We stay here for 4 nights with a group of friends. It is not far from Interlaken West station (lee than 10 minutes walk) It has nice room, comfy bed but a little soft and fluffly pillow. The location is quite good, near supermarket and restaurants. Nice staff. Very good breakfast. It provide a lot of amenities with 2 bottles of mineral water everyday. Also have common room for guest's leisure and have some snacks.

What a wonderful Family run Hotel. All the staff were very friendly and helpful all the way from Jean Louis the owner to the ladies who service the rooms. The rooms are clean and comfortable and value for money. Although the Hotel only serves breakfast they have a nice common room with free tea and coffee/microwave and utensils so you can have food and drink that you have bought if you don't feel like eating out. Very Family friendly a real home away from home.

This little hotel was in the middle of Interlaken it was great, the young gentleman on reception was lovely snd spoke great English, he interacted and said hello everytime he saw us. The hotel gives you a bus pass which is great. The room was spotlessly clean, the shower was powerful snd refreshing, the beds were so comfortable matress, duvet, and pillow. We would 100% stay here again.

Very good location , stunning view and nice service . Place is close to station - surprises you for being so small from outside , but we got a great room with super view of river as well as mountain . Staff and service was super nice at reception , housekeeping as well as at reception .

Normalmente cuando piensas en el término ”trapa turística” piensas en un restaurante o en una excursión de alguna clase. En este caso es un hotel. Este hotel está bien situado en el corazón de Interlaken La ciudad es una trampa turística, pero es una revisión diferente. También tiene un buen nombre y un exterior regal. Parece sorprendente que atraiga a muchos huéspedes (me incluyo) como resultado. Pasé tres noches aquí con mi esposa en medio de una semana caliente en la zona. Algunos de los destacamentos: - increíblemente viejas habitaciones con viejas carpetas odorosas y sucias, papel de pared de pintura - ningún aire acondicionado, simplemente un fan de plástico barato almacenado en el armario de cada habitación - servicio de limpieza muy desagradable en el que se dejan vestidos en la cama el piso, los cafeterías no están llenos ...No se hace mucho más aparte de hacer la cama - muy condescendente personal del escritorio frontal, es decir, un caballero en particular que no estaba por desgracia usando una etiqueta de nombre - amable y duro personal de desayuno en La habitación de la habitación era muy buena, pero no me gustaba la habitación.

El hotel Lochberg fue un alojamiento muy cómodo con un buen precio. Había 3 ventanas y estaba abierto y bien ventilado. Además, había aire acondicionado, así que tuve una noche fría en el 30-degree clima. La habitación era muy agradable porque era una vista de montaña 🧡 No podía cocinar en la habitación, así que tuve cena en la cocina compartida. Gracias a usted, comí la comida de retorno de Corea. No hay mini refrigerador en la habitación, y el baño es pequeño pero no incómodo. Quiero quedarme en este albergue de nuevo cuando llego a Interlaken.

We stayed 3 nights . The hostel location is a best . It near to Interlaken OST . Nearby with Coop supermarket . Staying here u will feel young and vibrant as hostel full of people . We do enjoy our stay, especially we can enjoy food in the same pantry @ level 1. Sometimes we do share our food . Example I bought extra eggs from coop, I can offer to someone / couple . It’s really good culture of sharing food and not waste it . The stay include hotel breakfast . Location - best . I prefer staying in interlaken OST instead of west Breakfast- good . With bread, yogurt , hams, eggs . Personally I loved the chocolate drink Room- we are lucky to have a double room with own bathroom . Our room is corner room, it bigger space for me to put 2 luggage Noise - yes. As it’s near the train station. To us, it’s ok even the windows is open during night time . As there’s no aircon or fan in the room Bathroom- standard . U need to prepare your own toiletries. Except the 2 in 1 bath shower/ hair Towel - yes u can change your towel with hostel counter staff Hair dryer - upon request . Do put deposit Ensure you made your own bed. Tidy the place .

Hotel excelente, nuevo, moderno, cómodo, espacioso. Ubicación perfecta, muy cercana a la estación de tren Interlaken West y un poco más lejos de Interlaken Ost (de donde parten todos los trenes para excursiones). La habitación que nos tocó era increíble, tenia una ventana enorme y un balcón con sillas y mesita para tomar algo. El desayuno muy bueno, variado y muy rico. La atención del personal del desayuno increíble, había una señorita de lentes muy amable y cordial. En la habitación había cafetera y pava eléctrica con algunas infusiones. Además te dejan botellitas de agua gasificada todos los días. En resumen, el hotel es excelente y no tenemos nada negativo para decir!

Bonito hotel porque tenía una excelente ubicación. Muy fácil de encontrar y cerca de la estación oeste de Interlaken. Si toma el autobús desde la estación de Interlaken Ost, solo tardaré 5 minutos en llegar al hotel. Al mismo tiempo, se puede llegar al supermercado cooperativo, Migrolino y al centro de información turística en 1 o 2 minutos. Muchos restaurantes y tiendas de souvenirs cercanos. ¿El personal es agradable y hablador? La habitación está limpia y es lo suficientemente grande como para abrir dos maletas al mismo tiempo. Se proporcionó hervidor eléctrico. Lo menor es que no hay vistas fuera de la ventana. Y la otra cosa es que no se proporcionará pasta de dientes ni cepillo de dientes. Lo recomendaría para personas con un presupuesto limitado o con equipaje grande.
