La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, la actitud del servicio es excelente. Esta es la primera vez que veo un hotel extranjero con un cepillo de dientes desechable y un palillo para el pelo liso. También puede ser porque he vivido en un hotel extranjero o muy poco hhhh. ¡Un hermano pequeño en la recepción es súper íntimo! Personalmente nos llevó a la habitación para explicar las instalaciones de la casa y nos recordó las condiciones del tráfico en París. El hotel estaba muy limpio, yo estaba un poco limpio, así que nunca usé las toallas de baño del hotel, ¡pero usé este hotel! ¡Sus toallas de baño deben quemarse con el sol! En resumen, me gusta mucho este hotel y me quedaré aquí en París más tarde.

I didn’t book a room in advance when travelling to Paris. Because I couldn’t pay it by a bank card, so I decided to book and pay it on spot. I was looking for a hotel in the city centre, because it’s very convenient for sightseeing and shopping. Having red about a lot of hotels, this one attracted me more. According to reviews it was nice, clean and with polite staff. Well I took a taxi at the airport and came here. I was met by Jihad first. I’m very grateful to him for recommending me the best room with wonderful view to feel Paris atmosphere. By the way the hotel is really cozy and extremely clean. Super-location: 10 minutes by foot to the tour bus station near the Opera, where you can buy ticket for one day and easily watch all the sights of Paris at 2 banks. Shopping is also near the Opera. 40 minutes walk and you will see the Eiffel Tower. Actually there is no need to use transport at all. I’m happy that my intuition prompted me to choose this particular hotel. And all the staff is wonderful and polite, ready to answer all the questions. Шоппинг -10 минут, там же у Оперы остановка этого автобуса. Из аэропорта до отеля можно добраться за 35 минут -41 евро.

Qué hacer cuándo uno reserva un Sofitel y se encuentra en el mejor de los casos, con un Mercure. La bienvenida empezó bien, con el portero muy amable. En el check in, las cosas empezaron a ir mal, no reconociendo mi calidad de miembro diamante y colocándome en una habitación en el primer piso. Dónde las cosas se pusieron feas, es cuándo nos dirigimos a la habitación, el elevador minúsculo, las alfombras de un color gris y negro para disimular la suciedad, y una habitación “suite” improvisada, con una distribución de espacio espantosa. El hotel no huele bien, ni a limpio, sino todo lo contrario. Revisando la habitación encontramos la bolsa para ropa sucia manchada y lo colocamos en el basurero. Grande fue nuestra sorpresa que al día siguiente, cuando volvimos de noche encontramos la misma bolsa para ropa sucia en la cama (abertura de cama). Quitaron la misma bolsa del basurero para poner en la cama. El desayuno, un mercado, sin espacio para caminar y con muy pocas opciones. Por favor, cierren este hotel y hagan una reforma, poniendo el baño todo en un mismo lugar, y cambien esas alfombras sucias o quiten la marca Sofitel, el lugar no lo merece y menos nosotros.

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, cerca hay una estación de metro desde la cual se puede ir prácticamente a todos los lugares turísticos. Las habitaciones son pequeñas, es un poco complicado si llevan equipaje grande. El personal muy amable, nos hicieron el cuarto todos los días y se notaba muy limpio. Nos pareció una buena relación calidad/precio para la zona en la que estábamos.

Mi hija acabo de estar 3 noches en este hotel muy centrico ! Todo pero todo era perfecto, desde el check in hasta el check out, un 10 ! La reserva estaba hecho desde febrero 2020, justa antes de empezar el maldito virus…pero desde entonces el hotel no ha hecho ninguna pega, o problema, solo ayudanos de intentar de tener nuestra estancia en cuando posible…y estos dias eran con esta semana Santa 2022. Nada mas que dar la gracias a todos del hotel por una estancia inolvidable de mi hija en Paris ! Mil gracias a todos ! No dudeis de reservar este hotel, si buscais un hotel en Paris, precio-calidad mas que un 10!

El hotel está muy bien, pero no es muy fácil entrar y salir si tienes una edad. La cocina estaba bien, tenía alguna dificultad para trabajar la microonda y no había tostadora. La nevera y la lavavajillas (con muchos comprimidos) funcionaron bien. No tenía el desayuno. A la vista de la ciudad, el hotel está situado en una zona no turística, pero todo está en una zona fácil de llegar y muchos lugares para comer en unos minutos a pie.

I cannot begin to say how absolutely fantastic Hotel Arioso was for. The first moment I contacted them to the moment we left. I wanted to take my husband to Paris for a surprise birthday trip and contacted a number of hotels to check availability and see how they responded. Hotel Arioso was, by a mile, the quickest, friendliest and most helpful response. They went out of their way to make me feel that we would be most welcome and they would do what they could to make our trip as special as I wanted it to be. The first person I spoke to, Emanuelle, was absolutely lovely and answered all my questions extremely quickly. She acknowledged that it was my husband’s birthday and let me know there would be a little surprise waiting for him. It became quickly apparent that Hotel Arioso was far more friendly than other hotels I had contacted and seemed to really care that we stayed there and that we would have a wonderful time. I booked and then started speaking to Sana. Sana was beyond incredible. She answered my numerous questions about transport, restaurants, proximity to places I wanted to visit and nothing was too much trouble for her. When we arrived we were delighted to discover a stunning little boutique hotel on a quiet street in one of the best parts of Paris, less than ten minutes walk from the Palais Garnier in the opera district (where I had booked tickets for us to spend the evening at the ballet) and Galleries Lafayette. Sana gave us the warmest welcome possible and made us feel she was genuinely delighted to meet us. We went up to our room, small but beautiful and extremely clean and comfortable with everything we could possibly need. On the bed they had put a delightful birthday package together for my husband of balloons, macarons, sweets and other Parisian treats. Breakfast was excellent. Everything was fresh and of the very best quality. I have stayed in a few hotels in various parts of France over the past year and breakfasts have generally not been great but the breakfast at Hotel Arioso was extremely good and the exception. I honestly cannot praise this hotel and its staff more highly and recommend it without any hesitation whatsoever.

The hotel is ideally located to major tourist attractions. The hotel staff is nice and accommodating. The rooms are smaller than I imagined. I do not think it’s ideal for 2 people. The drink and restaurant/room service menu is limited, but service and food was good. My stay at this hotel was fine.

Gustó · El hotel está ubicado en una zona buenísima y cerca de una boca de metro, con un montón de restaurantes y bares cerca, eso si, por las noches está desierta la zona Había leído que la habitación era muy estrecha e iba preparada para que no me entrase ni la mochila, y nada que ver La habitación es estrecha, pero desde donde acaba la cama al baño hay sitio de sobra, hasta hay 1 burro para colgar la ropa La cama comodísima, todo muy limpio y cuidado, hasta nos hacían la cama cada día y nos cambiaban las toallas El baño si que es pequeñísimo pero para ducharse, usar el baño y lavarse los dientes, de sobra Para los precios de Paris, este alojamiento tiene una relación calidad/precio inmejorable y con unos trabajadores encantadores
