Hoteles Echarm en Kunming

The drivers thy do the shuttle service are obviously under stress, they seem to be impatient and rude. No one wants to gr to an angry driver after landing maybe from a delayed flight overnight. A bit of compassion towards the customers would be appreciated and it would look better for the hotel image. Beside this, the hotel is clean and very close to the airport and not overpriced so happy with it overall. Breakfast is below average , better options in the airport for sure.

¡El servicio y las instalaciones del hotel son excelentes! Llegamos antes de la hora de check-in programada y el personal de recepción fue muy atento. Coordinaron activamente y aceleraron la preparación de la habitación para que pudiéramos registrarnos lo antes posible. Mientras esperábamos, nos ofrecieron té, lo que nos hizo sentir muy cómodos. Las instalaciones del hotel son completas y modernas, las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas, y la higiene es impecable. Se nota la limpieza y el mantenimiento meticuloso en cada rincón. Como alguien con un ligero trastorno obsesivo-compulsivo de la limpieza, siempre he sido exigente con el entorno del alojamiento, pero esta estancia me hizo sentir muy seguro y cómodo, ¡incluso tuve ganas de quedarme unos días más! Además, la ubicación del hotel es excelente, a poca distancia a pie se puede llegar a la calle antigua, el lago Cuihu y el Sky Eye, entre otras atracciones populares. Es muy conveniente para hacer turismo, disfrutar de la gastronomía o dar paseos relajantes. El cómodo alojamiento, junto con la conveniente ubicación, hizo que este viaje fuera aún más agradable y es totalmente recomendable para los amigos que visiten la zona. La experiencia general fue muy satisfactoria, ¡totalmente recomendable! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

進門沒有悶味、煙味，全屋通風良好，地面、枱麪、衞生間邊角全部細緻擦拭，地漏無污垢，玻璃鏡面無水痕。床品平整潔白，一次性備品足量擺放，空調濾網乾淨無積灰，空調風清爽無異味。保潔阿姨每日上門補充分備品，態度温和有禮貌。牆體隔音在線，周邊環境安靜，設施維護完好無破損，每一處細節都能看出店家用心，對衞生有高要求的旅客完全可以放心入住。

交通超便利，離地鐵站步行幾分鐘，去高鐵南站很快。 房間乾淨整潔，北歐風很舒服，乾濕分離衞生間很加分。 前台服務熱情，辦理入住退房都很快，性價比很高，下次來還住這裏！

第二次來昆明旅遊還是選擇了這家宜尚酒店，整體的體驗感更好了！首先酒店的位置非常好找，我去民族村、滇池、海晏村、博物館這些景點打卡都衹要十幾分鐘的車程，酒店居住環境很安靜，晚上一點也不吵，關上窗户打開空調都聽不到外面一點聲音！房間衞生十分乾淨，地毯無異味，床品毛巾非常柔軟，大落地窗，可以看到窗外的綠樹成蔭很治癒！設施齊全完善，特別是洗護用品味道非常宜人，一次性牙具都很舒適！前台小姐姐和客房服務員都很友好和善，主動推薦酒店免費下午茶，咖啡不僅是咖啡豆現磨，還準備了製冰機，自己DIY一杯冰美式真是提神醒腦！還有四五種糕點也很不錯哦！會推薦給來昆明玩的朋友住的！

The price (208 RMB, about €25) and the central location—near Kunming Central Station and just a 45-minute metro ride from the airport—led me to book Echarm Hotel for one night. Check-in was quick, and the staff were friendly and efficient. They accommodated our requests for two extra pillows and a room away from the elevator to ensure quietness. Complimentary coffee and tea are available in the lobby. We did not opt for breakfast, which is optional and costs 29 CNY per person. The room was clean and equipped with a kettle, three types of tea, instant coffee, and two bottles of water, although you can request additional bottles both in the hall and near the elevator exit. There is only one elevator, so you might have to wait or share the lift occasionally. The area is central and lively, very close to Dashuying metro station (I recommend Exit A as it’s on the same side of the street). There is also a local night market nearby (watch out for passing motorcycles and cars), located near the old tram tracks, continuing from Exit C of the metro. Nothing to complain about—the room was perfect. The only downside is the absence of a minibar, but this seems common in many 3- and 4-star hotels in China.

房間很乾凈，前台很有禮貌，進去微笑的問好，還詢問喝花茶還是小青柑，小青柑好喝，哈哈。就是很温心。房間衞生很好，簡潔很商務，不繁鎖，細節恰到好處，抌頭很舒服，空調冷熱風都有，之前聽人説有些酒店無空調呢，最後有早歺來不及吃，拿了雞蛋阿姨還問夠不夠，好貼心！還有最關鍵有免費停車場，耐斯！
