We had a wonderful stay in this hotel and the hotel manager and his wife did arrange everything perfectly. they were so helpful with everything, gave us many ideas where to go and what to do nearby and just made our stay perfect. the hotel is very adorable, really nice and clean room, fantastic pool and tasty breakfast.

El hotel está situado en una colina en un bosque de bambú. No hay vecinos alrededor, por lo que en Arcadia podrás disfrutar de la naturaleza y relajarte del ruido de la ciudad. Unas vacaciones en Arcadia son perfectas para grupos de amigos, familias, con tu pareja o solos. La habitación es espaciosa, luminosa, bien ventilada, la cama es grande, nuestra habitación tenía un balcón con vistas al valle. Hay muchos lugares para relajarse, 2 jacuzzis y una gran piscina. ¡Quedamos encantados con la comida! Incluso a nosotros, los extranjeros, nos gustó mucho la cocina china de este hotel. La cocina europea y el servicio de platos son geniales, nunca hemos visto este nivel en otros hoteles. Los ingredientes de los platos son frescos y de buena calidad. Además de la buena comida, Arcadia también tiene el mejor servicio entre todos los hoteles en los que hemos estado. ¡Gracias Terry por eso! El personal es amable y servicial. Nos recibieron y acompañaron como buenos amigos. El propietario de Arcadia Ernest es una persona hospitalaria, amable e interesante con un inglés excelente. Nos dio un recorrido por el hotel, nos mostró rutas de senderismo con maravillosas vistas de las plantaciones de té y el valle, y nos contó muchas historias sobre el hotel y sus alrededores. ¡En nuestro próximo viaje a Shanghai, definitivamente planearemos una visita a Arcadia!

El dueño del B&B es una familia muy agradable y entusiasta. La decoración del B&B también es muy bonita y moderna. También hay un perro y cuatro gatos. La jefa también nos contó historias sobre los gatos y los perros, e incluso se llevó. Un chapuzón en el baño privado del B&B es muy cómodo y cálido. El aire de la montaña Moganshan es muy fresco y confortable. Es muy recomendable venir con familiares y amigos para una reunión de ocio y relajación.

Highly recommend!!! My mother and I had an amazing time at this hotel. If you’re looking for a place to retreat, relax, read, swim, and eat delicious food, you can’t find a better place! I can also recommend it for work retreats, as they have a beautiful large room in the garden that you can use for meetings or workshops. The hotel is beautiful, inside and outside (rooms, lobby, garden, garden room, etc), with wonderful cozy spaces that are decorated with great attention to details. Everything is super clean and of great quality, including the strong showers and soft beds. The swimming pool is stunningly beautiful, with various places to sit around it. The food is delicious, both breakfast and dinner! We are both foodies and were amazed by the freshness, tastes, and varieties of the food. The staff is the most friendly and accommodating thinkable. They truly made our stay to an unforgettable experience. I’ve traveled a lot in China over the last 10 years, and this hotel is the absolute favorite I’ve stayed at.

A los niños les encanta. El ambiente es agradable y tranquilo. Hay prácticamente todas las instalaciones de entretenimiento para niños, incluyendo perros y gatos. Hay juegos de arena, columpios, baloncesto, bádminton, trampolín, pista de equilibrio, tobogán, piscina, piscina de bolas oceánica, escalada en roca, etc. Nos alojamos en una habitación privada con aguas termales. El baño termal empezaba a las 15:00 y terminaba a las 22:00. La temperatura siempre era alta, así que no pasamos frío ni siquiera en invierno.

民宿位於莫干山景區附近，環境比較安靜，因為是4月來住，游泳池還沒有水，圖書館的體驗還不錯，建議老闆對房間裏的佈置可以再實用一些，細節上稍微再改善一下，比如榻榻米上的懶人靠墊佔據了靠窗三分之二的空間，但靠墊上很容易落灰，不實用還佔據了屋內最佳位置。窗簾的遙控開關無效，窗簾勉強拉上，第二天卻被斜射進來第一縷晨光叫醒。馬桶坐墊上有幾處膠布貼過的粘漬痕跡，感覺不夠清潔。但總的來説，老闆還是很熱情的，忙前忙後提供了幫助，早餐也不錯。其實早餐的小酒吧，還是很有氛圍的，晚上的吃食比較單一，如能經營起來，應該挺不錯的。最後，祝願老闆生意興隆，把民宿經營的越來越好。

We had a wonderful experience staying at this villa for two nights. The service was excellent from start to finish, making us feel very welcomed and well taken care of. The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and extremely comfortable. Surrounded by mountains, the villa offers a calm and peaceful atmosphere that is perfect for disconnecting from the noise and stress of big cities. We all truly enjoyed our stay, especially relaxing in the hot springs and having convenient food service options available. It was the perfect place to welcome the New Year in a relaxed and joyful way. Without a doubt, we would love to stay here again and we 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway.

帶家人來山裡休息，度過了放鬆療愈的四天三晚。客服加了微信，溝通及時友善。住宿升級到了帶露台的別墅房，窗外羣山疊翠，聽鳥語蟬鳴，身心愜意。酒店在景區裏面，自駕上山，不用換乘景交車，帶長者出行更方便。住在這裏完全不用下山，每天早上沿着景區人行步道散步，回來在露台看書，看手機，或午睡，完全是沉浸式治癒之旅。一日三餐都在酒店餐廳用餐的。中間有一次出門去附近的餐廳“嚐鮮”，但鬧哄哄的環境、一次性塑料餐具，菜價還貴。對比下來，不如酒店餐廳環境好，服務好，乾脆後面就都在酒店用餐。酒店裝修是民國老錢風，中外特色完美融合，細節處處見品質。總之，我和家人對本次住宿體驗非常滿意，期待在春天和秋天再次入住，欣賞不一樣的風景。

The room was excellent, very cozy and well-maintained, with a beautiful mountain view that makes the whole experience even more special. One of the highlights is the tea room, which is thoughtfully designed for tea preparation and relaxation. The decoration combines traditional and modern elements in a very tasteful way, with beautiful details, instruments, and carefully selected design pieces. The entire space feels artistic and calming. The property is surrounded by abundant greenery and plants everywhere, especially outdoors, which makes the environment feel fresh and natural. Sitting there and looking out toward the bamboo forests is incredibly peaceful and contemplative. Whether the weather is sunny or cloudy, the atmosphere remains equally pleasant and charming. Another lovely detail is the nearby stream—you can hear the gentle sound of flowing water, which adds even more tranquility to the stay. The staff are very kind, welcoming, and attentive, making guests feel comfortable, almost as if they are in their own natural home environment. The guests staying there are also respectful and pleasant, contributing to the calm atmosphere. Transportation is also very convenient, with taxis arriving quickly and reliably. There is a nearby village called Yucun that is lovely to visit, and many scenic areas around the hotel are easily accessible as well.
