UUsuario invitadoEn este viaje a Ningbo, me alojé en el Shiqifang, un lugar que tenía guardado desde hacía mucho tiempo, y la verdad es que la experiencia fue bastante buena. El check-in fue eficiente gracias a la señorita de recepción, y el servicio de transporte del parque es rápido. Nada más hacer el check-in, la anfitriona Xianxian se puso en contacto con nosotros para informarnos de todo, la comunicación fue fluida. El entorno del parque es agradable y, en general, el personal te saluda activamente. Para unas vacaciones, este lugar es una buena opción.

AAdairI had a great time staying at this hotel. The location is very convenient—it’s close to a mall, a museum, and many different restaurants. Getting to restaurants and shopping areas is quick and easy, and I also appreciated being able to order items and have them delivered directly to my room.
The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options. The food was well prepared, and I really enjoyed it. The hospitality stood out the most—the staff were friendly, polite, helpful, and very welcoming throughout my stay.
My room was a good size, clean, and comfortable. The exterior of the hotel is beautiful, and I liked the layout with different buildings (Block A and Block B). I stayed in Block B.
The only minor issues were related to construction next to the hotel, which caused some noise. However, the hotel handled this very thoughtfully by providing a notice, along with eye masks and earplugs, which I truly appreciated. Another small inconvenience was that my room was very far from the elevator, requiring a long walk through the hallway. It would be helpful if there were an additional elevator or easier access to the far end of the building.
Overall, this was a wonderful stay, and despite the small inconveniences, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

UUsuario invitadoWe had a really excellent stay at the Crowne Plaza. We were upgraded to a family room which was very spacious and perfect for our needs (traveling with two young children). The facilities (especially all of the child-friendly amenities) were great - a huge play area for the kids, lego area, cinema room, crafts, and arcade. My son loved the go-carts on the rooftop. The view and location of this hotel is spectacular - right on the water. We'd love to come back in the summer and enjoy the outdoor pool. My husband is vegetarian (no fish or meat) and there were tons of options for him at the buffet - I was unsure of this when booking, but honestly there were so many excellent and diverse options for him. We'd say one of the best buffets in terms of vegetarian options we've experienced in China. For the rest of us, who could enjoy the seafood - this was also incredible.

RrobwardleImmaculate hotel and room. The room facilities and comfort level was top drawer. The pillows especially meant an awesome sleep. The service was efficient and friendly at check in. The hotel is well located for the wetlands park. The area is very quiet on weekdays but there was coffee outlets and we found a good restaurant very nearby.

DDaiwangpaolaipaoquTres familias con niños pasamos el Día de Año Nuevo aquí. Reservé con un mes de antelación y el precio superó con creces mis expectativas. Nuestras mayordomas, Qingqing y Jingjing, nos brindaron mucha ayuda en todo lo que pudieron, ¡gracias!
[Tipo de habitación] La familia de mi amigo llegó antes de las 12 del mediodía del Día de Año Nuevo y la mayordoma les mejoró rápidamente a una habitación con vista lateral al lago. Las otras dos familias llegaron media hora más tarde y, como las habitaciones estaban muy solicitadas, solo consiguieron habitaciones con vista al jardín. La vista al jardín también era bastante buena; la luz del sol que entraba por las ventanas del pasillo creaba una atmósfera muy otoñal.
[Instalaciones] El hotel es algo anticuado y no tiene tecnología inteligente. Sin embargo, el mantenimiento y la distribución son excelentes; la ropa de cama es suave y seca, y cada habitación tiene una bañera Kohler. Los artículos de tocador son de戴可思 (Dai Keshi), lo cual es una ganga por este precio.
[Servicio] La mayordoma le dio a cada familia vales para el parque infantil. El parque ofrecía calcetines antideslizantes gratuitos y una gran variedad de atracciones para niños de tres o cuatro años, una alternativa asequible a Meland.
Cada familia recibía una bolsa de zanahorias al día para alimentar a los animales de la granja, lo que mantenía a los niños pequeños entretenidos durante unos quince minutos.
La variedad del desayuno era amplia, pero no muy refinada; no se compara con un hotel de cinco estrellas tradicional, pero es mucho mejor que un All Seasons y los adultos y niños comieron hasta saciarse.
Hubo una hoguera en Nochevieja, y los niños se divirtieron mucho girando con bengalas.
[Atracciones] Cerca hay una Isla de los Monos que incluye la entrada, un barco de traslado de ida y vuelta y una película 3D sin gafas similar a 'Cruzar el Horizonte', todo por 50 yuanes por persona. Lleva tus propios cacahuetes y frutas. Hay monos grandes y pequeños, muy lindos, y puedes pasar medio día allí. El paisaje es hermoso en invierno con buen tiempo.
[Atracciones] Nos regalaron entradas gratuitas para la Mansión Zheng Shi Shi Fang. Casualmente, coincidimos con un espectáculo de farolillos de peces, donde los niños podían tocar los farolillos de peces para pedir deseos. ¡Superó nuestras expectativas, jajajaja!
[Comida] Recomiendo encarecidamente ir en coche al distrito de Zhenhai para cenar marisco en el restaurante Amao. Si sois muchos, el precio medio por persona es de menos de 100 yuanes, y el marisco es tan dulce y fresco que saldrás lleno hasta la saciedad.

Especialmente, el Sr. John Guo fue muy útil con mis maletas y parcela y todo. El desayuno tiene muchas variedades. En particular, ofrecen jugos frescos (jugos de melocotones y jugos de naranja) y jugos de cucurbitá. El hotel también cuenta con una gran piscina con 1.2 y 1.5 metros de 2 profundidades. Sería muy recomendable.

As our car wound along the lakeside road, the understated grey-tiled roofs and white walls of the Park Hyatt Ningbo came into view. This luxurious sanctuary, transformed from an ancient Jiangnan water village, seamlessly blends traditional architectural elegance with modern sophistication. Upon arrival, May, the Front Office Manager, greeted us with a warm smile that instantly melted away our travel fatigue. With professionalism and attention to detail, she introduced the hotel’s amenities and kindly recommended an upgrade to the Lakeside Suite—a decision that immersed us in a dreamlike Jiangnan experience far beyond our expectations.
The Lakeside Suite framed Dongqian Lake like a living ink-wash painting. Each morning, we opened the floor-to-ceiling windows to mist-kissed waters resembling a classical scroll; by dusk, the lake shimmered in amber hues under the setting sun, dotted with distant sailboats. Inside, the suite masterfully balanced traditional Chinese aesthetics with contemporary comfort—exquisitely carved screens divided the tranquil living space, embroidered cushions complemented modern art pieces, and the freestanding bathtub by the window created the illusion of floating above the lake. The smart bedside control system, allowing us to adjust lighting and curtains with a touch, harmonized technology with timeless elegance.
May’s service was nothing short of impeccable. Noticing our preference for quiet mornings, she proactively adjusted housekeeping schedules. When we expressed interest in local flavors, she not only recommended authentic Ningbo restaurants but also hand-drew a map of nearby attractions. These thoughtful, personalized touches transformed a routine stay into a heartfelt experience. At checkout, a carefully prepared gift and a handwritten note from May added the perfect sentimental farewell.
Park Hyatt Ningbo redefines luxury through details—not in opulent extravagance, but in the artful fusion of cultural heritage, intuitive service, and refined design. Here, every corner whispers a Jiangnan tale, and every gesture carries genuine warmth. As Dongqian Lake’s waves continue to ripple, the memories woven by this retreat linger, promising our return to this lakeside haven.

Stylish Ambiance: The hotel, though showing its age, exudes a certain elegance that sets it apart. The vintage touches combined with modern aesthetics create a captivating atmosphere.
Prime Location: CITIC Ningbo enjoys an enviable location, offering easy access to the heart of the city. From my room, I had a delightful view of the surroundings, which added to the overall experience.
Breakfast Variety: The breakfast spread was impressive, with an array of options to suit different tastes. Whether you prefer a hearty meal or something light, the hotel caters to all preferences.
Fully Stocked Mini Bar: The mini bar was a pleasant surprise. It was well-stocked, allowing guests to indulge in their favorite beverages and snacks.
However, there were a couple of areas where the hotel fell short:
Toiletry Oversight: Unfortunately, the housekeeping team overlooked the essential toiletries. I missed having a dental kit, comb, body cream, and shower gel. Even the shampoo was absent from the toiletries collection.
Tiny Bottles: In the cabinet, I found only tiny bottles of body wash and shampoo. While they were functional, I expected more comprehensive amenities.
In summary, CITIC Ningbo International Hotel offers a nostalgic charm, excellent location, and stylish ambiance. With a little attention to detail, it could regain its former glory. If you appreciate a touch of history in your stay, this hotel is worth considering.
