這次寧波三天兩晚之旅，帶着10個多月的小寶寶，對於酒店三天兩晚含早+明閣一頓正餐的套餐價格來説是滿意的，給好評！ 昆蟲課有爬蟲觸摸，摸了小黑蛇、豹紋守宮，體驗感很好！ 服務：提前一週管家kitty就加好了微信，幫忙留了圍欄、嬰兒床，並且在前一天滿房的情況下，怕耽誤我們入住給升級了尊貴湖景房，在三樓，景觀非常好，再次感謝kitty，對她的服務很滿意 設施：室內小童樂園很大，玩的很開心，有蹦床、海洋球、滑梯。房間裏窗簾全自動，不是自動馬桶，沒有膠囊咖啡機，是掛耳咖啡。 衞生：有比較大的改善空間，房間地上角落裡有衞生死角，浴缸上方有蜘蛛網。室內小童樂園早上開門第一個進去就有明顯的垃圾，顯然是沒有打掃清潔另外，餐廳寶寶椅、房間圍欄嬰兒床都比較臟，希望可以整體換新或者加強清潔。

The hotel was really good and a really good location,with great views,free parking and lots of shops inside the hotel.

We had a really excellent stay at the Crowne Plaza. We were upgraded to a family room which was very spacious and perfect for our needs (traveling with two young children). The facilities (especially all of the child-friendly amenities) were great - a huge play area for the kids, lego area, cinema room, crafts, and arcade. My son loved the go-carts on the rooftop. The view and location of this hotel is spectacular - right on the water. We'd love to come back in the summer and enjoy the outdoor pool. My husband is vegetarian (no fish or meat) and there were tons of options for him at the buffet - I was unsure of this when booking, but honestly there were so many excellent and diverse options for him. We'd say one of the best buffets in terms of vegetarian options we've experienced in China. For the rest of us, who could enjoy the seafood - this was also incredible. 

I checked in early in the morning which the hotel didnt have rooms yet, so receptionist Babbby served me very well, complimentary upgrade, complimentary breakfast and arranged to take my luggage to the room when ready while I was out, great service. The only thing is when I got to room 3009 as the corridor end room, , the electricity must have problems, lights could not turn on, the bathroom lights turned on but for 1 sec and turned off itself, I repeated and played around the switch a few times then gave up, so when i was just about to walk out with my luggage, it turns on, the curtain motor closed 2/3 and stopped untill i played around with the switch , suggest hotel to do maintenence for the room or stay away.

Upon arrival, May, the Front Office Manager, greeted us with a warm smile that instantly melted away our travel fatigue. With professionalism and attention to detail, she introduced the hotel’s amenities and kindly recommended an upgrade to the Lakeside Suite—a decision that immersed us in a dreamlike Jiangnan experience far beyond our expectations. The Lakeside Suite framed Dongqian Lake like a living ink-wash painting. Each morning, we opened the floor-to-ceiling windows to mist-kissed waters resembling a classical scroll; by dusk, the lake shimmered in amber hues under the setting sun, dotted with distant sailboats. Inside, the suite masterfully balanced traditional Chinese aesthetics with contemporary comfort—exquisitely carved screens divided the tranquil living space, embroidered cushions complemented modern art pieces, and the freestanding bathtub by the window created the illusion of floating above the lake. The smart bedside control system, allowing us to adjust lighting and curtains with a touch, harmonized technology with timeless elegance. May’s service was nothing short of impeccable. Noticing our preference for quiet mornings, she proactively adjusted housekeeping schedules. When we expressed interest in local flavors, she not only recommended authentic Ningbo restaurants but also hand-drew a map of nearby attractions. These thoughtful, personalized touches transformed a routine stay into a heartfelt experience. At checkout, a carefully prepared gift and a handwritten note from May added the perfect sentimental farewell. Park Hyatt Ningbo redefines luxury through details—not in opulent extravagance, but in the artful fusion of cultural heritage, intuitive service, and refined design. Here, every corner whispers a Jiangnan tale, and every gesture carries genuine warmth. Breakfast Variety: The breakfast spread was impressive, with an array of options to suit different tastes. Whether you prefer a hearty meal or something light, the hotel caters to all preferences. Fully Stocked Mini Bar: The mini bar was a pleasant surprise. It was well-stocked, allowing guests to indulge in their favorite beverages and snacks. However, there were a couple of areas where the hotel fell short: Toiletry Oversight: Unfortunately, the housekeeping team overlooked the essential toiletries. I missed having a dental kit, comb, body cream, and shower gel. Even the shampoo was absent from the toiletries collection. Tiny Bottles: In the cabinet, I found only tiny bottles of body wash and shampoo. While they were functional, I expected more comprehensive amenities. In summary, CITIC Ningbo International Hotel offers a nostalgic charm, excellent location, and stylish ambiance. With a little attention to detail, it could regain its former glory.
