From the moment we stepped into Bai Hotel, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The modern yet inviting atmosphere instantly put us at ease. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered breathtaking views of the city skyline. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable, from their prompt service to their helpful recommendations for exploring Cebu. The variety of dining options exceeded our expectations, and each meal was a culinary delight. Overall, our experience at Bai Hotel was nothing short of exceptional, and we can't wait to return.

A new hotel with well-trained staff, I am very pleased with the competence of the employees and the level of service, the advice of the hotel managers was very useful to me. On the sixth floor there was a small but comfortable outdoor swimming pool and also a gym. Breakfast was quite decent. Near the corner there was ”Nestia”: pharmacy and minimarket, which helped me out a lot. Overall, I am very pleased with the hotel and the level of service. However, you need to keep in mind that if you need beaches, they are located only on Mactan Island, which is 30-40 minutes away by car. The nearest large supermarket to the hotel is Pacific Mall, about 10 minutes away by car. If you have several people in the room, then the location of the toilet (just behind the partition from the bed) may seem inconvenient.

El hotel es acogedor, limpio y el personal está muy bien alojado, especialmente en Denev y Rona de Front Desk. Kudos a Rona que me ayudó a tomar fotos, ella tan amable y útil y siempre sonriendo que puede iluminar el ambiente y contribuir a una vibración positiva. ¡A quien se ha referido a Deneb y quien me ha hecho el corazón flaco con su voz y gesto acomodantes, especialmente durante el desayuno.

Estado aquí para 6 noches de vacaciones. La ubicación es buena para restaurantes y tiendas, otras de Cebu fácilmente llegado por taxi. Buen servicio desde el personal amigable, especialmente el personal del restaurante en el desayuno. El desayuno estaba bien, la comida se llenó regularmente. El hotel y la habitación estaban limpios. La ducha era pobre con poco poder, no mucho agua. Las toallas eran viejas y no proporcionaron toallas de mano. El aire acondicionado era ruido, que era un problema de noche. Es y hotel medio pero podría mejorarse.

Im quite disappointed with this hotel, even thinking on how did they cater last year's Binibinis here. Staffs are quite busy and won't cater to your needs eventhough it looks like we are less than 30 staying at this hotel the time I went here. Rooms arent clean i got rashes when i lay down the bed, I have to literally shake off the blanket and dust flew all over my nose. I was so thirsty upon my arrival and there were no free bottled water you have to go down and ask the receptionist for water and they will hand you a pitcher so you can bring it in your room. I poured the water onto their glass in my room and tasted dust immediately, thought it was clean and haven't rinsed it beforehand. Curtains were full of dust too. They serve breakfast for Php200, the next day i didn't order the breakfast and decided to eat outside I only ordered for a coffee and they handed me a Nescafé 3in1 sachet and charged me for Php50! Wow, So overpriced! funny is that you paid for Php50 but you heat your own water as they provide electric kettle in the lobby and mix that by yourself. Amazing isn't it. Only pros is that it is near 7 11 and Jollibee and has a spacious parking space. Aside from that will not recommend this to anyone. Hotel looks old and creepy.
