After reserving, I received a courtesy call from the hotel, and we then connected on WeChat since I don’t speak Chinese. The hotel introduced me to Long, the housekeeper, who coordinated our entire stay with great care and attention. Before our arrival, they asked if we had any special requests. As my wife and I were celebrating our anniversary, I asked them to decorate the room with flowers—and they did a beautiful job. They also asked about our dinner and breakfast preferences and were impressively organized in their preparations. We arrived on a Saturday afternoon, but our taxi had trouble locating the hotel. I called Long, and he immediately came out to meet us—a huge help! When we checked in, they welcomed us with refreshments and even surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade. The room had a bathtub, which our three-year-old son especially loved. To our delight, they had thoughtfully prepared a child’s hygiene kit for him, including kid-friendly soap, shampoo, and a dental kit. We also received a handwritten note, a fresh fruit bowl, and a lovely bouquet of flowers. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, spotless, and very tastefully decorated. There’s a small indoor play area for children, including a slide, tent, and games—our son played there every day. We also enjoyed strolling around the grounds and spending time at the scenic swimming pool, which is nestled in the mountains. The food was another highlight: we had a delicious Chinese dinner and a traditional Chinese breakfast, both full of flavor. Throughout our stay, Long was incredibly helpful and made our trip truly special. Thank you, Long! I highly recommend Lost Villa. They have other locations as well, and we’re definitely looking forward to staying with them again.

I had a fantastic stay at Pan Pacific Ningbo, and I especially want to thank Igor for making my visit so memorable. From the moment I arrived, he was incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely cared about ensuring everything went smoothly. Desde que llegamos al hotel hasta que nos fuimos dos noches después, aunque no los vimos en persona, el servicio estuvo presente en todo momento. Cualquier necesidad que tuviéramos, bastaba con mencionarla por WeChat, y la organización del coche o la provisión de artículos se resolvían al instante. My friend and I enjoyed our stay here. We stayed here for 3 nights. After 8.30pm, the hotel provides complimentary 热牛奶 and 黑米粥. Besides this, they also provide complimentary essential oil for relaxation. In addition, there is milk and 艾草(Artemisia argyi) where you can place it in your bath. It was very heartwarming to receive a greeting message from the 管家 when we were back to the hotel after a long tiring day. Overall, my friend and I are very satisfied with the hotel and the good service of their staff.

設施：設施一應俱全，温泉泡澡解乏，浴缸也皎潔。空調調節標準，被子床單都沒有潮濕，蓋上去暖和。礦泉水也特色，熱水24小時都存在，沒有異味。晚上不用怕走夜路，路燈很亮，也很漂亮。 衞生：本人喜歡赤腳，地上一滴灰塵都沒有。户外湯池也乾淨，洗手間都敞亮，餐盤都沒有污漬。 環境：本人看過評價者們差評衹是作為參考，實際還是自己體驗才是一種享受。對於我個人入住來説，沒有不滿意的地方，住在山上大自然有小飛蟲正常，生態好，關好門窗就好。冬季來，基本沒有蟲子。位置絕佳的民宿，安靜又安全，床品舒適，還有貼心冰箱裏的飲料哦！房間乾淨整潔如鏡，床鋪柔軟，一夜酣睡至天明。早餐和晚餐豐富多樣，中西合璧。裝飾風格獨具匠心，每個角落都是藝術感的層次。外觀設計獨特有格調，中西文化感。住得舒心，白天童話，夜間神話。 服務：售前售後服務態度很周到，安排房間方向很暖，還有水果預備。每個工作人員都很熱情，不用怕，管理嚴格，不會陌生人闖入都是預訂人員可進。晚上管理人員在，一個人去住很安全。主廚做菜很用心，菜品純天然。媽媽住得開心，就是最美的一道風景線。自駕和酒店專車最好，打車不適合，上山安全第一，路小。外賣不行，可以自己帶熟食，有冰箱。也可以向民宿訂菜，來山裡吃還是預訂好，菜品新鮮，可以嘗試一下。停車方便，不要高峯期去，山裡路小擁堵。

This luxurious sanctuary, transformed from an ancient Jiangnan water village, seamlessly blends traditional architectural elegance with modern sophistication. Upon arrival, May, the Front Office Manager, greeted us with a warm smile that instantly melted away our travel fatigue. With professionalism and attention to detail, she introduced the hotel’s amenities and kindly recommended an upgrade to the Lakeside Suite—a decision that immersed us in a dreamlike Jiangnan experience far beyond our expectations. The Lakeside Suite framed Dongqian Lake like a living ink-wash painting. Each morning, we opened the floor-to-ceiling windows to mist-kissed waters resembling a classical scroll; by dusk, the lake shimmered in amber hues under the setting sun, dotted with distant sailboats. Inside, the suite masterfully balanced traditional Chinese aesthetics with contemporary comfort—exquisitely carved screens divided the tranquil living space, embroidered cushions complemented modern art pieces, and the freestanding bathtub by the window created the illusion of floating above the lake. The smart bedside control system, allowing us to adjust lighting and curtains with a touch, harmonized technology with timeless elegance. May’s service was nothing short of impeccable. Noticing our preference for quiet mornings, she proactively adjusted housekeeping schedules. When we expressed interest in local flavors, she not only recommended authentic Ningbo restaurants but also hand-drew a map of nearby attractions. These thoughtful, personalized touches transformed a routine stay into a heartfelt experience. At checkout, a carefully prepared gift and a handwritten note from May added the perfect sentimental farewell. Park Hyatt Ningbo redefines luxury through details—not in opulent extravagance, but in the artful fusion of cultural heritage, intuitive service, and refined design. Here, every corner whispers a Jiangnan tale, and every gesture carries genuine warmth. From my room, I had a delightful view of the surroundings, which added to the overall experience. Breakfast Variety: The breakfast spread was impressive, with an array of options to suit different tastes. Whether you prefer a hearty meal or something light, the hotel caters to all preferences. Fully Stocked Mini Bar: The mini bar was a pleasant surprise. It was well-stocked, allowing guests to indulge in their favorite beverages and snacks. However, there were a couple of areas where the hotel fell short: Toiletry Oversight: Unfortunately, the housekeeping team overlooked the essential toiletries. I missed having a dental kit, comb, body cream, and shower gel. Even the shampoo was absent from the toiletries collection. Tiny Bottles: In the cabinet, I found only tiny bottles of body wash and shampoo. While they were functional, I expected more comprehensive amenities. In summary, CITIC Ningbo International Hotel offers a nostalgic charm, excellent location, and stylish ambiance. With a little attention to detail, it could regain its former glory.
