From the moment I arrived, he was incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely cared about ensuring everything went smoothly. Although my stay was short and very busy, his kindness and attention to detail stood out. It’s rare to meet someone who makes guests feel so comfortable and valued. Thank you, Igor . He estado en Shifang muchas veces, y tanto las casas antiguas como las villas modernas e independientes han sido satisfactorias. Desde que llegamos al hotel hasta que nos fuimos dos noches después, aunque no los vimos en persona, el servicio estuvo presente en todo momento. It was good for my business trip. Kind staffs at the front desk. Comfortable stay and convenient for outting and eateries just at the front side of the hotel (shopping mall, Starbucks & Mcdonald available)

My friend and I enjoyed our stay here. We stayed here for 3 nights. After 8.30pm, the hotel provides complimentary 热牛奶 and 黑米粥. Besides this, they also provide complimentary essential oil for relaxation. In addition, there is milk and 艾草(Artemisia argyi) where you can place it in your bath. It was very heartwarming to receive a greeting message from the 管家 when we were back to the hotel after a long tiring day. Overall, my friend and I are very satisfied with the hotel and the good service of their staff.

酒店環境非常好，升級了湖景房型，視野很開闊，可以直接在房間的露台上看見湖景，房間很大衞生很好。酒店內的景色就已經很夠看了，出門就在馬山濕地，幾個漂亮的咖啡館也在附近，非常方便。酒店園區內也有適寵的設計和小童樂園，適合有寵物的家庭和親子家庭。Kevin管家服務很細緻周到，非常熱情，我們遇到的問題都能協助我們解決，很感謝在入住期間向我們提供的幫助。唯一需要注意的是晚上明閣餐廳的菜需要提前預訂，不然可能會想吃的東西都賣完了，最好在計劃吃之前要一份當季的menu，如果有特定想吃的提前問問。

La habitación de la familia era muy amplia y perfecta para nuestras necesidades (viajar con dos niños). El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad, donde se encuentran los niños y los niños que se encuentran en el centro de la ciudad. Upon arrival, May, the Front Office Manager, greeted us with a warm smile that instantly melted away our travel fatigue. With professionalism and attention to detail, she introduced the hotel’s amenities and kindly recommended an upgrade to the Lakeside Suite—a decision that immersed us in a dreamlike Jiangnan experience far beyond our expectations. The Lakeside Suite framed Dongqian Lake like a living ink-wash painting. Each morning, we opened the floor-to-ceiling windows to mist-kissed waters resembling a classical scroll; by dusk, the lake shimmered in amber hues under the setting sun, dotted with distant sailboats. Inside, the suite masterfully balanced traditional Chinese aesthetics with contemporary comfort—exquisitely carved screens divided the tranquil living space, embroidered cushions complemented modern art pieces, and the freestanding bathtub by the window created the illusion of floating above the lake. The smart bedside control system, allowing us to adjust lighting and curtains with a touch, harmonized technology with timeless elegance. May’s service was nothing short of impeccable. Noticing our preference for quiet mornings, she proactively adjusted housekeeping schedules. When we expressed interest in local flavors, she not only recommended authentic Ningbo restaurants but also hand-drew a map of nearby attractions. These thoughtful, personalized touches transformed a routine stay into a heartfelt experience. At checkout, a carefully prepared gift and a handwritten note from May added the perfect sentimental farewell. Park Hyatt Ningbo redefines luxury through details—not in opulent extravagance, but in the artful fusion of cultural heritage, intuitive service, and refined design. Here, every corner whispers a Jiangnan tale, and every gesture carries genuine warmth. The vintage touches combined with modern aesthetics create a captivating atmosphere. Prime Location: CITIC Ningbo enjoys an enviable location, offering easy access to the heart of the city. From my room, I had a delightful view of the surroundings, which added to the overall experience. Breakfast Variety: The breakfast spread was impressive, with an array of options to suit different tastes. Whether you prefer a hearty meal or something light, the hotel caters to all preferences. Fully Stocked Mini Bar: The mini bar was a pleasant surprise. It was well-stocked, allowing guests to indulge in their favorite beverages and snacks. However, there were a couple of areas where the hotel fell short: Toiletry Oversight: Unfortunately, the housekeeping team overlooked the essential toiletries. I missed having a dental kit, comb, body cream, and shower gel. Even the shampoo was absent from the toiletries collection. Tiny Bottles: In the cabinet, I found only tiny bottles of body wash and shampoo. While they were functional, I expected more comprehensive amenities. In summary, CITIC Ningbo International Hotel offers a nostalgic charm, excellent location, and stylish ambiance. With a little attention to detail, it could regain its former glory.
