We had the best experience staying here! All of the staff members were super friendly and courteous. The room itself was big, stylish, clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is very vibrant and hip, and great for artsy folks. The Fika cafe/restaurant/bar has delicious offerings. The free breakfast was yummy and fresh. The hotel does its best to accommodate its guests with bags and luggages by arranging handlers, tuk-tuks and drivers if you ask in advance, and for a fee. We did not have any issues with our bags and late arrival as we arranged with the hotel for airport pick-up. The best part of our stay was how they made us feel a part of their community. They happened to be hosting a pop-up artisan/makers event one of the nights we were there and it was one of the most socially connective, generative, and inclusive experiences we ever had. The event organized by Amit Pandey, the super kind and fun general ***ager brought together diverse groups of people making all of us a truly interconnected world. If you're there during the winter season, do ask for heaters and blankets. The hot water tank is fine for one person at a time but otherwise, you'd need to be savvy, space out useages, and be conservative. :) Thank you all at Poshtel! Christina, Thi, Stella and Katya

The hotel is located in the affluent area of Sundar Nagar. A gated community with security at each and every property. The hotel was very quiet during our stay - 5th November to 8th November. We stayed here for the CWC 2023. Room was clean -twin room. On arrival, Shweta was very amicable and advised places to eat, visit. Edward the Nightshift support this also attentive too. The TV was not working and took 2 phone calls and almost an hour for someone to action -not a good initial impression. We ate breakfast of aloo paratha - very nice.they also took note of how we wanted our tea, this was again perfect -well done La Sagarita team. On a negative, the hotel suffered a power failure that lasted for 45 mins. As guests we had no notification or info from the staff other than shrug of shoulders. We were informed the back up generator is faulty. Poor by the hotel to not maintain a back up generator. Once power was restored we discovered the hot water was not available. I was advised that the boiler was on but would take time to heat the water. In the morning the water was still cold and we had to take cold showers. At no stage did the hotel inform us. This is a poor effort. The hotel must be advising and keeping guests informed. The team is small in numbers but doesn't seem to be proactive. We requested an iron and ironing board that didn't arrive until we returned from a day out. When challenged, the member of staff stated he'd forgotten! The beds require an urgent mattress upgrade. Our mattresses were in a 'v' shape due to usage / age and very uncomfortable. I wouldn't state the hotel is boutique. Rather a 3* basic hotel in a very nice area of Delhi. Basic hotel that is acceptable.

It was great being there for a couple of days with my wife and daughter, really appreciate the services they provide like their staff, condition of rooms, and newly renovated property. We all felt safe while staying in Mayda Prime and the staff was courteous and polite. We will definitely be visiting there again. Food was quite good as well.

The outdoor pool and surrounding area was very clean as was the Gym and the Gym staff very helpful making sure that the Steam-room and/or Sauna were ready after my swimming as I’d asked Mi única (menor) queja fue la producción de productos que se suministran para la ducha y lavado de manos que proceden de la marca Dove que personalmente no me importa. This hotel is very clean and neat, but it is also an enjoyable experience. From the breakfast and dining area to the lobby everything is very enjoyable and eye pleasing. La ubicación del hotel es buena, cerca del aeropuerto y hay un muy buen centro comercial alrededor. El hotel en sí es muy elegante y un poco anticuado. Cinco estrellas no es excesivo. Sin embargo, la situación sanitaria es muy mala. La bañera estaba sucia, quitando barro negro y las sábanas no estaban limpias. No se puede garantizar la higiene. Me preguntaba por qué el Airport City Hotel es tan caro, el área urbana es más barata y la salud del hotel de la ciudad del aeropuerto es realmente mejor.

El hotel se ha reservado a través de Agoda.com debido a su cercanía al aeropuerto de Nueva Delhi. Nos dio una habitación, pero la habitación era un bloque de cemento con ventanas no. A las 10:30, nos encontrábamos en el aeropuerto y nos pedía un taxi. Sin embargo, mientras conducemos al aeropuerto, el hotel llamó al conductor y le dijo que volviéramos y nos trajeran de vuelta hasta que pagamos 15.000 rupias por la habitación, lo que nos habría llevado a perder nuestro avión. ¡Por suerte, hablamos con el conductor de seguir nos llevando al aeropuerto y pudimos llegar al aeropuerto! El hotel es un hotel de 3 años, y el hotel es un hotel de 3 años.

Very nice hotel, very nice place in the middle of everywhere, and very nice staff too.! You can go there without hesitation. The breakfast is good too, you can ask.what you want. The prices are ok, and it was nice to stay there.
