«I had a very positive experience at this hotel. It's excellent, very close to the main square. Although it's a little hidden, this doesn't detract from the experience at all. Furthermore, the cost-benefit is outstanding; it's definitely worth the money. The receptionists are wonderful, always willing to help, and very polite. They always use a translation machine with audio and text to ensure clear communication. Every time I entered the hotel, they would greet me warmly. The service was consistent—every day they placed a small bottle of water in my room and replaced the toiletries. I initially stayed for two days and left because I had booked another hotel, but I couldn't stay long at the other one and ended up coming back here, which was the right decision. On my next trip, I will definitely book here again.»

«Este hotel está justo a orillas del río, justo enfrente del teleférico y junto al metro. Está a cinco minutos a pie del monumento de control de inundaciones y de la Avenida Central. La ubicación es perfecta y la insonorización es excelente. Es muy limpio, con servicio de limpieza diario y fruta fresca. El servicio fue excelente. La recepcionista fue cálida y atenta, y el encargado del vestíbulo, el Sr. Gong, fue muy considerado. Incluso nos llevó el equipaje y nos preguntó si lo necesitábamos. «Olvidé tomarle una foto a nuestra habitación de hotel 😂... pero está justo enfrente de la calle Zongyang. Fuimos a la calle Zhongyang todos los días durante nuestra estancia de 3 días. La habitación era para 4 personas, pero cuando les informé por Trip.com que éramos 5, nos dieron toallas de baño para 5 personas. El desayuno era abundante y el más delicioso de los 5 hoteles en los que nos alojamos durante nuestro viaje a Harbin en enero de 2025. Lo recomiendo.»

«Nos alojamos en el Hotel Junyi del 15 al 16 de septiembre. Tuvimos una experiencia muy agradable. Nos recibieron los recepcionistas y el mayordomo en el vestíbulo y nos sirvieron un refrigerio al hacer el check-in (¡Echamos de menos su yogur casero!). El mayordomo fue amable y servicial, muy atento y nos ayudó a encontrar una tienda de telecomunicaciones cercana que registra números de teléfono de China para extranjeros. También nos sirvieron fruta fresca y pasteles en la habitación. Además, nos enviaron un itinerario sugerido para un viaje a Harbin como referencia por WeChat, lo cual también fue inesperado. La habitación era igual de agradable, con una ducha espaciosa y una cafetera. La miel y la leche caliente por la noche fueron otro punto a favor. ¡El desayuno estuvo genial! Nos dieron a elegir entre un plato principal occidental o uno chino. Elegimos un plato occidental que incluía un filete de ternera y gachas de avena. Las guarniciones eran tipo buffet. UUsuario anónimoLa casa de huéspedes tiene un diseño único; no pude encontrar este estilo en ningún otro lugar de Xuegu. Además, es muy económica. Los dueños y su familia son muy amables y serviciales, y ofrecen información veraz sobre las atracciones cercanas. La comida es deliciosa. El único inconveniente es la poca presión del agua en la ducha. El cabezal no rocía bien; solo sale un chorro fino, como un grifo. La temperatura del agua también es irregular. Para alguien del sur acostumbrado a ducharse a diario, esto puede resultar un poco incómodo. La casa de huéspedes se encuentra entre dos zonas concurridas de Xuegu, por lo que no se pueden explorar los alrededores por la noche. Sin embargo, hay una pista de nieve detrás de la casa para hacer snowtubing, y la casa también tiene un tobogán y columpios, así que hay mucha diversión.

SStacy SohAfter taking 5 hours Journey on a 40 seater public bus that cost me 100 yuan i arrived at a beautiful homestay run by family, the homestay is the 1st at the entrance of the village. Room is comfortable with huge bed and heated bed and floor, eventhou the bed is just a thin mattress (its call a Kang Bed) but i still can sleep soundly every night. Only things need to change is the toilet because our toilet bowl is right at the center so i cant shower or use the basin (no space to stand)😀 They provide toothbrush and disposable face towel only so you have to bring your own towel and toiletries. Restaurant, reception counter and living room are together, this is a place for the owner and all guests to have meal and gathering. You will see them all day at the living room. We also have some activities such as making tanghulu (fruits coated with syrup), making dumpling and just chit chat eating popcorn and frozen persimmon and pear. Food is so yummy, no need to eat outside because you can order from this homestay. Breakfast is free. Its a simple and healthy- plain porridge, bun and pickles. The northern people are not so much into sugary or fancy drinks, even like tea or coffees. plain hot water is what they had most of the time. Lunch and dinner you can choose from their menu. Few activities you can do in town such as walk around town and enjoy the beautiful scenery like what i did, i also took the sleight horse (200 yuan) to go to the national forest and also stroll along the river for sightseeing. If u want to have ski, snow mobile, tubing there are 2 private own mini park that you can go just by walking distance 5-15 minutes. There is a bigger park Rime Ridge, also known as Wu Song Ling, is a place in Harbin, China where you can see rime and snow scenery, and participate in winter activities this will cost 400 yuan. At night there will be campfire and singing at the village. You can join for free. Go for a walk at night to see lots of villagers selling foods by the road side. I also enjoyed experimenting the ‘boiling water thrown into the sky’ ..beautiful effect from the ice steam. Most important please bring extra cash incase the alipay not working you will still have money. There is no bank or atm machine in the village. Its all solely depending on online payment such as allipay/wechat. I have problem with my alipay payment and I didn’t bring much cash so i cant spend so much at the village. The homestay owner knew about my problem so she worry i dont have enough money to eat so she cook meals for me FREE.. such a nice person. God bless her 🙏🏼 I wish to come again with my family, and i will stay here

NNatDiscoversAsiaI recently stayed at this business hotel in Harbin for two nights, booking the most economical option - the Comfy Queen room. Going in, I understood this was a basic, no-frills accommodation, and I was prepared for that level of service. However, several significant issues made this stay far more frustrating than it needed to be. The cheapest tier comes without a window, which I had accepted when booking. What the hotel failed to mention anywhere in the listing is that these budget rooms are located on the 8th floor, but the elevator only goes up to the 7th floor. This means every  check  in and out requires climbing a TWO full flight of stairs with your luggage. Had I known this critical detail upfront, I would have either chosen a more expensive room or, more likely, selected a different hotel entirely. This information should be clearly disclosed during booking, as it’s a significant accessibility and convenience issue, especially for travelers with heavy bags or mobility concerns. The most irritating incident occurred on my second night. After spending the day exploring Harbin in freezing temperatures, exhausted and literally frozen solid, I returned to find my room key card had been deactivated. This meant I had to climb down the stairs from the 8th floor, take the elevator down from the 7th floor to reception, wait while staff sorted out their mistake, then reverse the entire journey - elevator up to 7th, stairs up to 8th. This was completely avoidable and purely the result of careless staff work. When you’re already cold and tired, being forced to make this unnecessary journey because of administrative incompetence is genuinely maddening. Adding insult to injury, I discovered after my stay that there are much better hotel options directly at the metro and high-speed rail (HSR) exits. These alternatives offer superior convenience without the stair-climbing requirement as I’ve stayed in some of those chains before.. The location of this hotel doesn’t offer any particular advantages to compensate for its drawbacks, making the choice to stay here even more regrettable. For my next trip to Harbin, I’ll be choosing one of the hotels that are closer to HSR or metro exits. Unless you specifically need to be in this exact location and are booking a higher-tier room with elevator access, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere if the cost difference is not much. There are simply better value options available that won’t leave you climbing stairs multiple times a day or dealing with preventable administrative hassles.

They also have a counter from travel agency at their reception for you to book trips to other places in heilongjiang or day trips within the city.

UUsuario anónimoI’ll start with the highlight of our stay: the ski rental team at Yabuloni Hotel. Since rentals are included in the stay, we spent a fair amount of time with them, and they are truly world-class. Led by a charming and compassionate boss, the team of four （photo attached) is incredibly professional and approachable. They don’t just hand you gear; they perform thorough safety checks, ensure a perfect fit, and offer genuine tips for the slopes. They made our trip seamless and safe. They will be the reason why we will come back and stay here Unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn't live up to that same standard. The hallways are dimly lit and poorly ventilated, a theme that continues into the rooms. The biggest issue was the bathroom, a persistent, foul sewage smell made us feel like we are using a public toilet that has not been cleaned for years. If this is 5 star standard, i'm afraid they have to do much much better. To top it off, the reception staff felt poorly trained. Despite having plenty of people behind the desk, no one could answer basic questions about local attractions, slope openings, or even help us arrange a driver for dinner around the area. For the price point, they should think of how they can justify their service other than having a world class and helpful ski rental management team.

MM457720****Al mirar las imágenes, pensé que sería similar al albergue juvenil en el que me alojé antes, pero las imágenes del producto son diferentes de las imágenes reales. Los baños públicos y los baños están bastante limpios y la actitud del servicio es normal (no puedo No puedo decir que sea bueno, ni puedo decir que sea malo). La administración es desordenada y la disposición de las camas no está de acuerdo con las reglas. La ubicación de la tarjeta de la habitación, en cuál está realmente disponible para quedarse, no hay agua mineral. Se proporciona y está relativamente cerca de la calle Central, todo depende del presupuesto y las necesidades personales, después de toda la experiencia, personalmente no lo recomiendo, así que déjelo así.
