He estado en Shifang muchas veces, y tanto las casas antiguas como las villas modernas e independientes han sido satisfactorias. Esta vez, fui con unos amigos y nos alojamos en un dúplex en la casa antigua. La habitación era muy grande y tenía un patio común y una sala de estar en la entrada, perfectos para sentarse a charlar y tomar té. Debo destacar el servicio de mayordomo. Desde que llegamos al hotel hasta que nos fuimos dos noches después, aunque no los vimos en persona, el servicio estuvo presente en todo momento. Cualquier necesidad que tuviéramos, bastaba con mencionarla por WeChat, y la organización del coche o la provisión de artículos se resolvían al instante. Este valor añadido hace que valga la pena volver una y otra vez.

I recently stayed at a hotel, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The room was modern, bright, and very quiet, even though the area was quite busy. The bed was extremely comfortable, with soft, well-kept linens that made a big difference after long days out. The bathroom was also great, with a strong shower and good-quality amenities. The service was one of the highlights of the stay. The staff were always polite, attentive, and quick to help with anything needed, from check-in to small requests during the stay. Breakfast had a good variety of options, all well-prepared and tasty, including fresh fruit, pastries, and hot drinks. Overall, it was a very pleasant and convenient experience. It was a comfortable stay, and I would definitely come back again.

Me lo pasé genial alojándome en este hotel. La ubicación es muy práctica: está cerca de un centro comercial, un museo y muchos restaurantes diferentes. Llegar a restaurantes y zonas comerciales es rápido y fácil, y también agradecí poder pedir comida y que me la entregaran directamente en la habitación. El desayuno fue excelente, con una amplia variedad de opciones. La comida estaba bien preparada y la disfruté mucho. La hospitalidad fue lo más destacado: el personal fue amable, educado, servicial y muy atento durante toda mi estancia. Mi habitación era de buen tamaño, limpia y cómoda. El exterior del hotel es precioso, y me gustó la distribución con diferentes edificios (Bloque A y Bloque B). Me alojé en el Bloque B. Los únicos pequeños inconvenientes fueron las obras junto al hotel, que causaron algo de ruido. Sin embargo, el hotel lo gestionó con mucha consideración, proporcionando un aviso, junto con antifaces y tapones para los oídos, algo que agradecí mucho. Otro pequeño inconveniente fue que mi habitación estaba muy lejos del ascensor, lo que requería un largo paseo por el pasillo. Sería útil que hubiera un ascensor adicional o un acceso más fácil al otro extremo del edificio. En general, fue una estancia maravillosa y, a pesar de los pequeños inconvenientes, sin duda recomendaría este hotel y me alojaría aquí de nuevo con gusto.

¡Vine con toda mi familia, niños y ancianos incluidos, al Ningbo Jiulong Lake Kaiyuan Resort por un fin de semana (dos días y una noche), y es realmente perfecto para viajes familiares! The hotel is very well located, right next to the lake and not far from Hanling village. We originally booked a garden view room but we were upgraded to a lake view. We had a terrace and the view was amazing!!! The compound is quite large and great for an evening stroll. The breakfast options were varied and the food was delicious. The restaurant staff were friendly and very attentive, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable. The staff at reception were also great. Very friendly when we arrived and very helpful to get us a golf cart to get to and from our room to the restaurant building. The only small thing that could be improved in my opinion is the cleanliness in the room. I'm a bit of a clean freak so I noticed a few things that required attention: a small stain on the sofa, some stains on the toilet floor, and there was a small start of mpuld behind the sink taps. I would've also liked for the bins to have rubbish bags inside. Small things though, and overall we really enjoyed our stay, and we definitely return.

La primera vez que te quedas en la corona del mar de la montaña, la ubicación del hotel es excelente, el servicio del director del hotel es muy bueno, el director de la hora es muy bueno, me envía mensajes de actividad antes de que te quedes, no te aburres de resolver el problema durante la estadía, ¡Gracias! El balcón de la habitación del hotel es grande, frente al mar, también puede beber el paisaje del mar en la habitación, el proyecto de los padres del hotel es muy rico, hay mucho contenido en el interior y el exterior, la piscina es excelente, hay piscinas de paisaje del mar, y la piscina de playa infantil, el bebé es muy agradable. El restaurante chino del hotel está muy delicioso. Todos estamos comiendo en el hotel durante dos días. Los frutos de mar son muy frescos! El fotógrafo Ad es una excelente tecnología para la toma de fotos!

With professionalism and attention to detail, she introduced the hotel’s amenities and kindly recommended an upgrade to the Lakeside Suite—a decision that immersed us in a dreamlike Jiangnan experience far beyond our expectations. The Lakeside Suite framed Dongqian Lake like a living ink-wash painting. Each morning, we opened the floor-to-ceiling windows to mist-kissed waters resembling a classical scroll; by dusk, the lake shimmered in amber hues under the setting sun, dotted with distant sailboats. Inside, the suite masterfully balanced traditional Chinese aesthetics with contemporary comfort—exquisitely carved screens divided the tranquil living space, embroidered cushions complemented modern art pieces, and the freestanding bathtub by the window created the illusion of floating above the lake. The smart bedside control system, allowing us to adjust lighting and curtains with a touch, harmonized technology with timeless elegance. May’s service was nothing short of impeccable. Noticing our preference for quiet mornings, she proactively adjusted housekeeping schedules. When we expressed interest in local flavors, she not only recommended authentic Ningbo restaurants but also hand-drew a map of nearby attractions. These thoughtful, personalized touches transformed a routine stay into a heartfelt experience. At checkout, a carefully prepared gift and a handwritten note from May added the perfect sentimental farewell. Park Hyatt Ningbo redefines luxury through details—not in opulent extravagance, but in the artful fusion of cultural heritage, intuitive service, and refined design. Here, every corner whispers a Jiangnan tale, and every gesture carries genuine warmth. From my room, I had a delightful view of the surroundings, which added to the overall experience. Breakfast Variety: The breakfast spread was impressive, with an array of options to suit different tastes. Whether you prefer a hearty meal or something light, the hotel caters to all preferences. Fully Stocked Mini Bar: The mini bar was a pleasant surprise. It was well-stocked, allowing guests to indulge in their favorite beverages and snacks. However, there were a couple of areas where the hotel fell short: Toiletry Oversight: Unfortunately, the housekeeping team overlooked the essential toiletries. I missed having a dental kit, comb, body cream, and shower gel. Even the shampoo was absent from the toiletries collection. Tiny Bottles: In the cabinet, I found only tiny bottles of body wash and shampoo. While they were functional, I expected more comprehensive amenities. In summary, CITIC Ningbo International Hotel offers a nostalgic charm, excellent location, and stylish ambiance. With a little attention to detail, it could regain its former glory.
