La habitación es espaciosa, luminosa, bien ventilada, la cama es grande, nuestra habitación tenía un balcón con vistas al valle. Hay muchos lugares para relajarse, 2 jacuzzis y una gran piscina. ¡Quedamos encantados con la comida! Incluso a nosotros, los extranjeros, nos gustó mucho la cocina china de este hotel. La cocina europea y el servicio de platos son geniales, nunca hemos visto este nivel en otros hoteles. Los ingredientes de los platos son frescos y de buena calidad. Además de la buena comida, Arcadia también tiene el mejor servicio entre todos los hoteles en los que hemos estado. ¡Gracias Terry por eso! El personal es amable y servicial. Nos recibieron y acompañaron como buenos amigos. El propietario de Arcadia Ernest es una persona hospitalaria, amable e interesante con un inglés excelente. Nos dio un recorrido por el hotel, nos mostró rutas de senderismo con maravillosas vistas de las plantaciones de té y el valle, y nos contó muchas historias sobre el hotel y sus alrededores. ¡En nuestro próximo viaje a Shanghai, definitivamente planearemos una visita a Arcadia!

Highly recommend!!! My mother and I had an amazing time at this hotel. If you’re looking for a place to retreat, relax, read, swim, and eat delicious food, you can’t find a better place! I can also recommend it for work retreats, as they have a beautiful large room in the garden that you can use for meetings or workshops. The hotel is beautiful, inside and outside (rooms, lobby, garden, garden room, etc), with wonderful cozy spaces that are decorated with great attention to details. Everything is super clean and of great quality, including the strong showers and soft beds. The swimming pool is stunningly beautiful, with various places to sit around it. The food is delicious, both breakfast and dinner! We are both foodies and were amazed by the freshness, tastes, and varieties of the food. The staff is the most friendly and accommodating thinkable. They truly made our stay to an unforgettable experience. I’ve traveled a lot in China over the last 10 years, and this hotel is the absolute favorite I’ve stayed at.

I'm usually a budget traveler but I treated myself to a stay at naked stables this Christmas. It was wonderful. The service was great (my host Simmons was lovely), the location is beautiful, all the food was delicious. They delivered a surprise dessert to my room on Christmas eve, and lots of gifts of fruit and vegetables from the farm. There was a problem with my bath on the first day so they moved me to a better room. I did lots of activities (archery, pottery, bamboo weaving etc). I loved everything and I wish I could stay there all the time!

¡Sesenta habitaciones, cada habitación es diferente! ¡Y cada habitación es hermosa! Me gusta especialmente el gran césped y las esculturas artísticas➕piscina infinita. Y los lindos perros y gatos son tan curativos. A mi hijo le gustó tanto que no quería irse. 😃Un agradecimiento especial al ama de llaves Xiao Chen, quien estuvo muy atenta al ayudar a organizar todo. ¡Vendrá la próxima vez!

民宿位於莫干山景區附近，環境比較安靜，因為是4月來住，游泳池還沒有水，圖書館的體驗還不錯，建議老闆對房間裏的佈置可以再實用一些，細節上稍微再改善一下，比如榻榻米上的懶人靠墊佔據了靠窗三分之二的空間，但靠墊上很容易落灰，不實用還佔據了屋內最佳位置。窗簾的遙控開關無效，窗簾勉強拉上，第二天卻被斜射進來第一縷晨光叫醒。馬桶坐墊上有幾處膠布貼過的粘漬痕跡，感覺不夠清潔。但總的來説，老闆還是很熱情的，忙前忙後提供了幫助，早餐也不錯。其實早餐的小酒吧，還是很有氛圍的，晚上的吃食比較單一，如能經營起來，應該挺不錯的。最後，祝願老闆生意興隆，把民宿經營的越來越好。

The room was excellent, very cozy and well-maintained, with a beautiful mountain view that makes the whole experience even more special. One of the highlights is the tea room, which is thoughtfully designed for tea preparation and relaxation. The decoration combines traditional and modern elements in a very tasteful way, with beautiful details, instruments, and carefully selected design pieces. The entire space feels artistic and calming. The property is surrounded by abundant greenery and plants everywhere, especially outdoors, which makes the environment feel fresh and natural. Sitting there and looking out toward the bamboo forests is incredibly peaceful and contemplative. Whether the weather is sunny or cloudy, the atmosphere remains equally pleasant and charming. Another lovely detail is the nearby stream—you can hear the gentle sound of flowing water, which adds even more tranquility to the stay. The staff are very kind, welcoming, and attentive, making guests feel comfortable, almost as if they are in their own natural home environment. The guests staying there are also respectful and pleasant, contributing to the calm atmosphere. Transportation is also very convenient, with taxis arriving quickly and reliably. Good bed, with very comfortable mattress and bedding. Water pressure in the  shower was excellent but not good for running a bath - might be due to the bath being upstairs in the bedroom? The Chinese breakfast offered was a range of several dishes but too many for me - a single traveler. It was also handy to be able to order an evening meal - the sweet and sour pork was tasty. There are facilities available to make your own BBQ. I saw other guests using these  The location was exactly what I wanted - away from the hustle of towns - it was a 25-30 minutes DiDi ride to get to the Transport Centre to go up Mogan Mountain. My bedroom door opened a few feet from  wooden steps taking me and my dog straight into a bamboo forest.  It was a chilled and relaxing stay.  One improvement - add a small fridge to the room.
