Hoteles en Puerto de Beilun, Ningbo

Very friendly and helpful staff always at your service. A home away from home. Can strongly recommend!

He ampliado 3 días más.

The hotel is very well maintained. The room I stayed in is clean and amenities are well thought out and arranged. There attention to details. Most of all, upon my arrival, I was greeted by David Li, one of the front desk managers. His discretion together with his helpful advice and eagerness to serve even with odd requests all made my visit very positive and pleasant. I make a yearly visit to Ningbo and have vowed to stay with Radisson each year on my return. There is however two limitations; 1) if only the gym could start at 7am instead of 9am. That way, guests can do gym and then have breakfast. 2) there is a lack of other facilities like a cafe that serves coffee and light meals. But overall, a great hotel and worth the money.

My recent business trip to China hit a snag when I found myself running low on RMB, turning simple tasks like eating and shopping into real challenges. I first tried to exchange my euros for Chinese RMB at my company-booked hotel, but they couldn't help. As a last resort, I walked into a nearby Atour Hotel to ask if I could exchange euros for RMB there. The moment I entered, the front desk agent greeted me with a warm smile and a cup of hot tea. That instant warmth and genuine Chinese hospitality put me completely at ease. After I explained my situation, she sketched a clear map to nearby banks and then, seeing my confusion, kindly offered, ”Let me take you there!” She accompanied me to several banks, but none handled foreign exchange on weekends. Undaunted, she persisted until we found one that could exchange my currency. As if her help wasn't enough, it suddenly started pouring while we were inside. She rushed back to the hotel in the rain and returned with an umbrella, saying, ”I didn't want you to get wet. Please keep it.” I was truly amazed by her kindness to a non-guest. So, when I returned to Beilun, I didn’t hesitate to skip my company's hotel and chose Atour instead. It was absolutely the right decision. The room was well-equipped and spotless, the bedding was incredibly comfortable, and the service was thoughtful in every aspect. My thanks again to that front desk employee. Her kindness didn’t just solve a practical problem—it left me with a lasting impression of the warmth and sincerity of Chinese hospitality.

Thank you very much for Nicole's care. This time in Ningbo, she personally took care of everything from check-in to check-out, which was very touching. She upgraded my room, which met my requirements. The room was very quiet, and she also gave me two breakfasts as gifts. Fruit drinks were readily available, and she warmly helped me check in to my room, leaving a deep impression on me

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel while attending the VNL 2026 Men’s Volleyball Finals. The hotel was clean, and the room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. Although the staff could not speak English, they were incredibly friendly and did their best to communicate using translation apps. Their service was truly exceptional. One of my friends accidentally left some belongings on a train, and the staff went out of their way to help us contact the railway staff. Thanks to their kindness and dedication, my friend was able to recover the lost items. We were extremely grateful and deeply impressed by their outstanding hospitality. The hotel also provided four complimentary bottles of drinking water every day, which was a thoughtful touch and especially appreciated in the hot summer weather.

Overall, the hotel is clean and the location is convenient. However, compared to my previous stay, the room was not as well organized. Although the room is clean, disposable amenities are not replenished daily, and there is no hand soap or liquid soap provided in the bathroom. With better daily housekeeping and complete bathroom supplies, the overall stay would be much improved.
