After reserving, I received a courtesy call from the hotel, and we then connected on WeChat since I don’t speak Chinese. The hotel introduced me to Long, the housekeeper, who coordinated our entire stay with great care and attention. Before our arrival, they asked if we had any special requests. As my wife and I were celebrating our anniversary, I asked them to decorate the room with flowers—and they did a beautiful job. They also asked about our dinner and breakfast preferences and were impressively organized in their preparations. We arrived on a Saturday afternoon, but our taxi had trouble locating the hotel. I called Long, and he immediately came out to meet us—a huge help! When we checked in, they welcomed us with refreshments and even surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade. The room had a bathtub, which our three-year-old son especially loved. To our delight, they had thoughtfully prepared a child’s hygiene kit for him, including kid-friendly soap, shampoo, and a dental kit. We also received a handwritten note, a fresh fruit bowl, and a lovely bouquet of flowers. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, spotless, and very tastefully decorated. There’s a small indoor play area for children, including a slide, tent, and games—our son played there every day. We also enjoyed strolling around the grounds and spending time at the scenic swimming pool, which is nestled in the mountains. The food was another highlight: we had a delicious Chinese dinner and a traditional Chinese breakfast, both full of flavor. Throughout our stay, Long was incredibly helpful and made our trip truly special. Thank you, Long! I highly recommend Lost Villa. They have other locations as well, and we’re definitely looking forward to staying with them again.

Embraced by the beauty of the mountains, this hotel is a true gem, offering panoramic views of bamboo forests from each room. The common dining area is a visual delight, adorned with tasteful furnishings and bathed in ample natural light. Our stay was elevated by the genuinely warm and accommodating staff, who went above and beyond to provide insightful recommendations for exploring the area. Despite not having a car, the hotel's strategic location allowed us to embark on a delightful on-foot adventure. A scenic hike from the hotel unveiled a hidden gem—a breathtaking waterfall that added an extra layer of enchantment to our stay. Moreover, a leisurely walk down the mountain led us to a charming village nestled on the edge of a vast lake, creating the perfect setting for a tranquil sunset stroll. Our overall experience at this haven was nothing short of magical. The thoughtful details, combined with the friendly staff and natural wonders surrounding the hotel, made it a memorable retreat. We can genuinely say this place exceeded our expectations, and we're already planning our return. Highly recommended for those seeking a perfect blend of nature, comfort, and warm hospitality.

Durante el Festival de la primavera de principios del año, el suelo era bueno, el agua de las montañas era tranquilo y el entorno estaba tranquilo. La salida era básicamente el viejo camino de la montaña. We booked for a junior suite and got upgraded to one bedroom suite - wonderful service from Alex Ou! He not only provided lovely hospitality, he also cared for our needs throughout our stay! The room was huge with sea-view balcony, adding sweetness to our stay. MUST DO: Check out the hotel outdoor and indoor swimming pool, plus a visit to the 131 Warship. The restaurant on the 1st floor, Cape No. 1, also sell fresh seafood. We had nice dinner plus room service from the Ocean restaurant. Highly recommended! Nice view absolutely. Overall, we'll come back. 😁

With professionalism and attention to detail, she introduced the hotel’s amenities and kindly recommended an upgrade to the Lakeside Suite—a decision that immersed us in a dreamlike Jiangnan experience far beyond our expectations. The Lakeside Suite framed Dongqian Lake like a living ink-wash painting. Each morning, we opened the floor-to-ceiling windows to mist-kissed waters resembling a classical scroll; by dusk, the lake shimmered in amber hues under the setting sun, dotted with distant sailboats. Inside, the suite masterfully balanced traditional Chinese aesthetics with contemporary comfort—exquisitely carved screens divided the tranquil living space, embroidered cushions complemented modern art pieces, and the freestanding bathtub by the window created the illusion of floating above the lake. The smart bedside control system, allowing us to adjust lighting and curtains with a touch, harmonized technology with timeless elegance. May’s service was nothing short of impeccable. Noticing our preference for quiet mornings, she proactively adjusted housekeeping schedules. When we expressed interest in local flavors, she not only recommended authentic Ningbo restaurants but also hand-drew a map of nearby attractions. These thoughtful, personalized touches transformed a routine stay into a heartfelt experience. At checkout, a carefully prepared gift and a handwritten note from May added the perfect sentimental farewell. Park Hyatt Ningbo redefines luxury through details—not in opulent extravagance, but in the artful fusion of cultural heritage, intuitive service, and refined design. Here, every corner whispers a Jiangnan tale, and every gesture carries genuine warmth. 衞生間：可能是開的時間久了，維護稍差一些，我們住的那個房間也不知道到底算智能馬桶還是不是，反正手動沖水感覺馬桶要堵，要等一會兒智能馬桶不工作的狀態再受手動沖一次，才能算沖完馬桶（為了方便酒店改進，寫得過於詳細了） 房間：冰箱真的可有可無，因為實在太吵了。 其他設施都ok，可以接受。 酒店的晚餐菜味道還行，就是那個米飯啊，真的是不知道怎麼回事，特別不好吃。早飯蠻豐盛的，比較健康，建議多一點可以配白粥的小菜。 酒店的咖啡還蠻不錯的，熱拿鐵點贊👍，套餐送的下午茶沒來得及吃，還給打包了，特別好。酒店晚上還有小朋友的活動，也蠻好的。地理位置挺好的，這次來的時間也蠻好的，一點沒感覺到熱，酒店自帶小溪流，整體設計看得出當年是很有心思的，有一種偏安一隅的幽靜。
