The hotel offers a great location with a beautiful view over the ocean. We had an issue with our room wich hasn’t been solved on the first day but thanks to Audrey and Elise, who were very professional, understanding and with a great sense of guest service, it has been fixed and it definitely improved our stay, switching us from « never again » to « we’ll definitely come back ». Everything is very clean, thanks to housekeeping. Breakfast is wonderful as well as the staff there. Spa area as well as the gym are both enjoyable. The bar also offers a large choice and barmen are great. Just avoid booking the classic room, wich needs to be completely refreshed. Even though the hotel is a little used by time, it is a great place to stay where most of the staff knows about how to make you feel special. Thank you. Faustine.

Hotel muy cerca de la playa y es realmente agradable. Las habitaciones son confortables y el personal agradable. Les grands hics sont : Une grosse sale de jeux et une boîte de nuit :-(( Vous êtes réveillés toute la nuit par des cris, de la musique sans aucune possibilité de repos. Un véritable film d'horreur :-(( Le vendredi soir, c'était la salle de jeux. I’ai demandé à l’accueil de changer de chambre. Impossible m’a été répondu, alors que de nombreuses chambres étaient disponibles. Samedi soir, un film d’horreur absolu avec la boîte de nuit !!!! Si va a Gran Bretaña para no descansar, este hotel está hecho para usted !!!

El hotel está situado junto al mar, a aproximadamente 1 kilómetro del centro de la ciudad, que está un poco lejos. El ambiente en general sigue siendo muy bueno, los hoteles de la costa francesa parecen tener retretes y cuartos de baño separados. Sin embargo, no hay ascensor y es más difícil subir el equipaje al tercer piso. Los espacios de estacionamiento deben llegar temprano, de lo contrario, a menudo están llenos. Sin embargo, todavía habrá algunos asientos libres en la calle, que está un poco más lejos. Hay muchas personas mayores que vienen de vacaciones y necesitan estar tranquilas. Cierre la entrada principal después de las 9 en punto, aunque el genio solo la aniquiló a las 11 en punto aquí, debe ingresar al hotel por la puerta trasera del código de algodón.

Second séjour dans cet hôtel...et sûrement pas le dernier: un accueil au top, une chambre spacieuse et propre (le balcon avec une (petite) vue mer est très appréciable, en plus...), l'ensemble du personnel, à l'accueil, au petit-déjeuner ou au ménage, tout le monde à le sourire et est prêt à vous rendre service. La situation, ni trop en ville ni trop éloigné de l'établissement, en fait l'adresse idéale pour séjourner et découvrir les charmes de la presqu'île.

We originally booked a family room for three nights and let the hotel know that we had a wheelchair user in our group. The manager made contact to let us know that the family room wasn't suitable, as it was on the first floor and there was no lift. He suggested we book a wheelchair accessible room and an adjoining room, which would cost €40 more. Maybe the details were lost in translation, but the rooms cost over €50 more, per night, and they weren't adjoining, they were next door to each other. The wheelchair accessible room was very small, the bed was right next to the door. My daughter's wheelchair actually blocked the door when she was in bed. I stayed in the room with her. The sliding door to the bathroom was impossible for my daughter to close. Our room was next to the entrance to the swimming pool, on the third night the noise from the filter system woke me up. I complained about the noise, but was told nothing could be done about it. The receptionist asked if I wanted to change rooms, but I didn't want to disturb my daughter. A sleepless night followed. We ate dinner in the hotel restaurant on the second night of our stay. Roast chicken was the main course. It was very disappointing, chicken breast on the bone, a tomato cut in half and watery boiled potatoes. I asked for a small portion for my daughter, she received an adult portion. It was one of the most uninspired restaurant meals I have ever eaten. With dessert and wine, our meal for three came to €96. When we checked out I reiterated my complaint about the noise. The receptionist apologised that there were no other wheelchair rooms available, even though I had been offered one the night before. She said the rooms and breakfasts had been paid in full, and I owed for the dinner. At this stage I presumed that the extra €40 was being deducted. I paid for the meal, got my receipt and we left. When I checked my bank balance later an extra payment of over €150 was taken. No mention of this was made at checkout, why say my bill was paid in full when it wasn't? We felt robbed, to put it mildly. This hotel is in a great location, the rooms are clean but very small and outdated, they are not worth the nightly rates. The wheelchair accessible room is not fit for purpose, in my opinion. The food at breakfast was good, but dinner was overpriced, mundane and indifferent. A very disappointing stay.
