NNicole StFRIENDLIEST Hotel in China! Honestly, these were the kindest hotel owners we've ever had the pleasure to encounter. Kind and thoughtful and helpful. The rooms were super clean and quiet. Breakfast was an absolute feast...plus it was prepared early in the morning due to our early train departure. The hotel's location in Qiantong Town was perfect and scenic. And the nightly hotel rates were very affordable. I definitely recommend staying here.

UUsuario invitadoWhat a great find. This lovely hotel is tucked away in a quiet area near to Siming Lake and the surrounding mountains. A great spot to cycle, drive and hike from. The hotel is beautifully finished with modern, wooden finish. The hosts are lovely and accommodating, super friendly and helpful. The food at the hotel was delicious. The common areas are comfortable with board games and even a guitar and piano! The rooms are clean and fresh, with a great modern bathroom and comfortable furniture. A very relaxing stay - I would come back again! (photo is view from our bedroom)

LLivylivyloolooMy husband and I recently stayed at the Hanting Hotel Tianyi Square East Branch, and we cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience. We travelled to Ningbo to start working, and needed a place to stay while we looked for an apartment.
From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the incredible staff who made every effort to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable.
The front desk team truly went above and beyond our expectations. They patiently spent time helping us sign up for the breakfast buffet package, seamlessly assisted us in booking extra nights, and even arranged for a taxi when we needed one. Their kindness and dedication to guest satisfaction were unmatched.
The cleaning staff and buffet staff were equally delightful. They always greeted us with warm smiles and friendly hellos. The entire team created an atmosphere of hospitality that left a lasting impression on us.
This was our first hotel experience in China. We will remember our stay at the Hanting Hotel Tianyi Square East Branch fondly and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you to the amazing staff for making our visit so special!

UUsuario invitado酒店地理位置很好，離機場近，打車10分鐘左右，而且樓下就是地鐵二號線，去各個景點都方便。。房間面積很大，有30㎡左右，附近很肅靜。衞生也很乾凈，而且酒店提供早餐服務，味道還不錯。服務很貼心，尤其是5:30分起就會給趕早機的顧客，提供外帶早餐，真心推薦入住！

CCliffHangerThe land lady is really kind & nice, attended to all our needs & requests. They serve decent food at their self-run local restaurant & the location is within a charming village. The room is new, so if it was cleaned properly, I would have given an easy 5 stars. However, only the bed linens & towels are obviously sanitary & the rest are all questionable. But the hot water in the shower is very hot, which is a big plus & The pillows are soft & comfortable. I would recommend not to drink the water from the boiling device as it tastes funny, and keep the bathroom door closed because there’s an awful smell that comes out of it sometimes. The public veranda overlooking the mountains is not maintained at all & is dirty, if not, it would be a great spot to relax. Overall my stay was ok, especially because of the very accommodating land lady/owner.

UUsuario invitadoThe room is a bit small, but clean. The location is convenient as this hotel is very close to the railway station. Some people smoke inside, so you can feel the smell in the corridor and lobby. However, there was no smell in the room.
My room was quite noisy, because it faces the main road, so maybe it might not be a good choice for senstitive sleepers.

UUsuario invitadoLa experiencia de alojamiento superbista, justo al lado del este del puente de Ling, el puente es un área de calentamiento, y la habitación es lo suficientemente grande, especialmente la cama super cómoda, el dormitorio grande, incluso su armario es de alta calidad. La toalla también es con Wi-Fi, agua caliente, ascensor, tarjeta de habitación. Una gran experiencia de vivienda, y el precio es barato.

UUsuario invitado裝修風格很中式，隔音效果也挺好，躺着發呆思考看湖看書都可以，靜靜聽着湖水泛起的小波浪聲音，任憑思想放空，太舒服了，此地適合都市牛馬身心放鬆。
早餐的包子很好吃，一看就是手工包的，這次行程有點倉促，下次來多住兩天。

房間的水龍頭冷熱標識有點裝反了，紅是冷水、藍是熱水，用的時候注意下
•衞生間空間不大，洗澡容易濺水，所以房間裏沒配紙巾
•重點誇誇消防：煙感、噴淋、消防廣播都齊全，煙感指示燈正常閃爍，設施很規範，住着安心
隔音效果還行。
房間雖小，但乾淨、安全、便宜，過渡住一晚非常合適～
