Hermoso entorno, buena ubicación geográfica, transporte conveniente, habitaciones cómodas e higiénicas, el personal de servicio es muy entusiasta, las instalaciones son muy humanas, la señal de la red de alta velocidad es buena, la vista fuera de la ventana es buena. First time staying at OS. Not the first time staying at Pine Cliffs as have been coming to this resort for a few years now. Hugo at concierge was SO helpful and friendly. Accommodation was spot on. Spacious, well maintained and airy. Comfortable beds and bedding. Plenty of towels and tea/coffee provided. Daily housekeeping and also helped by turndown too! One pool towel provided per person as long as you have a towel card (which is returned to you once you return your towel). One resort downside is parking - as the resort has rapidly increased over the past few years, and bearing in mind we visited late October, you may find a parking spot close to the OS or you’re stuck with a five minute walk away, after trying to source a parking spot!. Some cars are just badly parked (abandoned) and therefore prevents others parking next to them. Unsure how this will impact during the busier months? I really wouldn’t want to know! Good playground area which is open till late. Kids clubs still available which we used years ago and it still appears very popular. Tennis courts haven’t changed in years. Although still very busy, personally, l think they could all do with a lick of paint and a good ‘freshening up’. Book in advance as it get busy most days. Golf, as normal, is heavily booked in advance. The course remains stunning as ever! Whilst we were in the golf shop golfers were trying to book ahead for March 2024! The road through the resort is very busy, dark and many cars don’t regard folk walking on the side of the road (due to lack of pavements), and with minimal street lighting, it’s often hard to see walkers. I would bear this in mind if walking with prams or toddlers in tow, perhaps a light on the pram would be helpful. Trade vans in particular speed through the resort. When leaving the resort, again, be mindful as the road is unlit. However, once you get out onto the main street, all is fine. There is a small supermarket out on the main road. Caters for basics. If you have a car, there is an Aldi about five minutes drive from the resort. Altogether it was a nice break and the weather was glorious which is often a gamble in late October! Spa is lovely although no treatments were received on this trip, we used the saunas / jacuzzi pool. All were very impressive, clean and well maintained. Should we return, we will now only stay in the Ocean Suites!

The Garden Suites are the newest rooms at Pine Cliffs and they are stunning! We previously stayed at the Pine Cliffs Hotel in 2019, and we can’t fault it, it was lovely but the Garden suites are so luxurious and modern!! The beds are so comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped with plates, cutlery, cups etc and if you are self catering there is a FABULOUS supermarket just around a 5 minute walk from the Garden suites. The pool is lovely, and is often fairly quiet because the Garden suites are towards the back of the resort. It’s about a 10 minute walk to breakfast, which is no problem, it’s a lovely walk, and you get to see a lot of the resorts (including some adorable cats). Everything is clean!!! The cleaners are fabulous and so kind!! We are returning in a few weeks, for the 3rd time in the past year, what can I say, we LOVE IT! The balconies are a lovely size, we were absolutely blessed last time with 2 MASSIVE balconies, can’t even explain how amazing it was to sit on them after dinner and play a game of UNO with the family!! Best resort, fully worth of its 5 stars!!

El hotel dispone de una excelente piscina cercana a la familia en Pine Cliffs. Preferred to go to the larger pool next to the O’Grill restaurant for easy lunch access! El resort tiene restaurantes hermosos, algo para todos, pero sólo un paseo corto del resort le lleva a otros 10 restaurantes - indios, tapas, italianos, hamburguesas, etc si usted quiere cambiar o quiere ahorrar dinero! Además, hay un supermercado justo enfrente de la entrada principal. Restaurante de la playa de gran tamaño, un verdadero trato para el almuerzo o la cena. La habitación no está lista hasta las 16:00, que fue un pequeño inconveniente, pero la próxima vez será mejor organizada para que podamos conseguir algunos shorts, etc. de la maleta para entrar directamente en el modo de vacaciones. Para mí, es importante: altas condiciones de instalaciones, servicio agradable, número de piscinas/restaurantes, acceso cercano a la playa, pero también fácil acceso a restaurantes fuera del resort. ¡También me gustaba el tamaño del resort - tomaron unos días para conseguir nuestros arbustos y encontrar los cortes cortos!

Mañana termina nuestra fantástica estancia en este hotel, dividido en bloques de apartamentos. Todo excelente: APARTAMENTO: es muy amplio, con camas y almohadas muy cómodas. Tiene dos estancias y un baño enorme con productos cosméticos de gran calidad. BUFET: comida muy variada, de calidad y muy rica. La comida siempre caliente y reposición constante. En el bar de la piscina hay snacks de 12 a 6 de la tarde (hamburguesas, perritos...siempre recién hechos). PISCINAS: ●hay una con toboganes para niños hasta 17 años y un barco con toboganes y zona splash para niños más pequeños. Está vigilada por un socorrista que siempre está pendiente de que no pase nada y listo niños se tiren de forma ordenada. ●también hay una piscina lago rodeada de tumbonas que está genial para nadar y d**** un baño. EXTERIORES: muy cuidados y limpios. Además, el recinto está cerrado perimetralmente, lo que transmite mucha seguridad. ANIMACIÓN: el equipo de animación es genial. Mencion especial a David, Gabriel y Mariana Jesús, que motivan a niños y mayores con sus actividades. Rubén, uno de los gerentes es un gran profesional, siempre pendiente de todo. Por poner una pega, la limpieza de la habitación se hace muy tarde. Sin duda, un hotel para repetir y unas vacaciones maravillosas.

Hola Este fue nuestro segundo viaje. Mi primer viaje fue el año pasado en el mismo hotel y fueron los mejores tres años que pasamos en cualquier hotel. Nos encantó el hotel y todo, desde el servicio hasta la ubicación de la comida, todo, pero esta vez nos trataron horriblemente en la recepción. El personal de la recepción fue el peor que un hotel debería tener como primer contacto. En primer lugar, nos dieron una cama separada para una pareja y cuando pedimos que las camas se unieran, el personal de la recepción después de media hora esperando a que alguien viniera y se uniera. las camas nos dijeron y eso también de la peor manera posible que el servicio de limpieza vendrá cuando tengan tiempo la peor experiencia que cualquiera puede tener en un hotel donde ha reservado una segunda vez para el tratamiento que ha recibido anteriormente no lo recomendaré Alguien para reservar este hotel, no sé, fue porque reservamos a través de trip. com porque nos trataron muy mal.

El complejo se trata de una especie de ”aldea” con pistas de tenis, parques para niños, minimarket, bar, cafetería y 4 o 5 piscinas, una de ellas con toboganes para los niños pero muy demandada. Los usuarios del hotel o de los apartamentos tienen acceso a todas las zonas comunes. Nos tocó un apartamento bastante bueno: amplio y con el baño reformado, aunque por lo que vi no todos eran tan nuevos como el nuestro porque hay zonas un poco más antiguas. Todo estaba muy limpio y las camas eran cómodas. Salón con terraza y TV internacional. La cocina (integrada en el salón) estaba bastante bien equipada con vitrocerámica, horno, tostador, microondas y bastante menaje. El complejo se situa en la parte alta de un acantilado, por lo que tiene muy buenas vistas y acceso propio a la playa por unas escaleras (puede ser algo dificultoso para personas muy mayores). El buffet del desayuno bastante correcto y variado: tostadas, huevos, champiñones, cereales y fruta... No había geles ni utensilios de baño, y tampoco de limpieza para la cocina (estropajos, trapos...) Nos costó bastante aparcar algunos días, ya que creo que no hay aparcamiento para todos los alojamientos que tienen y es algo molesto sobre todo si llegas a horas cercanas a la noche. En la época en la que fuimos el complejo no estaba lleno, pero en otras épocas pueden estar masificadas algunas zonas. El Wifi creo que solo funciona en recepción. Está a las afueras de Albufeira, por lo que tienes que usar el coche para ir al pueblo pero son solo 4 minutos en coche.

Impecable!!! Es decir poco. Desde la recepción todos sus empeñados son absolutamente amables, serviciales y eficientes. El hotel es bellos, los cuartos hermosamente decorados, cómodos y más que limpios. El desayuno súper completo!!!! El día que llegamos la Gerente del hotel se dió cuenta que era el cumpleaños de mi marido y nos mandó una botella de champan al cuarto para celebrarlo. Cómo ellos mismos dicen todo son detalles de confort en este hotel. Todo hermoso. Pero su gente es lo que lo hace inolvidable. muchas gracias por estos días !!!!
