The room would have been even better if there had been enough towels for everyone staying in it and if the water had been slightly hotter. The staff were helpful throughout our visit and were always willing to assist when needed. At times, however, some staff members came across as a little blunt. A warmer, friendlier approach and a few more smiles would help create an even more welcoming atmosphere for guests. There are also a couple of areas where the hotel could be improved. An outdoor table tennis table would be a great addition and would provide another enjoyable activity for guests. Additionally, my girlfriend got a splinter in her foot around the pool area, so it may be worth checking the surfaces there to ensure they are safe and well maintained. Despite these minor points, we had a great stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time at the hotel. The location is fantastic, the surroundings are beautiful, and we would definitely stay here again in the future.
