Nice hotel because it had a great location ! So easy to find and near interlaken west station. If you take bus from interlaken ost station, it only takes me 5 minutes get to the hotel.
At the same time, supermarket coop, Migrolino and tourist information centre also takes 1-2mins can be arrived. Many restaurants and souvenirs shops nearby.
Staffs are nice and talkative 😃
Room is clean and big enough to open two luggage at the same time. Electric kettle was provided.
The minor thing is that there is no view outside the window. And the other thing is no toothpaste or toothbrush will be provided. I would recommend for the people who are in budget or with big luggage.

부모의 원수가 예약한다고 해도 하지말라 말릴것임.
호텔/게스트하우스 2가지 건물로 나누어져있으며, 늦게가면 걍 게스트하우스로 안내를 하고, 직원이 굉장히 불친절함(남자직원2명) 방 상태는 그냥 해외 게스트하우스, 민박보다 못한 상태로 물도 잘 안내려가고 벌레가 굉장히 많음. 그나마 나은점은 위치 정도이나, 위치도 뭐 그렇게 썩 좋지 않음. 호텔 방까지 가는 복도엔 불도 들어오지 않아 가본적은 없으나, 수용소느낌 남. 방도 따닥따닥 붙어있어 방음에 굉장히 취약하고. 에어컨 없음 엄청나게 덥습니다.
굳이 예약을 한다면 더이상 말리진 않겠으나, 절대 비추.. 추천 안함

服務一般，房間一般，沒有空調實在有點受不了，離隔壁棟的距離很近，沒有安全感，位在西站中心位置，下次應該不會再入住。三樓閣樓房較大一點點，但格局怪怪的。

最喜歡的是床很舒服
真的全歐洲此價位為數不多的好床！我的脊柱都睡直了！超級舒服！
房間晚上睡覺聽得到外面的聲音（已關窗）
最不能忍受的是有蚊子
其他方面都還可以吧
