We had such an amazing experience at this Disney hotel, and I truly feel like this property deserves every bit of praise. My husband, our 6 kids, and I traveled all the way from Orlando, Florida in America, and after such a big trip, staying somewhere this welcoming, clean, and well-run meant so much to us. From the moment we arrived, the staff made such a strong impression on me. Every single person we interacted with was incredibly kind, welcoming, patient, and genuinely helpful. It did not feel fake or forced at all, it felt like they truly cared about making sure our stay was comfortable and special. One thing I really want to mention is that even with us traveling from America, the language barrier was honestly not hard at all when dealing with the staff. That was something I truly appreciated. Everyone was so kind, so patient, and so willing to help that communication never felt stressful. They made everything feel easy and comfortable, and that meant a lot, especially traveling with a big family and small children. No matter what we needed, they did their best to help us understand and made sure we felt taken care of. That level of effort, patience, and kindness goes a very long way, and they really made us feel welcome. The staff went above and beyond in so many little ways, and those things really added up. Any time I had a question, needed help, or wasn’t sure about something, someone was there with a smile, ready to help without hesitation. That kind of service stands out, especially when you are traveling with family, and it made such a huge difference for us. They were not just “nice” .They were the kind of staff that makes you stop and think, wow, these people really care. You can feel when people are just doing a job, and you can also feel when people are truly making an effort to give guests a great experience. This staff absolutely did that. Now let me talk about the cleanliness, because honestly this is one of the cleanest hotel properties and rooms I have ever seen in my life. I do not say that lightly. The moment we walked in, everything looked absolutely spotless. Not just tidy, not just “good enough,” but truly immaculate. The room looked fresh, polished, and cared for in a way that is hard to explain unless you see it for yourself. Every surface looked pristine. The floors were clean, the bathroom was shining, the bedding felt fresh and perfectly maintained, and the entire room gave that rare feeling of being deeply, properly cleaned. There was not that uneasy hotel feeling some places have where you start wondering what has or has not really been cleaned. This place felt the complete opposite. It felt sanitized, refreshed, and cared for to the highest standard. The room was so clean that it immediately made us feel comfortable enough to fully relax. When you are staying with children, cleanliness matters even more, and this hotel absolutely exceeded expectations. I noticed the details, and the details matter. The bathroom was spotless, the beds looked crisp and fresh, the furniture was clean, the floors looked amazing, and the whole room felt like it had been cleaned with real care and pride. Even beyond the room itself, the entire property was unbelievably clean. That is what impressed me so much. Usually a hotel might have a nice room, but the hallways, common areas, elevators, or grounds do not always match that same level of care. Here, the cleanliness was consistent everywhere. The entire property was beautifully maintained, and you could clearly tell that cleanliness is taken seriously at every level. Everything looked so well-kept, so polished, and so intentionally maintained that it honestly made the whole stay feel even more luxurious and relaxing. It is such a good feeling to be able to fully settle in and enjoy your stay without noticing dirt, neglect, or things being overlooked. This hotel gave us that peace of mind completely. Mi experiencia general en Shangri-La fue muy buena. El personal fue atento, servicial y respondió rápidamente a mis solicitudes, siempre con gran amabilidad. La ubicación del hotel es excelente, con muchos centros comerciales alrededor, lo que facilita las compras y hace que la estancia sea muy cómoda. La calidad de la comida en Shangri-La siempre está a la altura, y cada vez que he comido allí me he sentido muy satisfecho. En general, es una experiencia de cinco estrellas muy sólida y de larga trayectoria, con todos los aspectos satisfactorios, por lo que lo recomiendo. Mencionaré un inconveniente: los enchufes de la mesita de noche y del escritorio en mi habitación no funcionaban muy bien, lo que dificultaba la carga de mis dispositivos. Deberían ser reemplazados.

Habiendo crecido en Shanghái, tengo un cariño especial por el río Huangpu y el río Suzhou. Aproveché la oportunidad que me brindó Ctrip para reservar una habitación durante el Día Nacional. El hotel no destaca mucho por fuera y el vestíbulo es un poco pequeño, pero el personal de recepción es muy amable y atento. Aunque mi habitación no estaba en un piso muy alto, cumplió con mis expectativas. Desde el ventanal podía ver la Perla Oriental, los Tres Magníficos de Pudong y parte del río Huangpu. A la izquierda estaba el río Suzhou. Por la noche, pude disfrutar de la Torre de la Perla Oriental y el paisaje nocturno del río, lo cual fue una experiencia realmente maravillosa.

Quisiera destacar a Aaron por su excepcional servicio. Siempre fue amable, sonriente y se preocupó por mis necesidades, ayudándome a planificar rutas y poniéndose realmente en mi lugar. Por otro lado, debo criticar a algunos de los recepcionistas masculinos que hicieron el check-in. No deberían darse tanta importancia. Si no saben hablar, que se callen. Es inaceptable que un hotel como este se ponga a hacer comentarios pasivo-agresivos a los clientes. ¡Es una vergüenza para todo el grupo Hilton! Me arrepiento de no haber visto sus nombres para criticarlos directamente, pero seguro que en vuestro sistema queda registrado quién atendió en ese momento. La atención de la recepción fue excelente y la habitación estaba completamente equipada. La ubicación es muy conveniente, cerca de la estación de tren. El servicio de recepción es realmente atento y el desayuno del hotel también es bueno. El sistema de voz inteligente (Xiao Du) funciona muy bien.
