Excelente ubicación y buena relación calidad precio. Personal amable y acogedor. Habitaciones limpias y espaciosas. Estacionamiento cerca del hotel y, en caso de que no se encuentre lugar, también a precio asequible. Desayuno en la norma. Si estás cansado es cómodo poder cenar en hotel pero es para mejorar la oferta del restaurante que parece más orientado a satisfacer las necesidades de grupos o comitivos que de clientes individuales. Es una estructura muy recomendada.

Al hotel se accede por la carretera general y tiene un pequeño parking delante. Hay que subir por un túnel con las maletas y coger el ascensor hasta el segundo piso dónde está la recepción. Desde allí a nuestra habitación que era la 32 tuvimos que subir con las maletas por las escaleras ya que no llega al ascensor cosas que le parece inasumible en un hotel de esa categoría. La habitación normal no muy grande y el baño pequeño. La cama cómoda y el desayuno cortito...ni zumo natural y solo un poco de fiambre y queso de salado y algún dulce, pára lo que cuesta justito. Desde la habitación las vistas al campo y a la montaña...normalitas. por el precio esperaba más.

Absolutely top notch. My husband and I first came to Ragusa 12 years ago. Much has changed but thankfully much has stayed the same in the town. We were happy to discover Itria Palace when we were planning our itinerary. We stayed in a family room that consisted of two rooms, three beds and two showers. The room was accessible by stairs or lift. It was quiet, clean, super comfortable bed and pillows with very cold air conditioning. Breakfast in the morning was delightful featuring plenty of the usual Italian standards but also included local offerings which were delicious. A member of staff was on hand to prepare caffe and cappuccino for guests. We will absolutely return!

La casada de la chiaramonte, en las afueras de Ragusa, fue un matrimonio de sueño en todos los aspectos. La comida preparada por Fabio Ulcano y su equipo merece la calificación de Michelin, que era divina. When we arrived a lady at reception helped us to carry our luggage to our room. We slept very well indeed because the hotel was situated in a quiet street, yet very close to the centre of Ragusa Superiore. It was amazing to walk and cover virtually the entire area to see the charming historic sights including so many churches in both Ragusa Ibla and Ragusa central, and to hear their bells chime regularly, was a beautiful experience. At breakfast, ladies greeted us, and each time we wanted certain edibles, the ladies came to our assistance. De Stefano's Director, was exceptional and made our stay perfect by going the extra mile, offering advice if we needed anything out of the ordinary. What a welcoming professional she is, always homely, smiling and happy. All the staff were terribly friendly and helpful, and so very eager to please and the service was first class. The room was kept in pristine condition and the bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel's position was fine, close to the many steps down and up to Ibla, and then up to the centre of Ragusa to go shopping or sightseeing there too. Restaurants were plentiful and with a little detective work, we found brilliant eateries off the beaten track and oh my, the variety of so so tasty cannoli became mind boggling. The venues that stood out for us for dinner were La Taverna Del Lupo, authentic and one we kept going back to, Trattoria da Luigi, Trattoria La Bettola and if you do not mind walking off a heavenly meal, then you must dine at Trattoria nto' Cumannanti, what a down to earth fun place with bustling atmosphere to enhance your taste buds. For lunch or a bite to eat, you have to go to Benvenuti al Sud, small family run with fantastic home cooked meals, and for an incredible variety of yummy delights we found ourselves returning often to Caffé Sicilia which had everything, and finally look out for fine bakeries such as the Panificio Carpenzano located in Corso Italia, and others presenting scrumptious and wholesome snacks. We had a wonderful stay at the De Stefano Palace Luxury Hotel. It was a fantastic holiday and it was a real pleasure to stay at the De Stefano. We found The De Stefano Luxury Hotel superb, and Ragusa Superiore and Ragusa Ibla were fine examples to see Sicily's splendid architecture. Well done De Stefano, truly recommended.

Ho soggiornato in questo residence con la mia famglia in occasione della fine dell'anno. La struttura è moderna e confortevole,le stanze sono comode,ampie e pulite. Inoltre il proprietario ed il personale sono molto gentili e disponibili. Ottima anche la colazione. La posizione è ideale per visitare le meraviglie di Ragusa e della stupenda val di Noto. Prezzo onesto. Assolutamente consigliato.

We first visited Modica Palace Hotel last summer and loved it so much we decided to return. We soon found that things had dramatically changed. We were old the hotel had changed hands. Skeleton staff, dinner that used to be amazing but now on a set menu that never changes so for us with the half board would have meant eating the same things for a week. The staff tried to help but we were not enjoying our meals at all. There were only 4 people dining in the restaurant each night whereas last year it was always full and despite this we had to wait for hours to be served. On more than one occasion our food did not arrive as ordered and we sent it back. On our last night I ordered a steak well done and I received it rare at which point we just got up and left. It is obvious that there are issues at management level, cost cuts is the one standing out but what was unacceptable was the Manager's behaviour. When we asked for a refund on our meal he got angry and his behaviour was quite aggressive, he told us there were no problems with the hotel and the reviews were good. He was not interested in listening to our feedback and he just left while we were talking and slammed the door on us. If I was the owner of this business I would be worried. A good manager always tries to accommodate customers and listen to their issues even act out on them so that customers do actually go back. I have recommended this hotel to so many people but will no longer do that and definitely will not return. It's such a shame.

El hotel se encuentra a lo largo de la carretera de conexión entre Ragusa y Marina de Ragusa, de la que se encuentra a unos 12 km. Por lo tanto, para moverse, es necesario disponer de un vehículo. El establecimiento es muy bonito, con una gran piscina, gimnasio, restaurante y bar. Dispone de amplios espacios, incluyendo un amfitheatre para espectáculos y un amplio aparcamiento interior gratuito. Las habitaciones son espaciosas con cara en la piscina (la nuestra) y la cama muy cómoda con topper. Televisión 42” y aire acondicionado regulable por los huéspedes. También hay un pequeño refrigerador con dos botellas de agua gratuita y, en el baño, los accesorios habituales. En realidad, el bufete de desayuno es fantástico especialmente para los que (como nosotros) gusta el dulce y la fruta en la mañana. En efecto, hemos encontrado varias especialidades de dulces con crema y de manzana y fruta de diferentes géneros. En conclusión, una buena estancia aunque sólo por una noche pero nos gustaría poder permanecer por una semana. No se recomienda para los que no tienen el coche y viajar con los medios públicos.

Purtroppo in un pernotto di 2 notti ho segnalato un problema di pulizia appena entrato in stanza con tanto di foto mostrate alla reception e ricevuto dovute rimostranze e relative scuse con la promessa che nel prossimo turno di pulizie il ciuffo di peli e capelli sarebbe stato rimosso. Nulla di tutto ciò è accaduto, dormo ancora con il batuffolo accanto al letto, messo lì in bella vista. Questo la dice tutto sulla pulizia effettuata... Altro problema segnalato riguarda la scadentissima qualità del materasso del divano letto che ti costringe a dormire sulle molle, la reception ha cercato di effettuare la sostituzione ma alla fine non c'è stata la necessità perché abbiamo inserito noi tra i materassi e le lenzuola numero 3 piumini per riuscire a riposare. È un peccato, perché perdersi in queste condizioni soprattutto dopo una segnalazione chiara non lascia spazio a dubbi. Ho chiesto un cuscino in più e ne trovo uno con federa del cuscino semistrappata che appena preso si è aperta in due... Colazione dolce standard ma buona. Personale gentile.

PARQUE: Estacionamiento gratuito en un garaje de bloqueo; privado y muy seguro, con ascensor conectado directamente al Hotel. ¡Cama (Superior): Espacial, Moderno, Muy limpio, Muy cómodo cama, Linen cozy, Estado del Ducha de arte, Relaxa en el mejor! Breakfast: ¡Despejado por elección, todo fresco y delicioso! MAQUINA DE AGUA EN CUALQUIER EL piso: botellas vacías, con temperatura libre fría o ambiente Agua natural y brillante HOTEL RESTAURANT: Una cena, la opción limitada, sin embargo, la comida fue cocinada para perfecto, presentada bien y nos encantó. STAFF: Policía, cortesía, profesional, y siempre con un sonrisa. Recomiendo el Modica Boutique Hotel, especialmente para los que viajan con su coche en ferry a Pozzallo, ya que es sólo 20 minutos en coche. No lamentarás. Modica Boutique Hotel está clasificado como 4-star, pero para mí, es un hotel 5-star, por mucho! Gracias por su Modica Boutique Hotel, ¡hace que nuestra casa sea tan hermosa!
