After reserving, I received a courtesy call from the hotel, and we then connected on WeChat since I don’t speak Chinese. The hotel introduced me to Long, the housekeeper, who coordinated our entire stay with great care and attention. Before our arrival, they asked if we had any special requests. As my wife and I were celebrating our anniversary, I asked them to decorate the room with flowers—and they did a beautiful job. They also asked about our dinner and breakfast preferences and were impressively organized in their preparations. We arrived on a Saturday afternoon, but our taxi had trouble locating the hotel. I called Long, and he immediately came out to meet us—a huge help! When we checked in, they welcomed us with refreshments and even surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade. The room had a bathtub, which our three-year-old son especially loved. To our delight, they had thoughtfully prepared a child’s hygiene kit for him, including kid-friendly soap, shampoo, and a dental kit. We also received a handwritten note, a fresh fruit bowl, and a lovely bouquet of flowers. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, spotless, and very tastefully decorated. There’s a small indoor play area for children, including a slide, tent, and games—our son played there every day. We also enjoyed strolling around the grounds and spending time at the scenic swimming pool, which is nestled in the mountains. The food was another highlight: we had a delicious Chinese dinner and a traditional Chinese breakfast, both full of flavor. Throughout our stay, Long was incredibly helpful and made our trip truly special. Thank you, Long! I highly recommend Lost Villa. They have other locations as well, and we’re definitely looking forward to staying with them again.

Our stay was elevated by the genuinely warm and accommodating staff, who went above and beyond to provide insightful recommendations for exploring the area. Despite not having a car, the hotel's strategic location allowed us to embark on a delightful on-foot adventure. A scenic hike from the hotel unveiled a hidden gem—a breathtaking waterfall that added an extra layer of enchantment to our stay. Moreover, a leisurely walk down the mountain led us to a charming village nestled on the edge of a vast lake, creating the perfect setting for a tranquil sunset stroll. Our overall experience at this haven was nothing short of magical. The thoughtful details, combined with the friendly staff and natural wonders surrounding the hotel, made it a memorable retreat. We can genuinely say this place exceeded our expectations, and we're already planning our return. Highly recommended for those seeking a perfect blend of nature, comfort, and warm hospitality.

La salida era básicamente el viejo camino de la montaña. La noche vio el cielo estrellado que se había desmoronado durante mucho tiempo, el fuego nos coloró rojo, y el rojo de la manzana era demasiado perfumado para rechazar. La mañana despertó con el sonido de los pájaros. El jefe de Zika es un buen hombre. El balcón puede ver las grandes árboles del puente de ”Chang'an”, que son frunciosos, cómodos y elegantes. What a wonderful hotel! About half an hour before we arrived I had conracted the hotel for a special request and they made sure it happened. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the food was very good. We enjoyed our own private hot spring spa in our room and the ones in the public area. It is a great place to go when you want to get out of the city. We went for a long walk to explore the area and it was beautiful. I hope to go back to this hotel again soon!

Los mariscos eran frescos y el precio era razonable. Lo que más le gustó a los niños fue la piscina cubierta, no querían salir. También fuimos a la playa a jugar con la arena y toda la familia se lo pasó genial. El estacionamiento es conveniente y no está lejos del lago Jiulong. Toda la familia quedó satisfecha esta vez. ¡Si tenemos la oportunidad, volveremos! Lo recomiendo a familias que viajen con niños y ancianos.

We booked for a junior suite and got upgraded to one bedroom suite - wonderful service from Alex Ou! He not only provided lovely hospitality, he also cared for our needs throughout our stay! The room was huge with sea-view balcony, adding sweetness to our stay. MUST DO: Check out the hotel outdoor and indoor swimming pool, plus a visit to the 131 Warship. The restaurant on the 1st floor, Cape No. 1, also sell fresh seafood. We had nice dinner plus room service from the Ocean restaurant. Highly recommended! Nice view absolutely. Overall, we'll come back. 😁

這家酒店太有歷史了，我是真的很喜歡這個森林裏温泉♨️的感覺！這是第二次來了，儘管寧海又開了幾家新的温泉酒店還是選擇了這裏，氡温泉的治癒功能自是不必説，森林小木屋的私湯也是很棒的！就是裝修太老舊了，最好能重新裝個地暖，不然靠空調取暖噪音太大了，另外床品也太差了，起碼應該跟x季經濟型酒店靠齊吧？床墊都能硌屁股，這個實在不應該啊！工作人員很負責，還負責幫忙把行李抬上山，但是下山就沒人管了，還有就是住小木屋的客人泡温泉要繞到大堂也不大合理啊，可以刷卡直接進出就方便多了！
