran piscina. ¡Quedamos encantados con la comida! Incluso a nosotros, los extranjeros, nos gustó mucho la cocina china de este hotel. La cocina europea y el servicio de platos son geniales, nunca hemos visto este nivel en otros hoteles. Los ingredientes de los platos son frescos y de buena calidad. Además de la buena comida, Arcadia también tiene el mejor servicio entre todos los hoteles en los que hemos estado. ¡Gracias Terry por eso! El personal es amable y servicial. Nos recibieron y acompañaron como buenos amigos. El propietario de Arcadia Ernest es una persona hospitalaria, amable e interesante con un inglés excelente. Nos dio un recorrido por el hotel, nos mostró rutas de senderismo con maravillosas vistas de las plantaciones de té y el valle, y nos contó muchas historias sobre el hotel y sus alrededores. ¡En nuestro próximo viaje a Shanghai, definitivamente planearemos una visita a Arcadia!

Nuestra estancia en Naked Castle Resort fue verdaderamente inolvidable. Desde el momento de nuestra llegada, nos recibieron con una calidez genuina y una hospitalidad excepcional que nos hizo sentir como en casa al instante. El hotel en sí es extraordinario, con un diseño precioso y habitaciones únicas que combinan a la perfección lujo, comodidad y naturaleza. Nadia, del restaurante, fue especialmente comunicativa, informativa y siempre dispuesta a ayudar con recomendaciones y asistencia. La gerente, Lily, destacó por su rápida respuesta, amabilidad y excelente liderazgo, que se percibía claramente en todo el resort. También apreciamos mucho al conductor del carrito de golf que ofrecía el servicio de transporte por la propiedad; fue muy servicial y siempre estuvo dispuesto a ayudar, lo que añadió un toque extra de comodidad a nuestra estancia. Lamentablemente, llovió a nuestra llegada, lo cual fue un poco decepcionante, ya que esperábamos explorar más los hermosos alrededores y las actividades al aire libre que ofrece el resort. Aun así, el ambiente acogedor y la excelente hospitalidad hicieron que nuestra estancia fuera increíblemente placentera. Naked Castle no es solo un hotel, sino una experiencia llena de un entorno precioso, detalles cuidados y un servicio excepcional. ¡Sesenta habitaciones, cada habitación es diferente! ¡Y cada habitación es hermosa! Me gusta especialmente el gran césped y las esculturas artísticas➕piscina infinita. Y los lindos perros y gatos son tan curativos. A mi hijo le gustó tanto que no quería irse. 😃Un agradecimiento especial al ama de llaves Xiao Chen, quien estuvo muy atenta al ayudar a organizar todo. ¡Vendrá la próxima vez!

A Comfortable, Pet-Friendly Stay with a Few Areas for Improvement The hotel can be difficult to identify when you first arrive because there is no sign directly on the building. Instead, the sign is attached to a gate that usually remains open, so it becomes partially folded and easy to miss. The hotel also does not have on-site parking. Guests park across the street at the restaurant where breakfast is served each morning. Breakfast was traditional Chinese and included steamed buns, sweet potato, a hard-boiled egg, watermelon, tea, and milk. Everything was very tasty. Coffee was also available, but it cost extra. The people looking after the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. When we arrived, they were filling the swimming pool after cleaning it and told us it would be ready later that day. Although the pool was one of the main reasons we booked the hotel, it did not quite meet our cleanliness standards because the deeper areas still appeared slightly cloudy. However, many other guests were comfortable using it, and we saw people enjoying the pool every day. The library area was absolutely gorgeous, but unfortunately, there was a strong smell of mildew that made it difficult to spend much time there. These were the main drawbacks of our stay. Our room, however, was lovely. It smelled fresh, the bed was firm and very comfortable, and the sheets were clean. The staff emptied the rubbish and replenished our drinking water every day. The bathroom products were high quality, and toothbrushes were provided upon arrival. The room would have been even better if there had been enough towels for everyone staying in it and if the water had been slightly hotter. The hotel is located directly beside the river, with access to a peaceful riverside walk through beautiful gardens. There is also an elevated walkway farther down the road that looked interesting, although we did not have the opportunity to explore it. The river area was especially relaxing, and if I return, I would bring folding chairs and a small folding table so we could sit in the shallow water, relax, and play games. Most attractions and restaurants are approximately a 20-minute drive from the hotel. The receptionist tried to help us with maps and itineraries. Unfortunately, even after attempting to find the same hike on three different days, we were unable to locate the trailhead. It seemed that even local residents were not very familiar with the exact route. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is that it is pet-friendly and does not charge an additional pet fee, which was an important reason we chose it. The gentleman at reception also helped us secure a dinner reservation at Naked Ranch, where we had a wonderful evening. Moganshan is a beautiful destination, and overall, this hotel provided a comfortable stay. There is certainly some room for improvement, but I would return because I slept incredibly well and appreciated the warm, helpful service. Thank you again to the staff for all their assistance.

Very nice place, isolated and peaceful. Very big rooms with comfortable bed for excellent rest. I also appreciated the design of the common areas. All the staff, and in particular the guy ”Mark” (who spoke a good English for the standards), was very kind and professional, I felt like I was at home. I loved also the Chinese breakfasts!
