Este hotel Greenhouse en Ahambra, Los Ángeles, es absolutamente un hotel muy barato para los chinos! La pequeña camarera de la recepción (una niña) y la señorita Cheng (la señora de Taiwán) y el gran Kevin (y chino) que trabaja por la noche son muy buenos servicios! ¡Que la gente se siente como un huésped! Gracias por el cuidado y la gratitud de la señorita Xiao Xiao y Kevin! ¡Gracias por la ayuda que me han dado! Este hotel no está muy lejos de llegar al centro de Los Ángeles, ya sea en coche o en público. ¡También está cerca de todos los restaurantes chinos! I have booked a King room with Forest View for 2 nights and decided to add another night but the same room was not available, So I booked the additional night in the premium category. I called the property the day before and was told she may find a way so that we don't have to change our room. When we checked in around 9pm, they left a key to our room on the 3rd floor. This room is the least expensive room where there is only a very small window and it's half covered with eaves of the roof. It was so dark that you cannot read unless you turn the lights on during the day. The next morning, I asked the manager, Susan, we would like the room we booked for or there should be a refund for the rate difference. I was then told we booked through the third party booking site not their own website and we have a heavily discounted price. I really did not see that much difference between what we paid and their website rate. She said then she can waive the service fee of $15 per day additional service fee. I did not see that anywhere in the website. I only saw the handwritten note at the check-in area. She said there is no adjustment whatsoever because we got the cheap rate. All I asked was to get the room categories we booked and deserved. Her answer was I can check out if I was not happy. I made all the travel plans based on staying in the area. This is totally ”Bait and Switch” and her attitude was very unprofessional. We have extensive good experiences at Air BNB, etc. This is one property we were treated poorly. The property is old and needs some attention but overall, it was OK and the breakfast was fairly good and the guy in the kitchen was very helpful. The management left us with bad taste and I will not go back to the property.

La persona del frente era muy ruda y poco profesional. A cambio, gritó, ”Ya lo he dicho”. Perdón, que la actitud puede o no funcionar en un mercado de intercambios se encuentra, pero este tipo necesita algún entrenamiento y un recordatorio de que trabaja en un entorno de hospitalidad. Hablar inglés roto no es un problema, pero tener un mal temperamento cuando un huésped de un hotel necesita alguna información (no puede imaginar qué respuesta si necesito ayuda) y le preguntar educadamente, su actitud no es llamada. Si es el propietario del hotel o el representante del propietario, explica por qué el hotel está vacío.

El desayuno es gratuito, muy rico, es dulce, muy atractivo, pero comer varias veces es dulce, las frutas son frescas y frescas y la leche se bebe de forma arbitraria. El hotel está muy cerca del metro y muy conveniente.

Un típico hotel de dinero antiguo, hay hermosas villas alrededor del hotel, el entorno del hotel es elegante, el desayuno es comer, el sabor es aún imposible, hay personal chino que dirá que esta reserva es de estilo de base relativamente viejo, pero la mantenimiento es bueno, la cama es perfecta, El baño es el tipo de baño que se lava en el baño, es muy desagradable. Le pregunté a la recepción que se debería actualizar a la última foto que es un cuarto de baño separado. El estacionamiento también es un valet, aproximadamente 50 días.

La habitación era muy agradable, la habitación era limpia y muy confortable. La única cosa que no me gustaba es que el hotel paga 150 dólares por depósito al check-in (en promedio en Glendale/ Los Angeles es de 100 dólares). Otra cosa es.. el estacionamiento cuesta un adicional de 10 dólares al día. ¿No puedes incluir esto en la tarifa de la habitación? El costo de la ayuda hace que el mundo se vaya por ahí.
